Sales personnel were great, we worked with Chris an had a good experience overall. The build of the actual house really showcased the lack of tradesman quality, a lot of poor quality materials are being used. Rushing out on these homes is causing a lot of simple things to be missed. Construction manager Matt was very helpful and responsive. Warranty department so far has been great.

I had a few hiccups that prolonged my move but my salesperson, Jennifer and construction manager, Cole were excellent. They were able to answer my multiple questions and address any concerns I had. I love the way they touch bases at every step of the building process from start to finish. Cole even came by the next day after closing and assist with an issue with my dryer. Thank you Jennifer and Cole. I love my new home.

House seemed to be built too fast

The house is great but the mortgage through Pulte was a longer process than expected.

Multiple mistakes in what we requested and what was built. Lack of frequent proactive communication.

I choose HG due to the lovely unforgettable mountain and lake views, area, private gated community. I initially thought the home was too small but that’s me coming from a 3757sq 5 bedroom 2 story. Now living happy in 3 bedroom 3 bath empty nester. So getting and choosing your home and giving the earnest money was easy and flawless. Being able to pick options and going to the design studio was the best. But of course we chose an area that had never been lived on so we digging from scratch. The long long delays of completing the home was the horrible part for me. I lost a lot of money living in temporary living waiting months past the initial estimated move in. Then waiting more months after the second estimated date then not receiving an estimate date to delays with utilities coming to install meters my goodness it became very stressful. But then…sun broke through the dark clouds and we signed papers and was hopeful for ours keys. Well there was one more delay and keys were not given for almost 3 weeks. We had to resign our closing documents one more time and 6 days later the VICTORY CALL came. They said GO GET YOUR KEYS CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR NEW HOME! When I say those were the best words to my ear ever. I almost ran there to get my key that’s how much energy I was suddenly filled with. All the hell was over and I was thankful. I thanked and blessed them all for building my home with great quality and perfection. Some things could have been upgraded but the quality of the build is everything. I would after everything go back to Pulte because I’m happy and highly satisfied with the quality and how they toured me through my home to show me how everything works and the aftercare is beautiful. They have come when I called and they followed up to ensure things were still working to my satisfaction. They even paid my rent and storage due to that last month delays. It was a long road but if I knew I would be this happy at the finish I truly would do it again. Thank you Pulte. Thank you Eric . The man that took all the crap from us all and remained calm. Thank you for that and all the consistent communication I received from you in them last few weeks. Be blessed. And thank you for building my beautiful dream home. This was a nightmare! I have purchased 8 other homes and have not been through what Pulte had done to us. That needs to be fixed asap!

Mike, a member of the construction team, is exceptionally helpful and willing to assist with any task at hand. However, I believe Pulte should consider enhancing its sales and mortgage teams to effectively sell houses. In my personal experience, I purchased solar from them, but when I inquired about my sales receipt from the sales team, they seemed unsure of how to provide it.

The initial process was great, the mortgage experience was not and there have been a number of issues post move in we have had to fix. Contractors aren’t always the most responsive but could be due to availability

Since we started the process to buy our house, we want to highlight the work of Jose, Project manager, who was very kindly. He helped and guide us in every step of the process, keeping us updated every single minutes. Jose always was there to answer our question and concerns. He deserves five stars for his valuable work and determination. We were so happy to work with him.

Working with construction team and the finance team was over the top awesome. Very responsive and great people. Steve from construction, and Amber and Cassandra from Finance were just outstanding. As for sales rep, very bad communication with us along with not being truthful at all.

If I purchase another pulte home. I'LL be sure to bring in my own lender

John was great, he deserves 5 stars. I truly want to express my gratitude for his work, the relationship and communication. His attention to detail and customer concern was a highlight in the building process. Eric was helpful and professional. Lisa in the design process was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Pulte has some work to do on its sales process! We are still surprised that the walls were painted with flat paint. The no flexibility policy left negative feelings. The interior paint job was very sloppy. It looked like they didn’t prepare with tape and drop cloths. Many paint spots on the carpet.

Loan department is horrible! Had to go with my own lender because pulte never responded! Almost lost all of my deposit thank god i didnt, and they didnt want to give me closing incentives because i didnt use their lender! How if they never reponded at all.

Two months after buying the house and moving in, we do not have keys to the mailbox. After asking the sales office multiple times we have just been passed around and no one is able to get the keys made for us. Otherwise great house.

If you have anything that you would like to incorporate into your new home that is not outlined in this builder's blueprint, then you will not get it. This builder is extremely restrictive and most likely will not allow you to make even simple changes. Therefore, you will live in their house and not yours.

Pulte originally offered lots first come first serve. When we looked to buy property we were informed that we would need to bid on the property. We learned that we were bidding against ourselves so we didn’t want to lose the opportunity to live in the community. Pulte has since dropped this practice. Regardless we love the home and community

House is great so far, minor issues as expected. This is not our first build the first difference is no grass was not installed in front yard as part of build or even offered. Back yard grading was never finished told to wait until spring so we will see. Fine finishing details not quit up to par I.E. both sliding doors caked in dirt, Paint left behind was all left open so no it’s unusable and I have to dispose of now. The driveway is ridiculously small for 3 car garage option for no reason plenty of room and maybe a 1/4 yard more of concrete. I think there are a lot of small things that could’ve been done better which would have made the experience better. ... More

I love the design of the home . The extra bedrooms could stand to be a little larger Should have the option to screen the porch

My experience with pulte was amazing, I just wish they used a better title company with better reviews rather than a 3 star company. And maybe let the new home owners know how hard it’s going to be to get internet/cable& your mail to the house. How your address may not be activate at majority of all places.
