There are many issues due to poor workmanship and also have had a very poor response to have them rectified. Been in the home over a month snd the issues and findings just keep on coming. Very disappointed!

Home buying process was okay, could have been better. Financing was okay but mostly because we were on top of it and kept following up with Pulte. They sent us letters twice saying we were not compliant even though we had submitted all the paperwork they asked for. Freaked us out but when we called they said to disregard and they would look into it. My experience with Pulte has been below average. I closed on 06/23 and still have issues with wood floors, kitchen cabinet and other things. I have been here over 6 weeks now and chasing building Manager. I plan to post a review on Google so others are aware of the experience I'm going through.

Building experience was good and sales rep was responsive. At closing, there were many issues and had to move closing twice. At final close there were several actions for builder to fix. No response since. Air conditioning still does not work after over a month. Very frustrated.

They have gone wrong with what was promised in having the property ready in 24 hours after having made the closing, in such a hurry to close and it is still not ready, 29 days have passed and nothing has been done on the property, who is the person responsible? Although according to them they are cosmetic repairs, it is a new house and enough time has passed for it to be ready. I imagined that they will give me some reimbursement for what happened. I need response and action now.

We closed our house with a couple unfixed issues. And as we moved in, we found more issues on the flooring and AC installation. So we have to contact the warranty team to fix them, But they just replied and then disappeared for two months. They do not care about you at all once your house is closed. So make sure you check everything carefully before closing.

I made the closing with missing appliances, they told me that the next day they would come to install these, it has been 6 weeks and I have not had a response, I have written to customer service and they do not pay attention to my mails. Indeed, they warned of delays in deliveries of household appliances; but other neighbors that are under construction already have all their appliances, I made the mistake of closing trusting their word.

Material quality is poor, House wasn’t ready even after closing with tons of things to be fixed including pool heater, water pressure, final paint, cleaning of the property, water in shower was backing up as a result of construction remains in pipes. Bathroom cabinet had a hole right next to toilet holder, bought this home being from out of state and agent did the walk through

While we love our new home there are shortcomings. The delivery was rushed and felt as if there were numerous items either damaged, not working, or missing or unfinished. We moved in almost two months ago and only one item of several has been addressed. We still don’t have cold running water, but the vast majority are damaged or cosmetic items. Our expectations of moving into a new house was high. We expected great workmanship and flawless installations. That is not what we received. Electrical issues, landscaping issues, windows not sealed and won’t close properly, drainage issues, shoddy masonry work. Not happy new home owners.

The quality of drywall, carpentry and attention to detail are not good. Also, after my walk through numerous items were supposed to be completed. A month and a half later I’m still waiting. Not enough management to oversee contractors. Electric was only service that was great. Disappointing once they have your money.

We were super excited to build with Pulte but it turned out to be a nightmare for the simple fact that our house was rushed .......due to what our head guy said. He stated that he wanted more time but Pulte wanted him to get our house off their so called "books". we have every thing from unfinished walls to damaged doors to damaged countertops to damaged tile to missing hardware on the cabinets to all of our black hardware being painted white...it just hasn't been a fun experience at all. Good Side - Dealing with the Production Manager was excellent. He was one of the best crew members I dealt with. He was very co-operative in every stage of the work. Bade Side - My 3 star rating is mainly due to to incomplete work that Pulte has done in my house. At closing the master bed shower glass was not installed and Pulte committed me with a date of 07/08. The whole building process started good, but it took Pulte 8 extra months to complete the project resulting me extra 16k out of pocket (interest rate, month to month lease). Our builder Josh, and Stephanie was unresponsive most of the time. They simply did not care. Also, who pays for 450k but get a thermostat that is not even wifi capable?

The Pulte agent Rachael is always been helpful and very prompt on responding. The price is what you expected for the housing market around the area. Quality and workmanship is not what I expected for the value I paid for the house. There are still items on quality issues that still unaddress after moving here more than a month.

Pule builder did average. They missed things here and there. and also Pulte associates (new hires) will tell you that they tested everything in house multiple times and everything was in god shape , dont fall for that , that's the lie. few things i asked them to check and they just provided wrong information right on my face that this is standard and for all houses has the same thing. The home buying experience was great. The quality is ok. Not the best but not bad either. In fact I am ok with all of the build. But when it comes to the responsiveness to the issue, yeah they don't respond very well. Specifically they try to push the issue to others. The whirlpool range that came with the home is tripping 5 to 8 times every day and they told the problem is with the appliance. Throughout the purchase process, there were problems at every stage. During the final walk thru we found problem with, cabinets, flooring, tile and roofing. Numerous work orders were put in but either trade people did not show up or they did not attempt to fix the problems. When you pay 1/2 million for a home we would expect quality workmanship. I believe builders are pressured to get homes built. Our Project Manager tried the best of his ability, but if the Contractors don’t Care then there is not a whole lot he can do on his own.

I closed on my Edgewater property on May 9. I am still waiting for the painters to paint the concrete wall that patch a hole in the garge and a baseboard in the kitchen and a slider to keep the guest bedroom closet door in place. I waited from 1-4 last Friday and one person came out and glued the house back on my house for the second time. The grab bars I was promised were never installed in my shower either. This process started out well, weekly calls with the builder as the house was being prepared. They were very open and up front about issues they were facing, and the sales and financing process went very smoothly. (We used Pulte Mortgage) The issues started around close and in hind-site, we should have spent a few extra weeks in the hotel and let them actually complete the home.
