1. Change filed manager in the process of home building without notifying me until I found out. 2. Not detail oriented (sod is not install correctly, it's uneven and a lot of holes) 3. Outside of the house still need to be worked 4. I love the neighborhood but pulte can do better job than this. If there is a way for me to send pictures I will love to show you what happened to the house. Overall it's not a good experience.

The whole sales process was amazing, when it came to building that when we started having issues. We have issues in our home that still need to be fixed. we thought we had a 30 day evaluation check list but that was all lies. We are still missing a rack from our stove and Zack the construction manager said he ordered but that was a month ago and still haven't revived it. I and very dissatisfied with the construction part of the home, and something need to change quick.

During the process of building this home we had a building manager who failed to address multiple issues addressed by my building inspector. Halfway through this process that manager was “fired” and replaced another who did address all of our issues and responded quickly. The closing process was smooth, meetings with everyone went well and our needs were being met... until closing. We signed off on our house at closing after speaking with the new building manager regarding problems that arose during our blue tape inspection. The quality is par - these are workers not craftsman; wish I could send photos of our upgraded paint work - we purchase upgraded paint (white walls and gray trim.). Our gray trim work should have clean lines - this isn’t the case, we have gray smeared into the floor and walls. We were told that they have replaced those workers for others but how does that help us know, as we now need to hire real painters to fix the paint. And not to mention our front door ( outside) looks like a three year old painted it. As for the material used - all we can say is that it’s cheap, unless you upgrade ...

The sub contractors Pulte uses are fast and careless with their work. This results in mistakes and errors that plague the homeowner.

In the beginning they were attentive to ant little problems but since moving in they tend to ignore you and things do not get done. To rate them as excellent would not be telling the truth.

There were lack of details in finish. When we did our final inspection on our closing day, we found several issues such as dirty floor, stained kitchen faucet, missing pendant lights, missing cabinet piece in kitchen island, not levelled cabinet door, visible nail marks on molding, construction debris on roof, and etc. Although the majority of these were addressed, we are still waiting for our pendant lights and new kitchen faucet after two months. The Central Point community appears very nice, but the interiors of the homes are not as attractive as they should be due to a lack of high quality workmanship. Additionally, my home buying experience with Pulte Homes was very disappointing. My celebration walkthrough was performed while my home was incomplete and while there were serious paint issues everywhere. I also required multiple independent home inspections before being able to feel comfortable with my purchase, and I did not appreciate being rushed to sign on my home before a passing inspection was obtained. We have been moved in since March 23rd and have had issue after issue that has gone unresolved. Pulte hasn’t sent us any help besides a few emails. In my opinion we shouldn’t even be paying the mortgage if none of our warranty or services are not being upheld.

We are still finding nails sticking out of our stairway, one of our bathrooms is missing a piece of shower curtain pole, trash from workers always needing to get picked up, back yard isnt flat. Those are just to name a few.

Pulte is refusing to address poor insulation in the home that is resulting in excessive heat in the loft and extreme noise from the road behind my home even though I was required to pay for upgraded windows and insulation. They also refused to address high radon levels in my home which is a known problem in the entire development.

I need things repaired. My shower door is literally, falling off and is cracked. It’s been two months and no one has even scheduled. There are other issues too but this is an emergency and the builder doesn’t seem to care.

Overall the experience was not as good as it should have been. It was very hard to get responses from the customer service representatives for the neighborhood and they were not ready for us to move in come the closing date. Throughout the build, we would get a weekly or bi-weekly update via phone to discuss progress but were never provided pictures when we weren't even in the same state for much time during the building process. We moved in at the end of March...several items need fixed and we can hear in our kitchen everytime someone flushes the toilet upstairs..No insulation.. in walls...Kitchen cabinets doors are uneven...and I have big hole in my back yard and they keep putting dirt down for people who house was built after mine..Feel like since closing I don't matter.
