The mortgage loan processing was a nightmare! I will highly recommend people think twice before using the Pulte Mortgage Loan financing.

First when we moved in there were numbers of things to be fixed but nothing really had been taken care of and we have been experienced that not many punch items have been completed after a month.... I need your attention to fix our house so that my wife can use the kitchen and receive a new home as expected.

Be patient with their supply chain challenges but demand accountability and communication from them on keeping you updated.

I prefer to have big entrance door.

Sales was horrible after signing contract meaningless threats about rewriting the contract. Warranty department is non responsive and sent a Warranty call for another home to ours been a month and the issue they caused is still not fixed.

The sales rep was 100% helpful and had great insight on all the details about the house. There was several missed steps that's still not addressed until today November 3rd 2021. We still need our drywall fixed in the basement due to the fact that the shut off vile was drywalled in. And the plumbing guys cut an opening atop of the ceiling that needs fixed. Also we're still waiting on the drywall guys to bring a piece of the part to cover the vent in the non finished part of the basement. We have doors that still needs sanded down and smooth out at the bottom of the doors. There's also doors splitting at the bottom of the doors along with our farm sink that's chipping. Everyone on site was absolutely delightful.

Julio and team have been very responsive to our questions, and addressing inspection report. And, even before when the construction work was in progress, he provided weekly updates. Overall, the team at Pulte has been attentive and supportive. Thank you all!

Great Builder and will definitely recommend to family/friends. I'm happy with the outcome of my new home

All good, clean and fast.

But few issues are there in newly constructed house specially with heating system is very poor, looks like they properly not installed. Called several times for the service but people come and won’t fix. This only issue I have with this new house so far!

Overall, we do love our home. It's a beautifully designed home and the perfect space for our lives. Generally speaking, the workmanship is okay. You can tell there some things that were quickly done with little attention to detail. But compared to what I have heard/seen elsewhere, I don't think it's truly that awful. The nature of the pandemic has affected our home coming together and getting our appliances worked out has been messy, but I feel our construction manager has done the best he could given the circumstances.

I bought a home out of state so my experience will be different I'm sure. My husband flew down the week before closing to address any issues that weren't caught the day before by the warranty manager. He flew down a week later to see they had not even begun, even though he was going to our closing an hour later. Since then, we have had sub contractors in and out of our home to do everything from remove paint on floors, clean windows that appear to have smoke damage, remove cabinets to install lighting that they forgot to, cut holes in sheet rock to run a new conduit for internet connectivity (this took 6 appointments to rectify) and the list goes on. He currently has 40 hours and 4 weeks under his belt of being a project manager on a house that was supposed to be complete, all while trying to transition to a new state, keep up with his business, unpack and most importantly spend time with his family. The home appears to be built well. There were several small issues to do with general clean up and plumbing. The appliance supplier is horrible and had we payed closer to the contract I would have had second thoughts. We have been here for almost 2 months now and all is fixed except for the microwave.

overall it was great, very happy.

It was ok. Not great but not bad. The trades moved too quickly and didn’t do a quality job.

Quality and great people to work with

Thankfully we were able to sign and build our home before the prices went up on lumber and materials. They were very efficient getting what we needed and communication was top notch!

It was a tiring experience looking for a.nuce house here at Spencer’s Crossing in Murrieta CA. Fortunately, Pulte had called and gave us a chance to pick our new home. Thank you Pulte. Hoping to have a good and better working relationship in the coming years!
