Quality of build wasn’t great. All bottoms of doors were chipped and not fixed before closing. Forgot to caulk to kitchen counter and the bathroom sink didn’t have a vanity. This is just a few things amongst a lot of other finishing touches.

Loan officers were okay. Could be better. Realtor communicated great. Most helpful was Branson. He communicated well, very knowledgeable and explained to us everything. Very responsive.

We had overall positive experience with our home buying. We had many minor issues with workmanship and paint quality but many were addressed and we are still waiting to get resolution on some.

I like the homes very nice quite a few options to choose from when I went to sales Leslie was very helpful with all the paperwork. These were all very nice homes to choose from.

Please note I had not Responded to any of the reviews you asked for the review for the completion of the home. Because I'm still waiting for the list of items I still need corrected! or adjusted it's been 3 weeks we provide a list of 5 item's. Since then I have 2 additional item's need fixing. I realize Pulte is working on completely all these new home on my track and the field manager's have dead lines. These might be small matters to Pulte but to a new home owner it matters. I feel Pulte is pushing homes out at a rate that affects the buyers over experience. From walkthroughs that never happen and poor communication between builder and contractors that the buyer is left to deal with. This was our forever and we imagined the process being smoother with much less need in my involvement post closing to complete.

So we closed on Aug 30th. At that time there were still many unresolved issues with our home. The outside need to be completed, the grading needed to be completed, our actual final appliances were not installed, a window needed fixing or replacing, etc. When we did our walk through on Thursday Aug 26th we were assured all of these issues, excluding the appliances, would be resolved prior to closing. Wouldn’t recommend Pulte

I wouldn’t recommend Pulte to my worst enemy. The seller I worked with kept on forgetting things to busy trying to rush the deal. I brought 2 others when with me when I selected the home and upgrades. I requested irrigation systems to be installed. The seller failed to include that. I found out 2 weeks before I close and they did not approve the add on later. The builder manager told him it can be installed. Now I am shopping around for an irrigation system. Most home builders in TX already include irrigation without being requested. On top of that my grass is dying since it wasn’t being ...

As a local Realtor in the Myrtle Beach area I get a chance to work with a lot of builders. I chose Berkshire Forest because of Pulte. From Graham Nelson right through to John Eagan and all of the trades he over sees, I was extremely happy with the process. I've sold numerous homes in this neighborhood since deciding to build here. It doesn't leave me with anxiety wondering if it will be a good fit for my client because I know I love it here, and I can firmly stand by the Pulte name!

The ineptness of the individual assigned to process our mortgage through Pulte. The failure to repair anything in the home after closing

During the mortgage application process we were asked to provide the same financial and personal information multiple times as Pulte lost or misplaced it. Pulte provided at least three different closing closet amounts and was unable to explain why the amounts charged / increased.- and were blindsided with additional cost at the actual closing . Additionally, Items that needed repair were pointed out prior to and at the “celebration”. I love my new home and the area, but there are a number of things/issues that need correcting. I do recognize that supply issues are part of the reason my issues have not been resolved. The other issue, in my opinion is that Pulte management is not providing adequate onsite resources to respond promptly to problems and unfinished work with our homes. A person in addition to the field manager is urgently needed. Finally, Pulte is not meeting their own specifications. Specifically, their definition of a “smart home” says that the temperature of ones home can be controlled from a smart phone. ...

The priority is house is closed (or) not. They don't care about the buyers. what issues they will have (or) not ? Example: they will give u 0 wood like ties. They will not give you extra bricks, paint ...issues after reporting will be addressed later ..Quality of construction is also not upto the expectation...They can do much better.

Right now, I am dealing with the Customer Care Manager, and she is the first person in Pulte since the construction of the house that has been so helpful, collaborative, and most importantly, my wife and I feel respect and comprehension from her. Our general contractor was great on trying to get things done with the backlog of materials being done, but some of the trades were not as quality in their work ethics as they should have been. Trying to get issues (minor or major) resolved has been challenging once you go to settlement.

There are good things about this home but too many little problems and some bigger ones. Hardwood floors had a lot of glue on them, island outlets had no electricity for a month, overflow in bathroom tub was not installed correctly so water flooded, paint was on floors from touch up etc. Chips in doors, tile cracked

It is unfortunate that the moment of making the purchase has become one of the worst experiences I have had, however I have to say that the credit process, the documentation and finally the signature were excellent. Everything changes when after having made 2 walk throughs and determining the details to be repaired after 2 months they have not been repaired and they even do not respond to emails requesting the repair.
