Happy with my purchase, expect I’m still waiting for them to fix some details!!!

Quality and great people to work with

Thankfully we were able to sign and build our home before the prices went up on lumber and materials. They were very efficient getting what we needed and communication was top notch!

It was a tiring experience looking for a.nuce house here at Spencer’s Crossing in Murrieta CA. Fortunately, Pulte had called and gave us a chance to pick our new home. Thank you Pulte. Hoping to have a good and better working relationship in the coming years!

Bad experience for painting

Home was being rushed at the end of stage so there many issues, including water leak and electrical issues etc.

Not bad buying from pulte

Should review cost of all options with Pulte before signing or making any deposits, found options to be dated, limited and over priced. Was not allowed access to home during construction, was only allowed once during construction, can understand now after seeing quality issues.

Great value for the price

Pulte made the whole buying experience very transparent and smooth.Very satisfied with customer point of view.

Everyone was very nice and responsive during the building process. After closing you are treated like chopped liver. Issues that were promised upon signing off on the final inspection prior to closing are ignored despite numerous texts and emails. Love my home but very disappointed in the lack of communication. The Field Engineers should be required to take a course on how to communicate with their clients.

Long wait for responses, long wait for information, no replies.

As a first time homeowner I didn’t know what to expect during this process. I am thoroughly impressed with Pulte’s build quality, responsiveness, trustworthiness. Our loan officer Fredrick and our processor Angelo were always helpful explaining what was needed and had no problem answering all of our questions whenever we had them. Our construction manager Joey went above and beyond during our build process to ensure that our home was built with the quality advertised by Pulte. He was straight forward and knowledgeable about every aspect of the build and if something was wrong, he made it right quickly. My wife and I are very happy in our new community filled with nice neighbors and great amenities. ... More

My home buying experience with Pulte was relatively painless considering today's Market. They had minimal delays and did not skimp on building materials like I have seen other horror stories with from other builders. I am 100% happy with my choice in going with Pulte.
