I had few small issues. All around I am satisfied with the house.

Smooth process. Financed with Pulte Mortgage as well. Great 3% incentive. Builder hasn't responded well to issues we found after moving in; local field manager won't fix issues but keeps promising to come back.

The closing procedure had its hiccups to no fault of mine. I am still waiting to be contacted by Pulte's outside vendors to correct a couple issues. Pulte has responded and fixed what they could do. All in all, I love my home.

Quality seems a little above average, I am not unsatisfied but not fully satisfied. I understand that with new fast construction there's going to be issues. First, had concern when one of our paid upgrades wasn't implemented and we ended up having it removed as to not delay our closing. Beer bottles under our tub in the dirt, then my husband recently went in the attic and there was another beer can. It's going on two months since closing and still haven't received any follow-up call or email from Pulte asking if there are any issues. Our back fence is against the street and substantially lower than both our neighbors to the side of us. Many minor cosmetic issues with our upgraded cabinets, looks as if they were painted and paint didn't dry evenly (some areas looks scratchy). Our leftover paint that were left in the garage don't match our walls, andvwe had to purchase a can of paint which cost us alnost $50 to paint and do touch ups. It seems there's an issue with our cold water, it's more lukewarm or room temperatute and doesn't get close to getting cold, no matter how long you let it run. The standard carpet is hideous, if we would have known how cheap and unsightly it would look, we definitely would have upgraded. The upgrade for prewire was never completed because we had to call an outside party to finish the wiring. Our front door is chipped and we'll probably have to pay to replace it. ... More

Overall I happy with the experience with minor issues.

We love the house and the floor plan. We are not happy with the quality of work from some of the contractors but Pulte has been responsive to getting these issues resolved

I had a great construction manager during the construction of my home, but once his survey was done and initial issues were remedied, I was given a second manager who took over. He did my 30 day inspection and took down all of our issues and havent seen or heard from him since. I will be reaching out to the old manager if i dont hear from this one soon.

Very good experience from the start. Very friendly people to work with. Closed on June 14 and waiting on a couple of punch list items. Could be more responsive in this area. Overall a very positive experience.

New home owners need to make sure they write down all of their change order numbers and colors and Pulte comes back and takes care of all of the little things that you didn’t see when you move in, be persistent on that. Other than that Patti and Jeff have been very awesome with all the help that they’ve given us

I bought the house sight unseen as I live in another state far away. For what the builders offered it seemed like a good investment and the pictures from my real estate agent of the house looked decent. So I took a chance and went ahead with the purchase. About a month after I was able to take a vacation to stay at the house. Overall it is pretty nice and seems well built. Being a track home there were some attention to details that were overlooked or missed but were/are taken care of by the builder.

We purchased the Firewood model because it was the only builder in the area that had first floor master. I would have preferred the laundry room on the first floor instead of the 2nd. I would have liked to be able to see the prices for the material at the Show Room earlier than selection day. We were allowed to see the material but had no opportunity to ask anyone prices until Selection day. The flat paint used as standard will come off with 1-2 wipes if it gets stained. You most definitely will have to repaint if you don't upgrade the paint - which I wouldn't recommend because you can get paint contractors for cheaper. We've built several times before, this is probably the worst paint job in our 3 experiences of building. I wouldn't recommend the Standard flooring or cabinets, they definitely are substandard quality - You WILL upgrade floors & cabinets. You're given receptacle boxes for fans but not even a standard fan was offered which was standard with other builders we've built with. Our biggest set-back was no Internet access for over a week - on a week I was working remotely. This situation was a hassle with Pulte & our Internet provider. The cable couldn't be run from the street box to the house due to "broken pipes." And neither Pulte nor the Internet provider would take responsibility to fix it. Multiple calls to Pulte & the Internet provider resulted in a blame game. Currently, getting the HOA agency or Pulte to appropriately manage the "gated" community has been a hassle. No one takes responsibility when you call. One quotes the other is responsible. In the mean time, come sun down people experiencing homelessness, groups of teens walk about the property - on more than one occasion in the "gated" community. Multiple calls to the HOA & Pulte from several of the residents in the community resulted in closing the main gate & leaving another gate open. We're from the Midwest. Arizona homes are definitely inflated compared to the Midwest. However, we chose a new build over an already inflated existing home that would need updates & upgrades. We may build with Pulte again, knowing however that we will put about 30-35% of the sale price in upgrades. I love my home and the area I’m in, I am a very understanding person but just need to get the little things taken care of in a more urgent manner.

This is our second pulse home. The quality of the end product is significantly less the second time around. Examples. There are fifty pieces of tape locating blemishes in the paint. There is one tile in the master bath with a different color of grout. The attention to detail just isn’t there.

I think custom relation could be improved.

The hardworking sales staff was been exceptionally responsive to our concerns throughout the process. The design staff was a pleasure to work with. The building manager was responsive to our needs. There were some delays and lack of communication with the appraisal process. Perhaps not 5 star but a good experience overall and one that we were glad to have had.

Make sure they clean and fix everything before you move in.

Great floor plans and prime location. Process of building was good, but attention to detail by subcontractors was seriously lacking. At this price point, we expected much more from Pulte. Overall, great people to work with and happy to call this Pulte house a home.

Overall this has been a great experience for us. Home is roomy, efficient, and in a great environment.

Nice home builder. Missed minor details but overall good quality.

Felt like for the money that we spent, our house should have gotten a lot more attention to detail, workmanship, clean up of our home and yard area, before closing on our new home. Pulte has been good at fixing the major issues brought to their attention thus far. For that we are grateful.

Major flaw in master bedroom wall. Needs major repair.

Lack of communication at the handoff phase from builder to homeowner. Sloppy attention to details. Slow response to finished product issues.

We are generally satisfied. But Pulte as a company has communication issues with customers and within the organization as a whole. It is an absolute necessity for a new home buyer to stay on top of the entire home building process as much as possible and document everything (Special Requests, Exceptions, NSO's, etc.). The actual subdivision supervisors (Wayne, Scott, & Alex) and the sales representative (Chris) were outstanding and all deserve 5 stars.
