Pultte really tried to work with us through the challenges of building supply shortages as well as labor shortages.

Pulte needs to be better at choosing the GCs who build the homes. The workers who did the work on the build for the GC were average at best and on final walk through, a lot of issues were pointed out that the Pulte Field Manager repaired before closing. In the end what the public sees is the Pulte name, but if average work is being done on the build, the public doesn't see the GC, they see Pulte.

Houses built by Pulte are excellent! We love our townhome!

I purchased new home from Pulte in Georgia. I heard from my real estate agent that they were good builder. On the closing day, house was incomplete. Some of lights and plugs were not working. Doors were not closing. Some door handles were placed wrong way. Exposed insulation around door and window frame. Strips in new window fell off. Floor, carpets were not cleaned. Stains on floor, door handles. They had to reinstall tiles in all bathroom for some reason. That caused damage to door edges. Stairway was never polished. These are few things to mention. This gives an experience of buying a used home. They have good warranty on paper, if they fix the things. More than a month after closing, we are still awaiting to get things fixed we have complained about. ... More

Finish was cheap for the price paid for this new house. Could have done a little better to ensure we buy from you again. At this point I’m not sure if that will happen again. Additionally, there were some issues that I did not see or were pending from the walkthrough, but had to go through warranty to resolve.

The builder showed me everything I need to know about the house in terms of the A/C filter and other major mechanics that I should keep an eye one. 10/10

Now that we have moved in we found a number of items that have not been built properly. Items that were damaged such as the front of my bathtub and then it was fixed and it was an obvious fix. Thanks we were told what happened such as cleaning the paint off of my patio never happen

Process was smooth from first visit to closure, despite the pandemic. The build is of good quality as expected. Pulte team was very knowledgable and friendly.

Responsiveness to issues has been excellent.

Every single person we dealt with from Maggie in Sales to Mike on the Project Manager side were excellent pre sale. We are even as impressed with Jason who is handling the small number of inevitable punch items. This was our first experience building and we were extremely satisfied from start to finish. Thank you Pulte!!!

Beautiful and high quality homes

Problems with the appliances installed and slowness of kitchen aid to send technicians. Questions regarding the humidity and the HVAC. These matters relate to Pulte’s choice of brands and not testing each thoroughly before settlement.

My community was built with many restrictions on choice of materials and amenities so the builder could take advantage of economies of scale. It’s good for the builder but a bit disappointing to the buyer. Otherwise all went well for me.

From the initial sale, the build and after, Pulte has been nothing but fabulous to work with. Our field manager has been super responsive from day one and is top notch; we couldn’t be happier in our beautiful home. Pulte was fabulous to work with!

We had a wonderful experience having our home built by Pulte. Our general contractor, David, was great.

Pulte agent Amber Paris was most helpful. I could call on her with any questions. Kevin community builder was also good at keeping me informed on the process.

Pulte doesn't care about the quality of their product.

Floor plans are locked with little flexibility to changes other than what is already presented on the option sheet. You also may be asked to close on a house that is not 100% finished with a promise that it will be finished.

For me, it came down to the competence, trustworthiness and responsiveness of the Field Supervisor. Joed was assigned to my project late in the process and he made all the difference. He communicated regularly about issues, updates, and made me comfortable and informed about the build process. That hadn't happened prior.

We felt really good when we signed, but once building was started the work was rushed and we felt like we were nagging when we pointed out issues. Now that we're in the house we keep finding things that annoy us. Such as the slightest finger touching a wall will leave a mark because they used very cheap, flat paint.

Both Sales Agent and Field Manager were very responsive to questions and concerns. Calls were returned promptly and property was available when I needed access to meet with decorators. The field manager was amazing to work with; he kept his word and delivered on his promise. He seemed to care about the Pulte name and brand; ensured that constructions and inspections issues were addressed satisfactorily; and permits and certificate of occupancy documents were in order prior to closing. Workmanship, on the other hand, was lacking. As an example, owners are admonished to have a whole house humidifier. Yet none of the prep work was done for the installation. So, it will be more costly, time consuming and inconvenient to install one. Manufacturer's grade products are likely not the best. My furnace is so loud, I feel like I'm sleeping under the motor of a running train in Grand Central Station. I could go on ad nauseum with complaints. The long and the short, however, is that, from all appearances quality and functionality were sacrificed for glam and expediency. ... More

Great home buying experience and the field manager David in Houston TX is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and if he doesn’t know he gets an answer for you very quick. Quality of home is great and very good to work with. Made our first time home buying experience fantastic!

Exceptional location close to everything being built in Westfield. Down the road from Grand Park and IN 32 and US 31! We love our townhome and can see us staying while the community continues to grow. With it being a BRAND NEW community, there are always kinks that have to be worked out. We were one of the very first buyers and experienced some hiccups. The sales and construction team have handled accordingly and made sure things were right. Mikel is great at following up and being responsive on issues or questions during and after the process. Overall, we would recommend Pulte and Landcaster to first time homebuyers, retirees, and everyone in between! ... More
