Construction went as planned, no delays.

Poor communication Delayed closing with no notice until day of originally scheduled closing No mailboxes for 3 weeks after closing Unable to use driveway for 5 days after closing due to driveway being poured late because of late inspections 5 weeks after closing and closing checklist items have still not been addressed Nails and debris all over the roof Damaged garage door from subcontractors has not been replaced Drywall and paint touch ups still not completed

Craig, Mark, David and the entire team at Northmark make you feel like you count. Getting to the closing date was the only frustrating issue I had to deal with that could not be helped due to COVID-19 and the effects it created with supplies and workers. This team has consistently taken care of any needs I have had since closing. Susan and the warranty department definitely is there to help as well. The follow up is great.

The sales rep (JILL) was amazing throughout the entire process. Our closing day was stressful, hectic, and confusing due to lack of communication - (Jill was out of town - I’m sure it would have been better otherwise). Stacy is GREAT and very responsive, helping with any issues with the house - breaker reset, squeaky faucet, etc. very happy and in love with our home.

Everything started off wonderfully but after several understandable Covid delays we had to force them to admit that our closing date was being delayed. Everyone is very nice and accommodating throughout the building process but once you get closer to the closing table it becomes very aggressive, threatening, and careless especially if you choose to go with a non-Pulte lender. Upon final walk through there were SEVERAL issues discovered by our hired inspector. Thankfully they addressed most prior to closing but there were still issues found after actually living in the home for two weeks. Overall in the end its a beautiful home and it has majority quality items but you have to stay on them and pay attention if you want to make sure it is done right. ... More

Great Communication through out the whole process

We enjoyed working with Sarah at Stonecreek from the beginning and Our building manager was equally as great all the way to closing. Pulte mortgage was super easy and quick.

Couple of things that I would change from having a pulte home.

The entire process was smooth even our maintenance issues were addressed on time with prompt communication. Thanks Eric.

With the market we are dealing with right now I appreciate the communication and responses when I've sent questions.

Inability to negotiate anything in the contract T&Cs, a bit upsetting. Other than that, builder did a good job all around.

Responses and resolution to service requests takes longer

Builder and sales office and titling was great. Pulte mortgage experience was not.

As we walk through our home, I see so many flaws, lack of heart put into the smallest things. The caulking looks like a childs work, corners are not squared and off on sides, counter tops drilled for 3 holes and there should have been one. Instead of replacing, it was covered and left as if we wouldn't notice. It was attempted to be fixed, but for sure still noticable! Cabinets are leaning and it has taken forever to get them to even call us back. The carpet on steps is unraveling. Im having a hard time with all the imperfections! On a new home??

Pulte Homes has had a good reputation, but unfortunately I am very disappointed in the entire buying/building process. 1. Pulte sales told me the property is not in a flood zoom but actually it is. Two weeks before the closing I was told a flood insurance is required because it is in a flood zoom. 2. The house was built with three car garages but with a narrowed drive way only allowing to access two. This is due a special county regulation about the drive way width, which Pulte does not tell buyers until the house is built. 3. Dry walls were soaked with water due to opened windows on rainy construction days. Pulte refused to replace dry walls since they already dried when examined. 4. After we moved in, workers are still using my outdoors outlets. Most of the time it triggered the circuit breaker due to overloading residential circuit which is not designed for industrial uses. There are clear signs showing private residency and camera monitoring in the front yard but this never works. Worker stealing power was caught on video. We absolutely fell in love with the model home at The Reserve at Stono Ferry. Although we love our home; the location; and the floor plan, it is obvious that the level of craftmanship for the fit and finish of the model home is of a higher standard than that of our home.

Angela and John were amazing to work with start to finish. They made us feel important and involved throughout the entire homebuying process, and worked with us through any unforeseen hassles or changes. Thanks Pulte.

Amazing people good service

Things were not smooth since start and then issues with construction, delay in the closing and now going through the issues that I'm seeing in the house that were noted at the time of closing and here after 2 month still not fully taken care. And seeing the how much least bother the Pulte group is in resolving these issues. I would recommend to buy some older house instead.

Mr oberding takes a real interest on handling any questions or concerns a new homeowner has He is a great representative for Pulte homes !!!

Some subs are excellent. Others are animals. No pride in workmanship.
