Can't say enough good things about Pulte Builders and the quality of the home they produce. Incredible value and quality, competent and friendly workers and managers, attention to detail, and responsiveness to my questions and concerns produce a first class product for a reasonable cost.

Ask questions and get everything in writing. Don't assume you are getting all the information or resources you need. Lots of checks needed which can be overwhelming so use the project manager as a resource to help you- they are knowledgeable and do want you to have a good home.

Our sale representative Jose and field manager Nicholas are really good in explaining all the details and addressing issues during the process. price is reasonable but very basic, if you want something better, need to pay extra for almost everything

I have had seven homes built since 1976. During the past 9 months, I had constant communication with the realtor and the contractor Jake. I was called every week to get an update on the progress of the house. I was given clear communication regarding the closing, the closing costs and the two walked throughs that occurred prior to the closing to evaluate work needing to be done. I have especially been pleased with the warranty program. Once the house was completed, I just submitted an email with photos and Josh is at my house making sure things get taken care of. The home building process was a great experience. We are having more of an issue with communication with our warranty specialist. I know there are a lot of Pulte homes in the area and she is spread thin but when I ask a question or have a problem I shouldn’t have to keep following up to get an answer or resolution. The expectation is within 24 hours and that really hasn’t been happening.

Our field manager was amazing. He along with the sales rep really made the experience for us seamless. Really enjoyed the process and they have been very supportive

Top to bottom I had the best experience working with Pulte. From selecting the lot, to each state of the build, and then the final walkthrough and closing was simple and they made sure ally concerns were looked at and addressed before we got the keys.

The communication with the sales agent in my particular was horrible, she never attended the meetings and she did not leave us changes and upgrades to the house. We wanted more things in our house as well as modifications that noa said could not be and if they could, a disaster. In the part of the financing that we did with the same construction, we were excellent, the worker Jorge Rodas and Liz Minz helped us during the process, as well as Jimy in construction, all excellent. Today we have some consequences because of our saleswoman and the backyard but we hope they solve them with a guarantee ticket. We are happy for our home and the excellent community we moved into. This was our first home buying experience and with Pulte Homes it was a flawless experience. Every step of the way was laid out for us and we always felt we knew what's coming next or where to get help. The build quality is great and we are very happy with the finished home.

Overall the whole buying and building process is fairly smooth. However, perhaps due to the current crazy market, we had to deal with too many little issues due to lack of attention to the details and, unfortunately, the fast responsiveness wasn't always there. Some examples: Faucets are all leaking - it has been told that this is normal. Totally unacceptable. Multiple spots on walls with different shade of paint - after more than a month we moved in, is still to be fixed. Poor masonry works. Overall painting works are poorly done. Carpet stained - still to be cleaned. I'd buy again from Pulte? Yes. They offer a tremendous value for the money compared to other builders around. Builder was about to share periodic updates on a weekly basis during the entire construction phase and able to address all the questions promptly and made the experience very comfortable

I recently purchased my first home and entrusted Pulte with its creation. The home, overall, is incredibly beautiful and well built. There are, of course, some small things that I wish were done better, but overall I am very pleased with the home, its quality, and the process throughout, and would definitely recommend Pulte to someone looking to build a new house.

With the massive shortages in building materials, Pulte was able to deliver our home on time. In today’s market this is no easy task.

Pulte was a great builder for us! They were responsive if we had questions, our home is an incredible quality, and the representatives were so personable and helpful! The layouts and floorplans of Pulte homes make sense and are an efficient use of space, and they pay a great attention to detail! We love our home!

This was our first time building a home. We were reluctant to build new as my parents built their home and shared their negative experience with us from the builder's inability to remain on schedule to dealing with issues with the county building inspector. But we had an excellent experience with Pulte! Our reps, Tawana and Keith, were very knowledgeable, patient and communicated with us through the entire process!! The entire process was so seamless it was incredible. Pulte's financing was able to get us a better rate than I was offered from my employer! Pulte even offered us a very competitive rate on the hazard insurance. Every step just seemed to flow perfectly! Tawana handled any concern that we had and Keith providing us with actual home construction details simply added value to our experience. Pulte took an event that could have been overwhelming and stressful and made us feel more comfortable than buying an existing home. An experience that was scheduled to be a pleasant one turn out to be simply terrible.

Hunter’s Run is a great place to live. Pulte Homes works with the entirety of the Pulte Group organization to bring a great experience to those wishing to live there. My wife and I love our home, and know Pulte is still here for us to help us navigate our new home.

The sales process went well; however, there should be better explanation of options and what exactly each option includes (or doesn't). The model home included some features that were not marked as options but were not included in my home's plan. For example, I purchased the optional spindles for the stairway, only to find out later, than only half the stairs would have spindles, although the complete stairway in the model had them. The home itself is beautiful, and I am satisfied with my purchase. However, follow-up deteriorated rapidly after closing. I understand there are labor and supply issues, but two months after closing some move-in punch list items remain unaddressed. And now I'm being told some things that were wrong at move-in now are "not warranted." For example, the landscapers planted a dead bush, which now is my problem. There are chips in the driveway that are "not warranted." I have not received the correct stove and a damaged microwave hasn't been replaced. I know there are appliance shortages, but I have received no information at all re an eta on these items. I think Pulte's outstanding reputation is slipping, probably due to some factors beyond their control. Don't get me wrong, overall the home is great and most workmanship is excellent. Overall quality of material is cheap. Sub contractors do very minimal to pass. Paint overspray on new LVP floor. Scuffs on new LVP floor. Paint on outlet covers. Hard chunks of plaster under carpeting. Finish on garage floor poor quality. New home we has to spend a month cleaning due to above issues. I can see the joint lines on my ceiling. Pulte Mortgage...worst experience EVER and we have built 6 new homes over the years. JOB site supervisors...EXCELLENT, great to work with!!!!

Very helpful, honest, and all around great people seem to work for Pulte. Our sales person Carlos was in constant communication and was on top of even the smallest request, our field manager Dean is still very helpful and happy to chat when we see him around the neighborhood. These guys definitely seem to know their stuff and won’t hesitate to answer a seemingly dumb question or even lend a hand trying to bring an oversized package into the house/garage. We live our Pulte group

I wish i could give no stars but the review has to be submitted and so gave that one. The cheapest quality of home for the price paid and staff makes sure to give you enough pressure from the time dealing with sales agent to closing and beyond. Never again, can find such dreadful experience.

People at Pulte are friendly and respond to us promptly. Quality of work is good. Good company.
