Builder insisted on a closing date BEFORE roof was completely finished. After living here 3 weeks several items which we have reported still have not been corrected---like the front doorbell doesn't ring----missing bulb in light in hallway----monsoon damage to front landscape with small sunken ares and foundation exposed in another area.

We had a great homebuying experience and a great field manager helping us.

They are great at communicating with you until you have completed buying the house. Then things aren’t as great. I would say 5 stars until you own the house and then 3 stars out of 5 after that. They have a great pitch about their warranty process and how it works but from my experience with that part of it they can do better.

I put Pulte homes quality much higher their competitors. Their staff is well trained in their specific field as well as informative on how to obtain the information in question. We feel that our on going experiences with Pulte has been remarkably pleasant at all levels. We want to thank everyone we encountered on this journey to oing a home built by Pulte. Not very responsive to issues.

The designs are great however construction phase was a challenge.

From purchase leading to closing I felt it was a good experience. However, upon closing I felt the celebration was not a celebration as the home wasn’t fully ready. House was dusty, dirty, not cleaned, paint touch up needed and was not presentable for a ready move in. Upon moving in I did experience nails poking people’s feet around the carpet area, which I questioned the quality of work. Having said that the thing most affecting the rating is related to the “fungus” gnats issues I’m been dealing with since moving in. I was told pest and bugs are home owners problem. However, I did not caused it. Nonetheless I did everything from cleaning my house, windows, spray store bought solutions as well household solutions on the gnats. These were only temporary. The gnats continues to be swarming around my windows and house. Upon further inquiry I was told, though rare, these type of gnats are caused by the soil the home is build on. The recommended solution by Pulte was to pour bleach in the drain. I would think that if you value your customers, you would want to get ahead of this before the issue become bigger rather than washing your hands of this. Everyone from Pulte seemed to be as excited as I was!

This is the first new construction I've ever bought. The overall experience exceeded my expectation. My questions were answered in a timely manner and the building quality is very satisfying too.

Easy process. Great communication since day one and constant updates. They were always available for questions, advice and recommendations... being this our first time with a new built that was much appreciated.

We had great experience with Pulte

The overall buying experience was good, where it falls short is on quality. So many little issues had to be reported after build Completion. Some of them taken care promptly but some not good response. I would expect the build quality and material to be of better quality. As a homeowner it is a hassle to be responsible to find these issues later and report then to get addressed.

First, I want to say that Tyler, the sales person we worked with at Pulte, is amazing! He represents Pulte very well and should be commended for all of the work he does. Even though he works for Pulte, he also does right by the home buyer, which was greatly appreciated. He was extremely helpful from the minute we met him and was always willing to answer our questions, send us pictures and help mitigate any concerns we had throughout the build. I also want to say that the mortage process was very easy and working with the Pulte Mortgage Team made things work seamlessly. As far as the workmanship, there have been several issues that could have been completely avoided had there been better oversight during the build. Because of the pandemic, there have been challenges with delays in materials and a shortage of skilled workers, which I completely understand, but there was very little supervision of the various tradesmen throughout the build. From initially putting the wrong trusses on the house to realizing that most of our impact glass windows have scratches in them but only after they were installed, led to an initial unnecessary delay and items having to be repaired after closing through the warranty department. With regards to Pulte’s warranty department, Matt, who we have been working with, has been amazing and has been making sure that all of the items needing repaired have either already been done or are currently scheduled to be completed and we only closed a month and a half ago. I do want to say that if we had to choose again to build with Pulte or another builder, I still would choose Pulte. We know that building a new home during a pandemic has come with many challenges for all builders and Pulte is no exception. Overall, a pretty satisfying experience!

Pulte offered options that fit our budget. Construction completed on time. Responsive to minor repairs needed within the first few weeks of living here.

My overall experience was very good except for Pulte Mortgage. I have bought many homes in my life and the experience with the builder’s mortgage department was atrocious. I would never use their mortgage company again.

It was a great experience to buy our first home from Pulte. We didn't need to interact with the builder that way - it was ready to move in - field manager Jason gave a good orientation one day and responding to all our concerns.

The quality of the Lumber, paint grade and paint workmanship is poor. The hard wood floor started chipping within few weeks of moving into the home.
