We felt very supported throughout the process and feel that we received a quality home.

Watch any deals they offer, those tend to disappear! Quality of paint and trim work is extremely poor. The painters will paint over dirt and anything on walls without wiping them down first. House looks great if you aren't one to pay attention to details.

Everything was great except for the fact that we have not yet received our appliances we purchased through Pulte. Also, no one has communicated when we might be getting them. We have reached out multiple times but have been ignored. This is not how this should be handled. I expected more from a large company like Pulte.

Everything was great during the sales process. Some quality issues in the workmanship were noticed as soon as we moved in and the responsiveness of Pulte has not been the best.

It's good to stay in Pulte but there are some teething issues.

Pulte has great floor plans and beautiful model homes, however, the workmanship in our home is lacking. If you build with Pulte, stay on top of your build.

I still haven’t moved into the home because I’ve spent my days cleaning a mess that shouldn’t be there. I was told that the blue tape items that we put in during the celebration meeting would be taken care of by the morning of the closing. I came on the morning and Jeff told me that the painter couldn’t get to it yet and told me to go close and come back and that it would be. I gave him my garage code, came back the following day to most of it completed still some not and a dirty house which I had to sweep up and clean myself.

Alex and Steve continues to provide quality service. We are very happy we went with Pulte to build our home.

Great home buying experience with Pulte. Overall Good customer service and professionalism. Few items were on back order and could not finish the house on time.?but it could be due to CoVID too.? Will buy again from Pulte

Pulte was a good company. I remember my friends houses 15 years ago with Pulte, they were excellent in quality. Now, in my own experience, the quality is from low to average. They are not into details anymore, you will see excess grouting, floor tiles are not even, walls corners are not straight electric switch are opposite and other stuff. This are the things that you see, the question is, how about the things that you don’t see, like the structure, framings, etc. I’m just hope and pray that everything is within standards.

Pulte homes are unique

The experience from signing agreements to closing was great. From sales, field engineer and customer support manager, all of them are some professional and helpful. Glad bought properties from Pulte.

Pulte picks such inefficient products to put in these new and costly homes. Items such as the hot water tank, garbage disposal, a/c, etc - they’re an appropriate size for an apartment, not $400k+ homes. It’s obnoxious to spend so much money on a new home only to have to deal with “below grade” products after the fact. It’s like pulling the wool over buyers eyes, who would ever think that a new home wouldn’t get the products sufficient enough to run their home? The workmanship is also sub-par. All the contracted work is slapped up there with much care on the end product. There is so much paint that was carelessly shipped up on my new floors. It’s just all very disappointing. Quality of materials and customer service is great, but construction workers workmanship is not the quality O was expecting. Work was sloppy and things were not addressed to my satisfaction in the end. Home is beautiful, but if you look closely at the trimwork/paint...it's sloppy!

They did not finish the house and fix what was missing. Some examples no bathrooms mirrors, No water in the refrigerator, Details, etc etc... I close a month ago and they haven't fixed the things they had to fix. I haven't move yet and the closing was a month ago. My advice is before you close make sure they have finish everything, because you will have to make appointments and appointment to get it fixed and it takes lots of time. I think this should be easier since people dream is to buy their house. But ended up being stressful. Thank you.

The experience was good. No issues with anyone

Everyone on the team that I communicated or came in contact with was very professional and responsive to questions and issues I encountered. I didn’t like the turnover rate of the financial department which led to duplication of requested paperwork and other issues which could have caused a delay in closing.

The sales people were great! ! Seems like Pulte was doing the bare minimum to close on the house and promising to fix items that were missed. If you didn’t catch any problem on the walk through, they say it’s not covered. The quality of the finish work on walls and woodwork are not good. No accountability!

Well organized buying and build process. People are exceptional in every position. Strongly recommend.

Use your own financing, not Pulte. They want you to close before everything is completed. Have someone experienced do your punch-out and don’t close before everything meets your expectations.

Sales manager was wonderful. Construction manager was helpful, Having several lightbulbs burn out, as they were old and not replaced was annoying but not a big deal. Some things were high end like the kitchen appliances, doors, windows, electronics,. The laundry is low end as are the bathroom fixtures. Positive experience.
