I had a great team working around with me from the sales to the contruction and then closing. They were still helping us out even after the closing. Builder team Blake and Michael were awesome all the time. Very responsive and detailed. Nothing much to say for them.

It's been a month since closing and we truly love our home and Verdana. Pulte has been very responsive and focused on creating a great client experience. Tiffany, our construction manager was amazing! She was through, methodical and knowledgeable.and is such an asset to her company. We were quite pleased with the choice of options and our overall design center experience. Thanks, Pulte, for a great experience and for building a home we can enjoy for years to come!

Working with pulte has been pretty easy and it's all thanks to Connor the contractor! He has been so kind, listened to everything, always trying to help! My second home will be where ever he is!

Always listen and follow up is quick

I had a great experience starting with Gregg in the sales office, to the emails I received to update me on the building process to the final walkthrough with Bill and received prompt responses help to a couple of items after I moved in. I could hardly find anything to write down at the final walkthrough because the workmanship was excellent. It is clear their years of experience has taught Pulte how to streamline the home building process and provide great customer service. I highly recommend them as a builder.

The construction team and especially the manager was incredible. Fantastic work and great communication. They are also very responsive to feedback and questions which was amazing for us as we were living in a different state during the build.

As a commercial general contractor I went into the home building experience with some general concerns from my knowledge of residential home builders. I was able to perform regular inspections during the construction and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the workmanship managed by the Pulte construction manager. Subcontractors can be difficult to predict but he did well to control the quality and addressed items I found. I do recommend hiring a 3rd party inspector, it is money well spent and the individual found a few items to correct that I did not have capacity to research. From beginning to end, CJ, Luke and Adam made our new home purchasing experience outstanding. We felt fully informed throughout, and when we had questions everyone was very quick to respond. The follow-up was always timely, and professional.

In our experience, we bought our new home that was a spec home. When we did our first walk through of the home, Anthony showed us every inch of the home and had so much knowledge and answered our questions and concerns. Once we had our Congratulations walk through everything was fixed that we had concerns about and if we had any other questions, he had the answers. He was very approachable and caring. We had complete confidence in him and Pulte. We will certainly purchase another Pulte home. We are looking forward with raising our son in this beautiful place called home. From the sales teams, to the construction and the mortgage we are extremely satisfied! The house feels super solid and for any minor issue we had (ex. A light socket not working) they were super responsive and fix it the next day. I’m would 100% recommend Pulte!
