The builder was great to work with. The only thing I would recommend is staying on top of the small details (molding, painting, etc.) some of that was poorly done but the house in general was beautiful.

Zach was amazing to work with. Very thorough and always answered quickly!

My wife and I felt we were kept informed throughout the whole process. We live in Illinois so all communication was done by phone, E-mail and text and was updated on a weekly basis. We couldn’t been more pleased with the way things got handle.

During the build process, the field manager did not communicate with me; and when I called or emailed; he didn't promptly get back to me; if at all. Since closing, he hasn't followed up promptly when I reach out. And the list of items that still need to be done/corrected, hasn't been addressed. It is beyond ridiculous

The whole Pulte team has been very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. This was our first home purchase and they made it a very smooth and stress free experience!

The materials used are cheap and the interior job overall is very sloppy. It hasn't been a full 2 months since moving in and there are already cracks everywhere around the windows and doors. The shower door also doesn't work and the tiles are cracking as well.

I would recommend them for quality of services.

Pulte was great. From Keren in sales to Chase our construction manager. Everyone was always helpful in answering questions and keeping me in the loop as to what was going on with the stages of construction on my house.

Been in the home almost 2 months and I have reported several items that need fixed like shower doors with no bottom tract , dented bathroom door, cracked cabinet, cracked window, grout seems showing in kitchen granite etc . to name a few. No one has showed up to fix anything.

Pulte stayed on schedule and delivered what they said they would.

While the quality of the materials used was high, there were many instances where the workmanship was poor.

I recently purchased a new construction condo built by Pulte Homes and I found that it is a decent construction.

Inappropriate content because it's the truth this overall experience with our new Pulte house being built sucked if that's inappropriate content and take it as you will like I said you got your money that's why we won't expect a email in responseWhy don't you blame it on Covid like everybody else that's what everybody seems like they're doing with the crap that happened with this pulte house

The mortgage loan processing was a nightmare! I will highly recommend people think twice before using the Pulte Mortgage Loan financing.

First when we moved in there were numbers of things to be fixed but nothing really had been taken care of and we have been experienced that not many punch items have been completed after a month.... I need your attention to fix our house so that my wife can use the kitchen and receive a new home as expected.

Be patient with their supply chain challenges but demand accountability and communication from them on keeping you updated.

I prefer to have big entrance door.

Sales was horrible after signing contract meaningless threats about rewriting the contract. Warranty department is non responsive and sent a Warranty call for another home to ours been a month and the issue they caused is still not fixed.

The sales rep was 100% helpful and had great insight on all the details about the house. There was several missed steps that's still not addressed until today November 3rd 2021. We still need our drywall fixed in the basement due to the fact that the shut off vile was drywalled in. And the plumbing guys cut an opening atop of the ceiling that needs fixed. Also we're still waiting on the drywall guys to bring a piece of the part to cover the vent in the non finished part of the basement. We have doors that still needs sanded down and smooth out at the bottom of the doors. There's also doors splitting at the bottom of the doors along with our farm sink that's chipping. Everyone on site was absolutely delightful.

Julio and team have been very responsive to our questions, and addressing inspection report. And, even before when the construction work was in progress, he provided weekly updates. Overall, the team at Pulte has been attentive and supportive. Thank you all!

Great Builder and will definitely recommend to family/friends. I'm happy with the outcome of my new home
