1. Change filed manager in the process of home building without notifying me until I found out. 2. Not detail oriented (sod is not install correctly, it's uneven and a lot of holes) 3. Outside of the house still need to be worked 4. I love the neighborhood but pulte can do better job than this. If there is a way for me to send pictures I will love to show you what happened to the house. Overall it's not a good experience.

The whole sales process was amazing, when it came to building that when we started having issues. We have issues in our home that still need to be fixed. we thought we had a 30 day evaluation check list but that was all lies. We are still missing a rack from our stove and Zack the construction manager said he ordered but that was a month ago and still haven't revived it. I and very dissatisfied with the construction part of the home, and something need to change quick.

During the process of building this home we had a building manager who failed to address multiple issues addressed by my building inspector. Halfway through this process that manager was “fired” and replaced another who did address all of our issues and responded quickly. The closing process was smooth, meetings with everyone went well and our needs were being met... until closing. We signed off on our house at closing after speaking with the new building manager regarding problems that arose during our blue tape inspection. Most things were fixed but we were specifically told that everything would be taken care off. 3 months after closing our wooden staircase is still not fixed (they’ve redone it horribly 4 times), the metal railing balusters are still not all secured, the trim around our fireplace has separated from the floor 3 times and the repair men just told me to put weights on it so it will glue back down, there are chips in our floor that haven’t been fixed, flooring in our office doesn’t go all the way to the baseboard so there is a gap between the wall and flooring, there are paint spots all over the wood flooring downstairs, we had 4 lightbulbs burn out in the first 2 weeks, and the subfloor in our master bedroom has separated from the beams and popped up which now squeaks every time we walk in it. These were issues found in our inspection that we’re never fixed and now structural issues are occurring. We love this house but are extremely disappointed in the willingness to fix issues that should have been done months ago. The quality is par - these are workers not craftsman; wish I could send photos of our upgraded paint work - we purchase upgraded paint (white walls and gray trim.). Our gray trim work should have clean lines - this isn’t the case, we have gray smeared into the floor and walls. We were told that they have replaced those workers for others but how does that help us know, as we now need to hire real painters to fix the paint. And not to mention our front door ( outside) looks like a three year old painted it. As for the material used - all we can say is that it’s cheap, unless you upgrade to level 5 or above which is what we did ( almost $50k in upgrades)...except for our shower. We moved in May 22, week one our shower handle feel off - we placed a work order in three weeks ago and was told it was going to take another 2-3 weeks ( so one month to fix something we could fix in 5 min), After looking at what we have ( cheap) we’re now ripping that shower out and replacing with a frameless shower ( something more sturdy). The sub contractors Pulte uses are fast and careless with their work. This results in mistakes and errors that plague the homeowner.

In the beginning they were attentive to ant little problems but since moving in they tend to ignore you and things do not get done. To rate them as excellent would not be telling the truth.

There were lack of details in finish. When we did our final inspection on our closing day, we found several issues such as dirty floor, stained kitchen faucet, missing pendant lights, missing cabinet piece in kitchen island, not levelled cabinet door, visible nail marks on molding, construction debris on roof, and etc. Although the majority of these were addressed, we are still waiting for our pendant lights and new kitchen faucet after two months. In addition, our driveway and walkway were poured more than 7 weeks after moving in. Our yards still not graded, so we might not be able to put grass seeds this year although we moved in spring. It is frustrated not being able to enjoy what we already have paid in full. The most frustrating issue is with our hardwood floors. We have hardwood floors on all three floors, but we found out that there were a lot of drywall dust trapped inside of grains of hardwood floor pieces. We raised this issue during the final inspection and basically got no solution. After trying few different methods, we realised we need to manually get the dust out of individual grain using a small screw driver. I stopped almost immediately because it could damage the hardwood pieces. Therefore, it looks like we are stuck with dirty hardwood pieces because they have no intention of cleaning for us. I believe this could have been prevented during the construction if the work was done more carefully or the floor was put after drywall was completed. It is definitely disappointed to see these floors every day. We feel that we deserve a better quality finish product, considering the price of the house and the payment was made on the closing day. Please check all the details of your house as much as possible before moving in and make sure that the majority of work gets done immediately after your inspection. I actually think the final inspection should take place few weeks before the closing day instead of closing day, so the issues can be fixed prior to move in or closing. The Central Point community appears very nice, but the interiors of the homes are not as attractive as they should be due to a lack of high quality workmanship. Additionally, my home buying experience with Pulte Homes was very disappointing. My celebration walkthrough was performed while my home was incomplete and while there were serious paint issues everywhere. I also required multiple independent home inspections before being able to feel comfortable with my purchase, and I did not appreciate being rushed to sign on my home before a passing inspection was obtained. Pulte Homes has a lot of potential, but the customer service needs work, and I strongly advise all future home buyers to obtain an independent inspection before purchasing. ... More

Not great quality homes.

I was not satisfied with the build quality as well as poor results of how issues being handled. Not a trustworthy builder personally feel.

We have been moved in since March 23rd and have had issue after issue that has gone unresolved. Pulte hasn’t sent us any help besides a few emails. In my opinion we shouldn’t even be paying the mortgage if none of our warranty or services are not being upheld.

We are still finding nails sticking out of our stairway, one of our bathrooms is missing a piece of shower curtain pole, trash from workers always needing to get picked up, back yard isnt flat. Those are just to name a few.

Pulte is refusing to address poor insulation in the home that is resulting in excessive heat in the loft and extreme noise from the road behind my home even though I was required to pay for upgraded windows and insulation. They also refused to address high radon levels in my home which is a known problem in the entire development.

I was very unsatisfied with my salesman Carl , he backed on every promise he made , very unprofessional

For the price paid our expectations were higher. We are unfortunately frustrated and surprised by the lack of responsiveness to multiple concerns we had and have now. Hoping for some resolution sooner than later.

I need things repaired. My shower door is literally, falling off and is cracked. It’s been two months and no one has even scheduled. There are other issues too but this is an emergency and the builder doesn’t seem to care.

After closing the house .. Pulte Doesnt respond to there customers and lot of negligence

Pulte builds a fine house. However, their warranty folks and mortgage company make owning the house such a pain.

Overall the experience was not as good as it should have been. It was very hard to get responses from the customer service representatives for the neighborhood and they were not ready for us to move in come the closing date. Throughout the build, we would get a weekly or bi-weekly update via phone to discuss progress but were never provided pictures when we weren't even in the same state for much time during the building process. The overall attention to detail was not great when it was time for us to move in. Even though we had asked for things to be fixed during our final inspection a week before closing, which also wasn't even close to being ready for inspection (they were still painting, fixing problems, and cleaning when we showed up), not everything was fixed properly. Instead of pushing out the closing date and needing to reschedule the moving company and all of the plans that were set in stone for months because we thought 6 months was enough time to do everything properly, we decided to get in the house and fix things ourselves. You would think contractors who build multiple homes at the same time non-stop would see there mistakes and do a almost perfect job every time but that is not even close to the truth. It is disappointing to find new problems or details after spending so much money on what is supposed to be a brand new home. Construction and field team were great, low ratings were purely the result of sales team member we dealt with.

We moved in at the end of March...several items need fixed and we can hear in our kitchen everytime someone flushes the toilet upstairs..No insulation.. in walls...Kitchen cabinets doors are uneven...and I have big hole in my back yard and they keep putting dirt down for people who house was built after mine..Feel like since closing I don't matter.

Jodi at the sales center knowledge of layout and options were lacking severely. Blaine the project manager was great and extremely easy to work with. Happy with the house just realizing lack of attention to detail in finished project.

Walk through on March 11, close on March 16, none of the items identified have been fixed as of May 26.
