I've purchased and built 3 homes. This was the worst experience ever. I don't know if it is a lack of staff or expertise. The builder was nice and always well-mannered and that's the only positive thing to say. I felt that we were managing the actual build of the home because of all of the quality issues that we raised that would not have been addressed. We had to monitor every selection we made to make sure it was correct, including colors, size, shapes. We purchased numerous add ons. When we moved into the home it was as if the builder did the bare minimum to get a building up and operational. Poor quality painting, poor quality tile, molding not painted, the home had paint, spackle, grout, etc. throughout the home on the day of move in. The home was poorly cleaned on move-in. Overall, it was a good experience.

Initial sales experience and design studio interactions were great. Good value for price paid. Interaction with Superintendent could have been better - weekly updates were generally regularly given, but not always. Closing was delayed due to availability of materials. This is more due to the industry at the time and not the builder’s fault. At closing some issues were identified that have yet to be resolved. Warranty requests can take some time to be responded to/repaired. Overall a good experience and would definitely build with Pulte again.

Not looking good at this point. Pulte still has a chance to improve my situation.

Pulte is not a custom builder. It’s quantity, not quality. There is an obvious lack of pride in workmanship amongst the trades and not much accountability from Pulte.

At my closing I pointed out something that needed to be so done my field manager said he would take care of he promised. He just wanted me to sign off... there are stain drippings on my stair case. There are granite on my floors and paint in my floors throughout my home, there is a deep scratch on my cabinets in my bathroom that I noticed as i was leaving out the bathroom as there was a piece of blue tape there but not addressed. Reported it under the 30 day closing warranty... reported everything in the 30 days and it is not 31days and none of it was addressed. There was suppose to be an outlet put in the closet for my media as all media ports were put in there but no outlet... nothing has been addressed. No one cares after you close! I can go on and on... ... More

Home buying experience was great, it was after that was a nightmare. The upgrades we paid for were put in the wrong spot and are having difficulties getting them to fix their mess up. Electrical issues in the garage. Lights flickering while a single device is turned on and I’m being told that’s just how it is, because the lights run on the same circuit as the outlets. Sink plug broke after first use.

Pulte guides you through each step of the process, which is clear and well planned. The quality of the home given it is tract in nature, exceeded expectations. Every employee along the way was pleasant and responsive. I would buy from them them again.

We signed our contract in Aug. 2019, right in the middle of National covid issues. As a result, there were labor issues and supply chain issues along the way. In the end, our sales person and field manager worked very hard in ultimately delivering a quality house to us. We are overall very happy and would do it again.

Process was very straight forward and easy

The sales lady Jill was very helpful when ever I reached out to her. Shane White was really great!!! He always kept me updated weekly during my building process. I had a really good experience from beginning to end. I love my pulte villa

The quality of the house and the finishes were extremely bad, in addition to the numerous delays and the closing date it was postponed several times, causing a lot financial damage.

The customer service is Amazing!! Communication between everyone is Wonderful!! . You can tell that everyone works together as a team and our on the same page with everything.

Even though there were delays due to pandemic, the Pulte team was prompt in their responses and helpful throughout the process.

The building process was straightforward and everyone at Pulte were very informative and helpful along the way! The result is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood!

Pulte is trustworthy and reliable.

I feel the quality of my home is okay. I think it might be hard to keep an eye on all the building going on at one time. I’m used to custom home builders, Not tract home builders Unfortunately something gets lost in the wash.

This was a good homebuying experience.

Pulte works hard to ensure we, as buyers, were happy. They have built into the process periodic "builder/buyer" walkthrough inspections to make sure we understood what was being built into the house and to ensure our concerns were addressed

Attention to blueprints/house plans can be an issue. Contractors get lazy due to familiarity with layouts. Project manager relationship is key. Ours, Jon, communicated and responded quickly with emails and phone. Overall with covid and supply chain delays the process was smooth and exciting seeing something new being created.

Involves buyer from start to finish. Especially pleased with stand out performance of issue resolution after construction of house.

The knowledge, and priority to customer service at every level was appreciated. Pulte was recommended to us as a builder to use, and now we know why. We will be an advocate for Pulte and will recommend them to everyone! We also ended up using Pulte mortgage. I would also give Pulte mortgage a 5 star review!
