My grading of side yard was not done properly and the construction manager has been delaying it since then.It has been many months and nobody is looking into it.I had a very bad experience and I wanted to escalate it.This is not what you expect after paying so much.

Poor quality of work, overpriced, cheap quality materials. Corners are cut to maximize Pulte's products.

Pulte has become more about their profits than delivering a quality home. They cut corners everywhere. After spending near a million, we have to spend money to fix the problems that Pulte is not correcting. There is zero pride of craftsmanship, poor responsiveness. We were Told when pointed out deficiencies, problems, and mistakes.... that "well these are production homes and this is what you get". The subs say Pulte refuses to pay to have it done right. Cheap materials, cheap labor, would not recommend Pulte to anyone.

Poor communication with buyer during build process

Seems like you need to upgrade everything or you get cheap materials. All can lights in house flicker. Electrician saud it is the lowest quality bulbs. Nothing they can do. Just one example. They red tape stuff during walk thru but, seems later just remove tape and say it got fixed.

Jon the builder told us if we have any issues to call him directly. Everytime we get a survey we miraculously hear from him. We had a variety of issues the first 3 days and not only did he not return our phone calls but he referred us to the customer service line and they told us he needs to fix the plumbing and contact him. My wife is 7 months pregnant and imagine our surprise when we couldn't shower or use the bathroom because the plumbing wasn't working and there wasn't any hot water. He had explicitly told us to contact him directly and we were ignored. We had previously purchased a brand ...

The sales team is very good and helpful. However, I am not satisfied with the workmanship and materials used. The service team seems to be on top of the issues and fix them pretty fast.

My experience with my builder here with Pulte was terrific. Matt was my contractor, I give him 5 stars on communication and quality workmanship. He walked me through the whole process of building my home and communicated all along the way. He is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Matt and his team! I felt very confident and cared for during the whole process and even after I moved in. The warranty team is great and all of my minor issues were attended to quickly and efficiently. Thank you Pulte for the great experience!

Pulte does make great homes, but the management / builder team does not care after you sign on the papers. Even on my key day, nobody was present from the builder side. It felt so racism.

Great homes…however…

Great quality homes worth every dollar. However, the buying process via Pulte Mortgage was very annoying and stressful, as they are asking too many little things that honestly other mortgage companies don’t ask. I’m sure there company has their reasons to go sober this stressful process but I believe it should be reviewed. I also got same feedback from many other people that went via Pulte Mortgage. Beside that, all the people working for Pulte are amazing and professional.

So to make a long story short. The process throughout the process was great with the superintendent. He was personable and great to work with. The issue came the day we were closing. The sales agent and his boss seemed like they cared but once it came down to it their true colors came out. They lied, deceived, manipulated, and no sense of urgency or remorse. I was really excited throughout the process and it was shattered after that day.

I feel like many of the delays I was not kept honestly aware of. The project manager sent a funny joke that i did not need. I just wanted honesty as to the progress of the home. It was a fast move in sale so they said and it took from November to July to complete.

Pulse mortgage very bad customer service and lack of communication

Pulse mortgage does not communicate that well very hard to get a hold of someone to talk to rate them very low

Communication when things were taking longer then expected was horrible mark the salesman made me feel like it was my fault thinking it was going to be done when they projected

Bad sales team

We have serious issues with the sales team. Particularly for timing of pretty much anything and the mortgage process. We were literally pushed towards using pulte mortgage where pulte wasnt even able to provide the amount that we needed to borrow.

Don’t trust the timeline

This experience was one of the most stressful events I’ve ever gone through. Not knowing when the house would be competed, not knowing what kind of lease to sign for a temporary rental, and not to mention the enormous loss of money we had to pay for a month to month rental.

The quality of the work is excellent. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, targets on completions became an issue and supply delays constantly disrupted time lines. Communication regarding this issue is key and Pulte lived up to it and set very reasonable expectations.

Midgets issue

Ponds were not planned correctly. The water is stagnant and we are not able to enjoy the view for which we paid additional money . There are midgets everywhere and I am not able to step outside because of this. Stagnant water can cause more issues long term.

The Brand New Build Home Buying Experience is not what used to be. Just not feeling the quality of the build, and customer service experience. Just want to rush you to get he keys and you are on your own kind of feeling. Our streets have so much construction going on and construction vehicles parked everywhere, it is dangerous to drive through the streets just to get home. If you really care about our options, I would love to sit down one on one with your top management to share my comments and options.

Great Sales Associate

The moment we walked in Erik was great. Erik treated us like people and not a number. He was not pushy at at all and did not try to sell us anything. Erik merely answered our questions and gave us further information. Erik was there every step up of the despite him. Ring moved to another location. The overall experience was not as great as Erik was. The mortgage process was a nightmare and after the close of the home, Pulte made us feel as though we were in this alone.
