Terrible service, slow response, missing details, non existent project manager for most of build

This was a horrific experience. It took over a month after closing to get a dishwasher. We still do not have the correct refrigerator. Sales person Kurt was great! Last of 4 project managers tried to play recovery from the failure of the 3 previous non-existent ones. Banking and finance through Pulte move at a snails pace. Insurance was a rip off through Pulte and wasn’t enough to cover the house. This still has to be changed! It was a nightmare. I can’t rate less than 1 star without ignoring the email.

From the start till now not a good experience at all. I would not of done this again and I would of used another builder and went another way to get a new home

From the first day that we contacted Pulte it has been amazing how helpful and kind each person has been. Living in NY during the building process we thought we would miss the experience of seeing our home built but seeing how great the people are at Pulte that wasn’t the case. Our salesman John along with our superintendent Joey made sure they sent us pictures to keep us up to date. We love our home, we’re very happy with the layout and the house itself. However in the 6 weeks we’ve been here we’ve had to place three different work orders and take time off every time to get them resolved. Our air conditioning completely shut down and we were without for a day, our electrical needed to be required, and a shower head installed caused issues with the hot water. We are still waiting on a tree to be replaced that had died before we moved in. We are very happy with our home overall, but all of the issues we’ve had were due to things being rushed and careless errors.

Lots of points undisclosed while paying and signing up. Quality of Pulte homes and diminished significantly since the past years. Paint of house finish of flooring , hvac, garage doors, everything is sub standard and sub par. Regret the decision to purchase through Pulte

There was 4 months delay. The quality of material is bad and it is badly built with seams, dents, defects everywhere. The HOA is also awful, not responding to your inquiries. Not worth the money at all!

There are multiple issues in the house. Sod was not laid properly and was not watered properly until closing because of which most of my sod is already dead in spite of regular watering. Issues that were identified during prewalk are yet to be fixed and many issues identified during prewalk were only fixed after closing.

Quality of delivered product was great. Sales process was great. Pulte mortgage process was great. Virtual meeting with design center was challenging. Designer was impatient and frustrated at times. Post delivery support has been good in general. I had an air conditioning issue and I requested a manager to escalate the issue and manager never responded. The issue was eventually resolved but was frustrating not to have a manager respond.

We have been greatly disappointed by a number of issues. We were pressured to close on the house with outstanding issues as we were guaranteed that they would be fixed in a timely manner. Some of the issues which remained and were discovered after represent safety issues as well. At this point, over a month after closing, many issues remain unresolved or took weeks to get fixed (with prodding from us - like HVAC piping putting us at risk of CO poisoning, a garage door screw which was broken leading to instability of the whole opening unit). The quality of build and special accommodates made upon request were superb. The communication was not good at times. I would rather hear there are no updates rather than radio silence. Builder did a good job of trying to make us whole in the end.
