The preaproval was amazingly fast. It made me feel confident that when the time would come to finalize, it would be equally fast. It was not. I couldn't believe the amount of hoops I had to jump though to get this home. I wish I had been warned to spray pesticides to kill off all the bugs that made my home theirs throughout the build process. We had to forego the radiant barrier with no replacement option. Pulte homes was supposed to be energy efficient and now summers will feel a bit more uncomfortable. The tile job quality of the 9k shower isn't up to par. It's uneven. The recessed ...

Go to your house daily and make sure things are being installed correctly. Watch for sump pumps to be unplugged while construction is going on. Make sure the sump pump gets power all the time.

Process orientation and timely communication

Building a home is a process. Things inherently get delayed or mistakes are made ;we are all human. I built my Florida house while living in Michigan. Communication was great. Pulte team responded to any challenges that were under their control with out exception. If there were delays outside of their control they notified me in a timely fashion

Everything from the start was exceptional. Since the beginning Stella showed interest and took ownership to make every single step of the process smooth and easy. After meeting several times and many phone calls we came to the best agreement for us and that left us happy. The time that it took for the house to be ready was exactly the time they told us. Pulte is overall great. Elli (Sales) is the best. She always kept us updated on how the house looked until completion. You can definitely count on her being there for you. Meredith (Designer) very knowledgeble. She went above and beyond helping us select the best options that suited our intent and budget. Brett (Field) was always realistic about the field constraints, and willing to take care of any issues identified.

We have had a couple of issues and Leo and Lorenzo have been great about running the issues to ground. A couple more items have popped up in the past couple of weeks but I am confident in the Pulte team to get them resolved quickly and efficiently.

The staff are great and professional. Customers are treaded with respect and any information needed during the process is provided in a timely manner. Regular updates are provided on the construction status. The building work was done in a bit haste though. There is room for improvement with quality of materials and especially with workmanship. My previous home was built five years back by a regional builder that had far few issues and higher quality. New buyers will make their own discoveries. Office people were superior, very helpful and field managers were helpful, but some construction and material was not not what I expected from a Pulte build.

Where to start, during the build process there was Pe’e all over the floors and toilets, white paint everywhere. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of products used in my home, the sloppy workmanship within the house. ..unfinished walls, clumps of plaster where wall connects to door frame. Dust painted over on surfaces so not smooth. There was no priming of paint on walls, ceiling or wood trim. I can see the Sheetrock through the paint on the walls and ceiling, paint is peeling off the woodwork and can see bare wood. When pull painters tape off wall it takes the paint with it. After having a horrible experience prior to this home with a different builder, we are so great full to be in our new home here and rest easy knowing the quality is sound and there. Pulte took pride in their work and when something wasn’t right, they addressed it right away. We also were blessed to have the best of the best looking over our home as it was being built and couldn’t say enough amazing things about Cody! He truly is one of the few good ones out there.

Pulte would rather come back out to fix problems 3,4, and 5 times than do the job write the first time. They employ subpar contract laborers that are not skilled in their trades. We were told that everything past inspection, city code and inspectors have a really low bar.

I love my home but my experience has not been good with getting answer from the project people on getting answers. I was not left any paint for touch ups and have asked everyone they tell me they will check into it but no response. I moved in on 8/13/2021 it has been 2 month with no answer I have spoken with Javier and Julie and nothing.

While out site super is working to fix issues it has been an extremely slow, painful, and stressful process. It took 3 visits for our home to even get the correct attic insulation level. Tile work was absolutely terrible throughout and we requested a new crew from the get go but now a third visit is scheduled finally with a new crew to completely rip out and replace the entire wet bar backsplash. Our floors are one giant tripping hazard, and we requested this to be addressed at each stage, now we have had 3 areas “fixed” but now Pulte is paying for an ANSI “expert consultant” to come out and ...

Shoddy build quality with an extremely low level of respect and care for your home. They hire the cheapest labor they can - many don't even speak English - and it shows. Truly a production style build process in which corners are cut. Communication is incredibly lacking and you are treated like you don't matter and aren't a part of the process. I would never, ever, ever build a home with Pulte again.
