While the initial process was fantastic- we were soon shifted to another sales agent and a CM who was very unresponsive to our requests and issues at the beginning. I had to go above their heads multiple times to try and get things accomplished- This company will NOT share anyone above them with you- so you have to investigate yourself. While our home is beautiful, there are so many small things that really added up. We never really felt like anyone cared much for our concerns til I made a much bigger deal of them than I should have needed to. It is very disheartening to spend that kind of ...

In the first week our house flooded because someone disconnected the drain in the wall by the laundry. We’ve had very little response or help to get the damage finished. From no show appointments to miscommunication. We still have sections of our house we can’t use.

We have been living in our new home for almost 2 months now and absolutely love it. The whole process start to finish was very smooth. The model we chose is very modern, and great for families. The walk in pantry and oversized mudroom is great to have with small children. We also love the planning center incorporated into the layout. It makes a great office while our flex room is being used as a playroom. It will make a great homework station when the kids are older and the flex room becomes an office. Love the plan and the neighborhood, but beware - they were not great on correcting issues. We’ve built multiple times but this is the first time we’ve ever had a builder admit that something was constructed incorrectly and then ask us if we would rather correct it ourselves. About half of the issues they just never fixed, and getting an escalation contact was next to impossible.

Bad craftsmanship & over priced upgrades

The upgrades are minimal for the price you pay. The Team clearly is interested in volume over quality. Have already had multiple service calls for tons of minor things. They have been resolved but just a hassle. Also have a major drainage issue on both sides of my property as well as both sides of my neighbors do as well. Common issue in the community however they are laying down drainage is terrible.

Our home buying experience was one of the worst - this was my 6th new home purchase. It was horrible for a constellation of reasons. It started with the sales agent giving misinformation on more than one occasion, a sales manager who was spiteful when confronted with issues or challenges in her approach, a design center that appears to have the philosophy of “you will take what we want to give you” and not the “customer is right or valued philosophy. It was our first time building a home and it was an incredibly seamless process. There was great communication throughout and every issue we brought up was taken care of promptly. Our project manager answered all of our questions and was thorough in explaining the features of the home. He even followed up with an answer to a question after we had closed on the home. Pulte sales team is top notch and design center is well organized and easy to pick out things. The design and some of the craftsmanship is well done. The finish needs some work. Spackling, Nail pops, lines in ceiling, spaces in flooring Give the home an unfinished look. I’ve had a difficult time scheduling to fix some of these items. As a professional I expect E-mails at least be answered within 48 to 72 hours.
