From the beginning Pulte has been exceptional! The sales (Morton) portion was great...perfect explaination of the process, the different homes, dates, incentives etc. The escrow, final walk through and construction manager (Walt) were incredible as well! It was an easy process with a great home!

We purchased a quick home from the builder’s inventory. The home is fine, but the sales contract number differs from the actual closing numbers. For instance, the sale contract states $174 monthly HOA dues, but the actual HOA account shows $181.33 monthly. Before closing, and after closing, there are no change orders or other changes. We reached out to all Pulte departments, but no one seems to know who to contact regarding the monthly HOA price increase. This price hike occurred without any prior notice or legal letter, how it is possible? Let us know who can help us to resolve the issue. (HOA dues must be as per sales contract.) ... More

The team the helped us with the purchase were great. Lance and Andrew made the purchase and follow up with the walk through and completion of the punch list very enjoyable. The only issue I had was the Pulte loan dept. They made the process very frustrating. Asking for the same information repeatedly. It made us feel that they thought we were trying to deceive them. We have purchased 9 homes and this loan process was the most difficult.

GREAT VALUE, WELL BUILT, BUILDER MEET ALL OUR NEEDS. HOUSE WAS IN MOVE IN CONDITION, JUST A VERY FEW MINOR ADJUSTMENTS NEEDED.

Everyone was very helpful with the home buying process. Everything was throughly explained.

Quality could have been better but Pulte Warranty Service addressed all the quality issues right away. Very responsive, great experience.

We can get feedback promptly during home building or even after closing

Only minor issues as we settle in. One thing of note is the poor quality sod that was used. Full of many kinds of broadleaf weeds.

While our home-buying process with this builder started off smoothly, the overall experience has been disappointing. The quality of several finishes does not meet expectations — the interior paint is of noticeably low quality, showing marks and wear quickly, and the doorknobs and hardware feel cheap and poorly installed. These details detract from the overall appearance and craftsmanship of the home. Equally concerning has been the lack of assistance after closing. Getting questions answered or help with issues has been extremely difficult. Communication is slow, follow-up is inconsistent, and warranty concerns often go unresolved without clear updates or accountability. Overall, while the initial purchase experience felt promising, the combination of subpar materials and poor post-sale support has left us disappointed. We hope the builder takes steps to improve both the quality of their finishes and the responsiveness of their homeowner service team. ... More

The whole experience was excellent. From sales to construction, finance to escrow; everyone was helpful and professional!

There are two very important Pulte professionals at Villas of Fair Oaks. You first meet Diane who works hard to help you make your purchase. She listens intently to your budget concerns and works with you to select the available amenities. Jesse is the project professional who keeps things on track. He works with you to keep you updated through the entire building process. He has his own set of standards for the house he will deliver. He wants everything to be “his way” which lets you know that you will be getting a house that exceeds your expectations. He is always available to give advice or lend a helping hand. My experience with everyone was fantastic before my house was delivered. Once it was delivered, all the issues started to come out (normal for a new house) the problem is now that I have to chase people to fix them instead of the builder interest on fixing was was reported as wrong.

Service during the search and sale was typical; so, no need to review Pulte home buying. What really matters is service after the sale and what a one-year warranty really means. Like Gen Z says, "Pictures or it didn't happen!" Since uploads are not allowed on this site, I direct you to Google reviews wherein pictures are posted. (You're welcome!) Cabinets in both bathrooms must have been damaged during install, but instead of REPLACING them, notice the pictures where the patchwork is blatantly obvious, giving the cabinets a "previously used" look. what an aesthetic for a "new build" home. Trim around bathroom where the surround meets the basin is already separating - can't wait to see the bathroom turn into a science lab for mold/mildew. The shower faucet spins around as if attached to nothing - which also means it is not properly sealed (providing yet another science lab location to study the growth rate of mold/mildew). Ring doorbell was installed prior to move-in but was not connected to the existing chime box properly. When the ring doorbell was rung, the person on the porch could hear it, but no one inside could. And the existing chime box buzzed incessantly for days before it smoked out the house with a melting plastic smell. And the Ring doorbell STILL does NOT ring inside the house. Had to program the Alexa device to announce when someone is at the door. Wait, there's more.... Brand new microwave that was installed had a warped keypad and the door must have separation between the two glasses because there is a bubble-looking spot that cannot be cleaned or deflated from either the exterior or the interior. (The sales rep who helped with the sale, explained it that way.). So, the "buck got passed" to GE warranty. Except that the microwave was manufactured in 2023, and no way of knowing when it was originally purchased. It's probable that Pulte buys appliances in bulk and stores them before install. GE wouldn't warranty the microwave. Pulte finally replaced it but did so begrudgingly, and only after multiple complaints. (Still haven't quite figured out the pattern of how many complaints must be lodged or by what methods, to enact action from Pulte to fix their work.) Wait! There's more.... After utilizing multiple methods of communication with Pulte people (verbally in person to our "assigned" account rep, Emanuel; via email to Emanuel and the New Mexico Pulte group mailbox; via a message on the office phone voicemail; and finally, via a website portal - the link which was provided in an automated reply email), we were finally scheduled to have the bathroom caulking where the shower surround meets the basin, re-caulked (wait for it...).... only to have the "crew" perform a standard "no-show" act. Further conversation with another Pulte rep (Hope), and we have a new tentative appointment. I say tentative because that is what we have come to expect from Pulte. This whole fiasco has become a game of sorts - us trying to get what was promised during the sale, and them trying to wait out the warranty term in an obvious attempt to avoid acknowledging their poor workmanship and sketch sales practices. As if no one will notice the stunning pace their "new build" homes go up for re-sale. (Looks like we are not the only ones with buyer's remorse.) When Pulte sales diminish further, perhaps the company will pause to consider the errors of their business practices. Six plus weeks out, still waiting on the replacement cabinets for the bathrooms. ... More

During the construction process, I felt that I was helped along by some of the staff like Kay and Tony. They helped me understand the decision-making points along the way. However, at the end of the cycle, I felt a bit rushed to walk-thru and review so many things - especially when it came to the "how to use" part of that final week. It turned out to be somewhat overwhelming.

Pretty good experience, a lot of things Pulte can work on like transparency during purchase, double checking everything paid for is installed, quality of materials, higher quality contract workers/builders, not trashing home with food drinks while building. They have fixed some complaints. Overall my children and I are happy.

Mico and her team at Pulte Enclave Parkway Village made the buying experience an enjoyable experience without stress. Our choice was exactly what we were searching for.

Pulte worked with us every step of the way to address all of our concerns and all items in the home. We are very happy with our new home and the quality of the build!

Pulte is a good builder this is our 3rd home with them the financing and all the paperwork Pulte makes everything easy no hassle. The quality was good also everything very modern. As for warranty department don’t sign the approval of the home until everything is actually repaired they lack initiative. But overall we are pleased with the home.

The process from signing the sales agreement to the final delivery of the home is impressively well managed and organized. Every step is clearly defined, which helps buyers feel confident and informed throughout the journey, though the quality of materials and construction focus only on meeting the basic "code" requirements. From a construction standpoint, these standards represent the bare minimum necessary for compliance, rather than a particularly high standard of quality or craftsmanship.

During our home search we saw many homes but there was something holding us back to a final commitment until we step into Pulte Home in FootHills Preserve. This was our last home on our list and we almost miss it ! But as it goes down we met with Jennifer the sale agent who was fabulous and as the saying goes we fell in love at first sight with the move in ready home she showed us , it was everything we wanted.Jennifer was friendly yet professional and took care of all until closing , the construction manager Garrett made sure any concerns we had were addressed and answered all our questions. The entire experience from buying to mortgage, closing went smoothly. I must add that the mortgage agent Cristin was extremely helpful as well and would recommend Pulte Home . The workman ship of the home is really beautiful with all the fine touches . ... More
