We spoke with many other builders before we found Pulte and from the beginning we could tell it was different. They were so helpful and kind even before we put in our offer on our home. Through the build process they were so kind and gave us prompt updates, I never questioned the work or the quality of our home. I love working with the our team!

The sales and home design process was great. Our Pulte salesperson and design consultant were both wonderful and I can't say enough good things about Bob. Our experience with the rest of the process (construction and mortage teams) was a mixed bag. As an organization Pulte has great processes and procedures, but they struggled where the rubber actually meets the road in many areas. We are happy with our home, but had to advocate for ourselves far more than we expected to receive what we we expected. I would build a home with Pulte again and I would recommend them to a friend or family ...

The sales and builder was good. Problem occurred after we moved in. Our builder has done everything right, but we have several things that need to be fixed and the contractors that need to fix them either don't show up or they never have the right products when they arrive. It's a 4 hour window they can arrive. So it's either ruining my morning or afternoon by sitting at my house. Just getting very annoying. I feel bad for our builder because he has done everything right. It's the people Pulte has chosen to do the work.

Let me just start by saying we love our Pulte home. It’s beautiful, the layout makes sense, and it’s ours! However, not all parts of the process were ideal. The buying and material selection process were great. Our agent, Wayne, was so helpful and answered our million questions. My main concern is the quality of the workmanship of my home. There were so many issues during our walkthroughs where messy mistakes were made and not corrected. Our project manager seemed to brush a lot of these to the side in order to make the closing date and now we’re left submitting request after request through ...

The quality of material used is poor. The field manager is not responsive . Delay simple fixes for long. Warranty is an issue , no quick resolution of issues . It takes month to fix an issue. Not good experience had so many hopes with Pulte but they have shattered . Dissatisfied home buyer. My SoD and tree which was dead before closing has not been even after 2 month .

Everything about this experience was, “just ok.” This is not to take away from any of the persons involved in the process. We never had a bad experience with a single person involved in this transaction. However, from the choices in the design center to truly shoddy work throughout the home. There is still a hole in the concrete near the foundation of our home. There are patches of compound that were not properly sanded or painted over. Nails sticking out of cabinets and floor boards that we can easily snag ourselves with. For the amount of money paid to this company, I would expect far more ...

I had the best field manager, Jason. He stayed in great communication, went above and beyond, even came to my house after closing to fix a few things personally. Can’t say enough. It made the transition between houses easy and seamless. We’ve even recruited one of our friends to buy!

Complete lack of craftsmanship and communication. Pulte will not fix any issues (and there are a lot) until you email them every day for months, and even then the process to fix issues is exhausting.

Sales was not polite, push for more option purchase very aggressively. They are obviously short in man power. the field manager was a good man, he tried his best but there is just too much for him to cover. Little issues all around the house, not critical but annoying, especially for house at this time price range. My neighbor had a blocked sump pump the first day he moved in … i am checking mine frequently, my sewer pump beeped crazily one day after the bathroom was used, after a minute it pumped itself then everything went ok, not sure what was going on

We absolutely love our home and would do it all over again. However, Pulte really needs to work on their customer service and communication skills. Since getting in our home, it has taken months to resolve minor issues throughout the house that should’ve been taken care of right away. Representatives stopped responding to us and we had to hound them in order to get the work completed. When you speak with them in person they are very personable and helpful, but they often lack follow through.

Our experience was negatively impacted by a weak construction manager who did little to oversee the pace and quality of the build process. Fortunately, our sales representative was great and has helped us mitigate the issues. Frankly, the rest of the story is the most important, as we see the response to the items that need repairs.
