Good experience from start to finish

Our Field Manager was very responsive & answered all of our questions. Our Warranty manager, has been exceptional in answering questions & being clear & concise about the warranty terms.

I did not get what was promised to me by pulte.

Everyone we have dealt with including our salesperson, project managers and our customer care agent have been excellent to work with.

We chose pulte because of their reputation, But not very happy with the quality of the house.

One man cannot take care of the requests at this complex along with 2 or 3 of your other condo complexes. It’s not humanly possible. The main concern of Pulte is build, sell and make money. You have no interest in all the people who have already bought a place. There are a lot of really nice people living here. Many are very disappointed in Pulte. When you call or email you are immediately told to go online to take care of your request. There is no personalization. They are all robots. Also, the law firm you hired for the closing were very unprofessional. We had to stand in a hallway signing many papers on a counter probably 12” x24”. We were 3 people standing not more then maybe 8” apart. This is the way they were handling COVID precautions! ... More

We are enjoying our new home and appreciate the support from Justin, Sofia, and Anthony.

What stood out for me would have to be the great communication between buyer and home building representatives, awell as the outstanding help of the sales consultants. As a first time homebuyer, things can get pretty overwhelming and stress levels will get high at times, several as a matter of fact on the mortgage side. But with the help of these two teams, I was able to feel comfortable and confident that I was going to be receiving a high quality home. The home builders always kept me up to date with progress of the homes construction, while the sales consultants helped me by answering my questions and reassuring me that I was making the best choices. The entry door to the unit has gaps. I have reported it several times and not received a response other than we are going to get another company to look at them. The gap is very annoying with light coming in. The paint that was used on the walls was cheap paint it marks easily and flakes. The secondary door from the outside slams shut and have been woken up many times. It was looked at but has not gotten any better. The size of the dogs was supposed to be no more than 10 pounds but there are some very big dogs in the building. The response from the HOA is minimal sometimes non-existent. ... More

Worse experience of building a house! Terrible communication and many issues with our house. No one gets things addressed after you purchase your home. Would never buy Pulte again and would tell people not to build with them.

Our field manager Nick was wonderful.

Overall, I would recommend Pulte as a builder. Home building/buying isn't the easiest process but Pulte does a good job of communicating timely. There is room for improvement on transparency of changes and managing expectations.

A very professional organization, that is very responsive to a buyer's request.

All I can say is we are 30 Days past closing and have a laundry list of things that are not done

Jimmy the construction supervisor was great to work with. Friendly and responsive to our issues. Marie was the mortgage office was not really helpful. She did not answer or return phone calls in a timely manner. She was asking for information that we had provided twice before on the day before we were supposed to close. That made for a very stressful day.

After making a deposit, we waited months for our home to begin construction. We paid for an unfinished garage. However, the sheet rock, tape and mud were a mess and required a professional to smooth out the wall and make them paintable. All of this was added expenses that could've been avoided.

Very good and pleasant experience. The material used could be better but given the circumstances it was not a surprise. Overall, Pulte is a great organization to work with for a new home.

Our experience was very positive from our investigation of the Nottingham Trace community through move in.

Builder does an overall great job. Just be sure to keep an eye on the process all the way through.

I’m sad to write this review, because the actual home buying experience with Pulte was amazing. But now that I’ve been in my home for 2 months, I’m noticing so many issues. Cracked tiles, missing/poorly done grout work, crooked windows, broken windows, holes emerging in my yard and I’m still trying to get the thousands of paint droplets off my hardwood flooring. This is my second new build and we never experienced this level of poor workmanship in our prior home. So utterly disappointing.
