I would want them to stop by my house and see the “finished” house and not the model before they decide to work with Pulte. I would also want them to know the quality is really bad and the experience is just mind blowing.

Excellent service from sales thru builder

Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. Much easier than my previous experience with another company. My only complaint would be all the paperwork which is not necessarily Pulte's fault. They have to find a way to streamline that process.

Check in great detail the finishes. I have been in the home for almost a month and are still finding issues with sheetrock, paint, and caulking. There are also some details in the way it was designed that are questionable. Overall the home is nice, probably would of enjoyed the home more if we were not constantly having issues. Our warranty rep is quite responsive and has been a great help and resolving issues.

As a real estate agent who has worked with Many builders this was the worst build process and worst finished product I have ever sold. The contractors rushed through the work. The quality of the finish is DIY quality at best. My home that was 18 years old had better quality finishes in it than this brand new home. I’m scared to see what other issues will arise the longer we live in the home. It’s a shame the process and product were so horrible because we love the floor plan and our home.

The home buying experience was great - but now that I’m in my new home- huge disappointment- light fixtures have detached from ceiling and I haven’t gotten a response from Warranty people in a week— worse yet roaches were in my residence after carpet was placed- I thought issue would be resolved—- I have an infestation- probably due to a dumpster overflowing with trash next door that has been a hazard for over a month— HELP!

From the sales person to the foreman was exceptional. The builders word was everything especially when the house is ready on time to move in. The floor plan for my model was exceptional, the design had the openness that we loved so much along with the master bedroom and bathroom . Location of the homes in Florence are the best love the space and the views of the mountains. From start to finish Pulte nailed it!

We have worked with several builders both locally and nationally and Pulte Homes was by far the best experience from start to finish. Smooth, honest, and simple.

As compared to other home builders, I felt like a number and the building process while understandable felt like I moving more into an apartment versus and expensive home I bought. Their mortgage officer assigned had an attitude which caused me to move to another institution for partial financing of the property.

It was great experience to work with Pulte for our new home.

Matt and Sam were godsends. We were first time homebuyers that spent a year bidding on existing homes and getting beat out, or backing out because we felt we would have to offer too much for a 20+ year old home. While we did have some hesitations with building, Pulte came through. Build was done on time, and they corrected everything that needed corrected. Thank you!

I would like to say to others that are new buyers, remember that you are buying a new house and there will be issues to deal with such as paint touch ups-replacing a piece of tile. But what ever it is, Pulte Homes will be there to make it right. Bottom line, Pulte Homes are the best builder in southwest Florida.

The purchase and selection process was excellent. When it came to the actual home build, my wife and I were surprised at the lack of attention to detail by most of the trades. Multiple items needed to be fixed prior to our closing date. We have been in our home for almost six weeks and there are still multiple items that have not been resolved. We are also constantly cleaning paint drips and paint smears off of our floor from when the walls and trim was painted inside the home. The amount of paint that is also on our siding from the trim being painted is creating a lot of additional work for us in a brand new home, which has been disappointing and time consuming. The concrete (entry way, driveway and sidewalk) look like poor workmanship. Our entry gate was done twice and installed the wrong way….was told all would be taken care of…still waiting for all to be fixed As well as some smaller detail in the home

We built in Westlake, not sure I’d use Pulte again.

Pulte builds a good quality home. The response from their employees to our overall process was less then we expected. Between delays in the building process to getting answers to our questions was a struggle to say the least.
