We had no idea what to expect as first time home buyers and Pulte made it easy from start to finish. They were patient and understanding with us, answering all of our questions. They were attentive and very responsive. Couldn't be happier!

The homes built by Pulte are great and best quality materials are used. The ground staff are great and take great care in making sure all the expectations are aligned with what was advertised. The sales team is also great and very quick with responses and providing information. The loan approval team (and there are multiple groups) have some overlap and communication can be confusing at times. Just make sure you have everything documented to support you as you progress on finalizing the home that you want. Overall, I am happen with how my home was handed over to my on the day of closing.

Dustin addressed all our questions and any issues that we wanted addressed on a timely basis. A newly built home is not ever going to be perfect day one, but that was Dustin's goal and he definately followed up after we moved in to make it so. We are really enjoying our new home. Very satisfied!

Pulte was very prompt and responsive with every question and request. Everything went as promised and planned, and we're very happy with our new townhouse.

Pulte was helpful in choosing my home base on my price range I can afford to pay as a mortgage. They were willing to go above and beyond to help me secure my mortgage loan at reasonable rate. I really love my new home Pulte build and the building Engineer always come to my aid when I need him to address issues.

Had an incredible build experience from our first meeting with Jessica to all the time, energy & effort that Dustin put in to keep us on time and prepared for everything. I’ve already told numerous people Pulte is the way to go if you build new! Would give 10 Stars if I could. We love our home!!

Scott and Bill as Construction Mangers did an excellent job, so did the sales consultant Greg. If there were any issues or concerns, they found a way to address it.

Great experience from sales to home build

We live outside the country, so most of the buying process had to happen remotely. The people at Pulte were very helpful every step of the way. Nathan was especially helpful, reviewing the house features once on a face time call, then again when I was in town.

Raul was very responsive and went through all the processes with me. He was an excellent builder. Brittany in the office was excellent to work with in setting things up.

The Pulte Warranty service team have been very responsive. Loved our sales person Parisa.

The condo is really good quality, was finished on time, and all issues pointed out in the walkthrough were addressed on closing day. Everybody throughout the process was very communicative and helpful!

Our project manager Matt was fantastic. He always responded to questions and fixed any issues. We are very happy with our new home.

Exceptional experience with the Pulte buying experience! I greatly appreciated the level of detail, utilization of technology to make appt, confirm appts and follow up with phone calls. I am extremely happy with my home. From my initial contact with Gita as I viewed the models, through the construction process with Tiffany; along with the superior service I received from Marcy and Brandee at PGP . Also kudos to Marcy’s assistance (I can’t remember her name) but she came in on her day off to help execute the final documents, The complete experience has been second to none but Pulte is #1. The entire process from start to finish was very simple and straightforward. The entire staff was very helpful, friendly and supportive. We have only had one minor repair which was immediately addressed which may have been caused by movers, but no hesitation on getting the repair completed.
