They should have done good quality work!

Good process. Awaiting follow up on warranty claims

Our build went pretty smoothly, although there were shortages of crews at times. Fortunately everything went smoothly in the first months, because there were delays near the end. Pulte crews are very fast and mostly did good work. It's important to keep an eye on quality near the end when everyone is in a hurry to finish... You need to be your own advocate. I would have given 5 stars, but the work done after close was frustrating, it took 2 months for the landscape work to wrap up. Our original field manager was not very responsive in this period, a new one took over and resolved our issues. Overall it was a good experience in a challenging year. During Covid, lumber shortages, and labor shortages, Pulte still delivered my new home ahead of schedule. That was impressive. Pulte design center was so helpful in helping us with our upgrades, without pushing unneeded items. We are more than pleased with the way our custom home turned out. Thank you! Kudos to

My sales representative and field manager were wonderful. However, after we moved into our home we noticed more and more issues, mostly cosmetic, with our home. The overall structure seems well done, but paint and drywall especially are poorly done. Recommend very close and thorough inspection before closing.

It was smooth process from booking to closing.

Poor communication. Few things that were promised (like insulating all the walls of basement ) were not done. Poor quality of material at few places. Poor carpet work.

We recently bought a new Pulte Townhome in Oak Tree in Oakland Park FL. There was the usual delays as expected with new construction. We are happy with the finished product. But buyer beware, there is virtually no sound proofing between the units. I have buyers remorse. We can hear our neighbors TV and hear them talk (mumble). Thankful we at least have an end unit. This is unacceptable. This is my 8th townhome and I never had this issue anywhere I have lived. I feel like I'm living in a 500k apartment. It's heart breaking.

Pulte builder sells itself as one step above the other builders. I've worked with 3 builders in the last 8 years and Pulte is barely as good as the other builders. I've found that their people only care about one thing: Reviews. I didn't appreciate how many times they mentioned it. Due to covid circumstances, our house closing was delayed by a total of 5 months, which I don't hold them accountable to. It's what it is. The house itself is well built, nothing special compared to meritage homes for example. Some of the materials used and insulation, wasn't as good as meritage's for example. After closing, when we had issues with the house, the warranty service (now that all surveys have been filled) have been terrible. The worst experience with any builder I dealt with in the past. ... I'm very happy with my choice of building in Pulte's Bradley Pond Community. I was able to get everything I wanted and then some, lot selection, model choice and upgrades at extremely reasonable pricing (even came in under budget.) Starting with my salesman Zach C., he was super easy to work with, diligent in ensuring everything was correct, my questions were answered throughout, was always available and stayed in contact during the entire build. The process from buying, building to closing was transparent, which is a rarity. Pulte's building approach is well above other builders I've dealt with. The build was smooth and timely. My Field Mgr, Nate H. was very thorough. We got together once a week, he always kept me in the loop & answered my calls the same day. You can tell when you're working with genuine people, it shows in their work ethics. I knew I was in good hands. I can honestly say, well done! We have been happy with the overall quality of the home. During COVID times it we understand that it is a challenge to get reliable workers and product. Pulte did come through as promised and has been responsive to any issues since moving in!

My personal Builder David made me feel like family. Great guy I have recommended Pulte because of his service.

Easy process, with mortgage, title company , and insurance company all integrated with Pulte . One stop smooth and seamless process.

Poor workmanship in many areas discovered after moving in. No follow up on repairs.

Be aware of options you pick. You have to pay extra for almost everything to get a decent home. The walk through was a joke. Also they do not hire skilled people (probably because of Covid) I have been here two months and still have issues, especially my daughters home next door. Floor plan is nice. I cannot write a great review when there was so many issues after moving in.

Few things need to be addressed but haven’t had a cycle after two months to provide feedback. Cabinets bag walls and certain finishing points needs addressed.

Pulte is a cookie cutter homebuilder. Please do not expect to make any changes, even with a change order. Three days after I put my contract in, I wanted to put in a change order for a screened in lanai. I was told I couldn't, because the order had already been submitted to the county. I am still without screening for my lanai (the housing industry is booming in Florida, it is difficult to schedule the work or get a response). My experience was and still is very stressful (ongoing issues). I am still trying to get items up to par. They push closing because they are schedule driven. With this, quality is diminished or lost. My home closed with three major items that should have been fixed/repaired before closing: an air conditioner that didn't cool, a very crooked oven hood, and damaged kitchen granite (two of these items I didn't know about until after closing). Additionally, I'm trying to have some electrical outlets installed in my home. I must go through the company that did the work or the warranty will be voided should something happen; however, the electrical company has not/will not return calls (I've called three times) after promises of a return call from an estimator. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Pulte. What should have been a joyful experience turned into a depressing and negative experience. ... More

Just wanted to thank Christopher Hair(builders team) and Lamonica Vaughan(sales team) for all the hard work they put together for our new home. They always had everything completed in a timely manner. It was great working with them. Am so happy with my experience with pulte homes.
