This was our first build experience and most likely won't build again. Definitely soured our experience, especially paying around $700,000. They only make sure the building itself finishes. You have to manage all the details, the things that you will see day in and day out. Certain things that were suppose to be done before closing are still yet to be done. Submitted warranty requests online two weeks ago and no one has reached out to me yet. Like they say, once you closed you won't hear from them again!

Very disappointed. Far from model center finish. Far from it. I’ve built at least 5 house in the past. This being the top of the list of not being happy with the quality of workmanship. This is as I see it snd experienced it Sorry. Will not recommend PULTE to any of my affiliates

Since we were not able to be in town for the whole building process it was nice the our sales person and foreman were constantly sending pictures and communication with us the progress at each milestone. They cared a great deal about the product they were selling and building. Given the times now the overall experience was great and promises were kept.

Our experience was 5.0 . We lived 1500 miles away and it would have been helpful to get very detailed updates on the status of the building process. There is a status on the website but there are only 4-5 milestones and they were not updated accurately. I'm sure the Field Managers have an extraordinarily detailed online project plan . Just wondering if it would be possible to tap into that. Overwise a very good experience and I would recommend Pulte

There were continued delays and at closing the house was not complete. As Pulte was trying to meet quarter end they said they would address the open items after close, but after close completely silent. This is the third house that I’ve built and by far the worst.

A lot of complaints on minor issues. Water damage and intrusion starting the first night we spent at the house. Sewer flooding the third day we spent at the house. Clogged main pipe that communicates the house to the outside. Downstairs floor inundated with sewer water. 3 days of Servpro, and Servpro machines in the house. Drywall demolition in almost 80% of the downstairs part of the house. Tile floor very unleveled also a considerable part to be demolished and replaced. Slow response, long wait for materials. Really a bad experience with Pulte Homes. Low quality product, house.

We were very happy that we purchased a new home and Pulte builders were seen decent. But sorry to say other than the Sales team and the field manager none from above them seem to care about anything. I see both of them trying to do everything possible to get things done but Pulte quality and the contractors that they use are very bad. It has been one month since we moved in to the new house and we already feel we should not have got an house from them. Homebuyers can make sure the builder is very reliable, responds quickly. He is a very kind person and professional. He pays attention to all the details and finishes the construction work asap. You can tell how great work experience he has by seeing around. We found him dealing at his best with all the long lead time of supplies and the labor.

Emotionally draining and Traumatic experience, we have to pay money and then beg for it to completed soon by given dates. Lot of issues after move in ,you can never get hold of customer service on phone . Requests to fix issues ETA of 4-5 months. Do not take keys until all things are taken care .

Post office installed the mail towers and not have mail box in front of each house anymore. Pulte assigned the mailbox far away from my house even there are three mail towers by my house. When I choose the lot, the mailbox location was included under the decision. However, this becomes a problem, pulte construction team, home association, post office, all kicked me here and there. None of them plan to solve the problem. I believe HOA is responsible for this.

The homebuying experience with Pulte was great and easy. We got weekly updates and any questions we had while building the home were answered within a day. The sales rep and field manager we had were very attentive to our needs. My best piece of advice would be to visit all of the Pulte neighborhoods in the area and try to price out options in each neighborhood before you decide what you want. This way you get to hear different options from different Sales Reps that you may not have known about otherwise.

This was a very disappointed experience and unfortunately with all my 5 sales/purchase with Pulte. Quality, attention to details, customer service & delivery. All my clients were frustrated & there was NO help from any of the management. Including a very rude response from one of them. I can’t tell how dissatisfied I was as a customer and professional. I would not recommend Pulte.

There was great communication between the sales office and me but their seemed to be a lack of communication elsewhere. There were a few instances where I was told one thing and it was wrong or for some reason it had to be changed. I wished I was aware of those changes before they were put in place. For instance in the design center, I was showed the cabinet garbage holder and was told that’s the one I would get and I got a cheaper version instead.
