Good experience except with mortgage persons

Overall the buying/building experience was very good. Sales and the field manager were great. The design studio experience was too rushed and the designer was ok, not great. Now that we have moved in, we found issues that there teams should have noticed and resolved. We now await how they do in fixing the issues. Our final rating will depend on how they respond.

House Buying experience with Pulte Overall I would say that house buying experience with Pulte was great. Sales: I worked with Nino and he was good for most part of it. Only problem you would face would be he is stubborn and not ready to listen to you about any bargains. All prices are fixed and there will absolutely no haggle. Once you select some options, he will not change it even we are under 30days or just after that. Construction Time: The construction took from Nov till Aug (about 9+ months). During this period, I worked with Luke. This guy is excellent. No complaints. He kept me informing about the status of the build on weekly basis. We have had many of issues from start to current. Plumbing lines switched, gas leaks, framing and many of issues. Take the bad reviews serious.

The entire process was smooth and delivered with quality.

Pulte, isn’t just a company that build homes. Their a family. For the months leading up to our closing, they have been by our side. A couple months now after closing and being moved in, their still at our side. From the sales associates to the building managers, they’ve all become more than what the once were. To our family their now an extension of our family. Everyone on the property are always caring and helpful in everything. I can’t really complain about anything. Overall we are happy as we have to be happy. Nice to work with Anthony (Sales) and Steve (Site Manager) are very professional and impressed with their overall responsiveness. With reference to the quality of the construction, I am not at all happy. There are gaps (bugs can build their homes) between the baseboard and flooring. Baseboard guys say that the flooring is uneven and Pulte folks say that the baseboard. Very poor quality material was used for Window sills. Found and still finding several nails and other metal objects in the backyard and all my requests to find and remove those went into deaf years. Ordered a customized Garage Door and am still waiting (about two months now). Totally careless attitude after we moved in. Well. Learning to live with such issues. ... More

What bothers me is all the grass they put in are loaded with frogs; however 2 times they got into my new home under the couch. They come out at night so you can't even sit outside cause they run in. It is a problem, otherwise everything was OK.

This was a smooth process from start to finish. Loved every second of working with Pulte.

Our experience with Pulte home was positive one. Their professionalism shows in management, quality of work and customer service. construction done on time. We love it. Thank you.

Make sure on the final walk thought, the home should be completely finish before closing. I am closing on my almost two month now, the paint touch up in the rest room, and 12' wide concrete drive way need to be fix. With many phone call, the problem have not been solve. Very disappointed.

After purchasing, Pre inspection list has not been followed up on.

David, who ended up running the project on the ground in the final months, was first rate. His predecessor was not.

You buy a box, nothing is included! basic base selection is dull therefore you have to upgrade and pay more! by the time you add all the necessities to beautify your place, you add & pay $80,000 more. Paint job not very good!

Well I have been constantly lied to by the Pulte team and they never return phone calls. The quality of the work is a joke and the Pulte quality video is total fiction and does not represent what I have seen and speaking to numerous neighbours they are all having similar issues. Simple issues become a total frustration in getting resolved. I am convinced that once the contract is signed no one at Pulte cares about me as the customer anymore. Items were changed after I selected because you changed vendors leaving me with no choice. I truly believe I will end up in a legal bahtle over the upgrades that are done incorrectly and Pulte is showing no interest in fixing. I know for a fact this will not be shared as quite frankly if I was a senior member of the Pulte team I would be embarrassed with this. But I also wonder if this is not the norm for your company and this is just a farce. Everyone went above and beyond when we worked with Pulte Homes except for one department. I would love to give them 5 stars if I can separate them with Pulte Mortgage and just give Pulte Mortgage a 1 star but since this survey combines both I have to make it a 4 star. I would buy another house and recommend Pulte Homes to all my friends and families because of the quality of their work and responsiveness to any inquiries and concerns. BUT STAY AWAY FROM PULTE MORTGAGE. Their response time is so bad I almost did not go through the purchase of the house. They left me hanging with questions and are very hard to get a hold of. If you've purchased a house already and are familiar with the process then these guys might work for you, I am just talking about people that are buying for the first time. Corey has done a great job helping us on minor issues with the house that need some attention. He was great at helping with installation of late arriving fish wash and refrigator. He really is commemorated to taking care of new home owners.

Pulte closes the homes with the appliances not working properly. They give little to no time to review the appliances on the day of closing. Leave us to deal with the warranty team after closing

Good intentions and continued follow up with vendors to finish or fix issues and problems with the build. We like our home and are very happy with Steve and Mike. Eventually we are confident all issues will be completed to our satisfaction. They communicate and keep us informed. 98 percent of the house is complete and the balance of items should be resolved soon we hope.We are happy with our new home.

Pulte have good quality homes I will advice you if want TO have home go to the Pulte company

Pulte’s poor communication and commitment disappoints us so much. They really need complete responsibilities and accountability to listen carefully and timely communicate. Most importantly they have to take action but not simply disregard or inaction. Very disappointed and unpleasant experience.

I was forced to close without issues been taken care found before and during the celebration meeting. I was given letter of completion from Vice president of Pulte with the list of issues that will be completed by Aug 13th. Field manager stopped responding to calls/ emails right after giving me that letter and I am still running behind the customer care for getting my issues fixed. Had a very bad experience.

I have very bad experience with Pulte . Before closing 3 days , we walk through house and we founded so many things which are not properly installed . At the day of closing , we walk again and we founded 20+ things which Pulte did not resolved till that day . THEY PROMISED TO US EVERYTHING WILL BE DONE . We make the agreement, after closing 15 days PULTE should complete the list . Today , 6 weeks after closing list is not completed, and they are apologizing all the time , with excuses and sorry for inconvenience. I can prove all calls which I made to PULTE TEAM ( more than 50 ) , emails ( more than 50) text messages ( over 50 ) and of course agreement which PULTE signed with me regarding all 20+ issues will be done 15 days after closing. Again 6 weeks after closing they didn’t complete the list. ... More
