If I new my brand new home would have so many issues and pulte refuses to accept there mistakes and correct them. We are blamed for poor building and workmanship and they call it cosmetic. Be ware, I should have done my research and never bought from you. You don't stand beyond your work. Quality is horrible

The community layout could have been greatly improved upon. Compared to other new townhome communities in Bothell/MilCreek, Urban Village seems congested. Road built quality is also not up to the mark although I believe the builder may lay out roads again once the construction in the community is complete. Landscaping design and installation pales in comparison to other new townhome communities too.

Communication wasn’t the greatest would prefer that constructions managers have a work issued cell phone. Overall end product we are very satisfied with.

Pulte has a streamlined process of home buying and construction process. and is a one-stop shop for home buying and mortgage application. Quality of materials and workmanship can be bumped up a few notches

I was able to watch the house being built. I have a niece that purchased around the same time her house was LGI. The quality on her home was much better. The fit of the framing we had cracked studs large gaps in cross pieces patched in with 6 so so nails. overall I would not purchase another Pulte home.

My experience with most of the people from Pulte, like Skyler, Chris, and Ivan, was very pleasant. They were all very helpful through the process and were quick to respond to any concerns I had. However, one major issue that arose that has not yet been taken care of is the landscaping was very poor. The grass was laid over rocks, concrete, bottles, etc. and therefore has not grown well, or at all in many parts. I have never seen grass being laid over all of that, how can it grow? I raised my concerns about this issue, and the landscaping company sent one of their representatives named Jason who was extremely rude, and apparently was satisfied with the horrible job they had done when I showed him what was under the grass. He continued to be rude and make excuses, even at one point saying “Do you want us to remove every piece of wood, concrete, and bricks?” I responded yes of course because that is the type of work I payed for, and regardless, they didn’t even pick up most of it or even half of it, it was a mess underneath. He turned his back to me the customer and said “I’m leaving” and walked away without assisting at all or expressing any sort of understanding. Maybe it is because he couldn’t handle the truth that I was showing him, but again horrible customer service to go along with poor landscaping. The issue still has not been resolved. My experience with Pulte was good. My sales consultant (Pablo) was very instrumental in helping with the overall process.

Overall experience was good.

Pulte was great to work with during the construction process. We were notified of each phase of construction and response time for questions was very good. I can’t say the same for issues after closing on my home. The response time is much slower, requires multiple attempts (takes several weeks). There were also a few surprises which were not told to us during the buying process. The home quality appears to be okay. There could have been more care taken in leaving the outside of the home cleaner, eg. cement splatter, pieces of siding and nails. The Design Center experience was fun, many options to choose from. i had good bad and ugly experience with Pulte so far. It is been a roller coaster ride and i hope it changes.

They have been very helpful and informative with our entire process.

Our overall experience with Pulte was satisfactory. We started the process in May 2020, two months after the beginning of the pandemic. There was a lack of communication at the beginning with our sales manager, which led to trust issues and frustration. However, once a new team was brought onto the project communication began to flow on a weekly / biweekly basis, and visible progress on our home began to show which restored our trust in Pulte. Our site manager was very straightforward with us and assured us that the quality of the home was what she wanted to deliver to us. My home buying experience was great. My field manager was excellent in explaining everything to us during the construction of our home.

Product options really allow buyers to 'make the home design their own'. Along the way our construction supervisor explained the nuances of both our design choices as well as the standard build items. It was fun and we learned a lot.

Let me start by saying - the home is gorgeous and we will eventually be very happy with our decision. The house isn’t falling over and I do believe we received a fantastic deal in this market. Now onto the bad. I feel like we were deceived by our salesman. Several items that we thought would be included in our home turned out to be options that were not included. A tiled shower and the wood/metal stair railing are just two that come to mind that were never even offered to us to ‘upgrade’. Upon moving in, many items were not even completed. Closet doors not finished (no gliders in the floors and no paint), a cracked window, flooring installed in closet not all the way to wall, walls needed patched, towel racks coming out of walls, etc. Most of these things have still yet to be corrected. Then during the first week and a half in the house, we had two water leaks. The first took far long to repair and the second was just okay. During this, we found out that our water shutoff valves for the upstairs were installed wrong and did not work properly. Also, while most of these items have been repaired, we are still waiting for the fan to be replaced in our half bath as it was likely damaged by the water leaks. We had to have our front porch concrete re-poured because of an obviously visible incorrect slope. This took two weeks to repair and while doing so they left our siding on the ground in the mud not even lying flat. During the re-pour they got concrete on other siding that still needs replaced. Workers used my hose (not a big deal) but couldnt even clean up after themselves leaving in sprawled all over the front yard. A porto john was left on my front yard for several weeks although houses on both sides of me were still being built. I had to dig up a 10-12 foot piece of wood (2x6) that was mostly buried but had a 1-2 foot section extending up through the ground and clearly noticeable leaning against the house. Honestly the list goes on and on and on but I think you get the point. I never expected to have a perfect house, but I didnt expect so many things to be wrong, nor did I expect things to take so long to fix thereafter. If you go with Pulte, don’t ‘trust’ they will get it done because they wont. Be the bad guy and hound them til its completed to your satisfaction. ... More

They are reliable. Helpful and polite

My experience was Pulte was great. They handed it over on time and we didn't had any issues. Overall, the process was very smooth. I'm happy with Pulte.

Overall I had a good experience, even with pandemic-related delay issues with regard to supplies.

Great experience! Process was easy. We're very pleased.

Once they built the house, they dont even care to fix the issues reported during walk-in. They say they will fix it but they never do. Ask them to fix all issues before paying anything to them.

Everyone was great to work with

I had a terrible experience with a leaking central HVAC system leading to no cooling for the first month I moved in. As a new home buyer you expect this to be sorted and examined but its a very demoralizing experience for me.
