The process from start to finish was seamless. Everybody on the team was extremely professional and helpful. We feel the supplies and the materials used are of highest quality for the value of money we paid.

What we really appreciate about Pulte is the ability to customize your home. The floor plans fit our lifestyle, and the location of home is breathtaking. Homes are energy efficient and complete with amenities expected in homes today. They are one of the few, building single story homes.

The initial loan application was smooth. The follow/up loan process was rough and too stressful.

From the minute that we have moved in we have had problems, the first one was the first night spent in our home when we had a water leak from the master shower trough the floors and into the kitchen which took several days to get the plumbing fixed and a couple weeks longer the get the holed patched and painted. All of the trims were done very sloppy, the paint is terrible and scuffs so easy and shows every blemish that wasnt repaired on the dry walls, but we were told they use top of the line paint. We have cabinets drawers in the kitchen that are installed crooked, even I know how to use a leveler! Our windows are scratched either from installation or from further construction done around them, and we have windows leaking.... I could go on and on about the things done incorrectly and poorly in this home!! For the price of the home it is a terrible job. They say that they will come back and fix things but I dont understand why things cant just be done correctly the first time! Buy a Pulte home only if you like to deal with crappy customer service and slow repairs forever because I'm sure they will drag it out until things are no longer under warranty and then it will be my responsibility to fix their bad construction and other mistakes. We have heard nothing but excuses as to why things weren't done and why they cant be done, never again will I own a home built by Pulte or any of their sub groups. ... More

Overall, we had a great experience with Pulte. Considering all the issues with COVID, they stayed on track with the build out. It took just over 4 months which is amazing. The communication along the way was great & very quick & responsive to any issues we had. Would highly recommend!

After I moved in for a month the most feeling is disappointing. I have so much stress from this house. I have spent so much time cleaning this house when I moved in. They don't even clean it before I close this house. There are stains on the bathtub and shower that I still cannot remove. Every window is full of dust. The quality of this house is not ok. The paint on the wall easily falls off. The dishwasher is not working. The A/C has been fixed 4 times and the pipeline issues are still haven't fixed yet. The tile in the master bathroom is broken and is waiting to be fixed. Carpet work is very poor and waiting to be fixed. The work on my house is not what I expect, but according to the warranty group and builder, these are 'human work' so these are normal imperfections. I was gonna buy the house in Richmond but then I was referred by my relative - one of your current customers in the same community. She said Pulte is a good company with good customer service and good quality. But after I buy this house I so regret I did not buy the house in Richmond. Even though my cousin and I have the same floor plan I can see the difference in the work of the houses. The reason why people buying new houses is for fewer issues not like the house I bought. I keep dealing with the warranty group, builder, and the appliance company or A/C company to fix all the issues in my house. And I have to take my work off several days already to stay at home for fixing these issues. Obviously and eventually I will need to take more days off because the tiles and carpet and the A/C pipeline, and dishwasher issues all haven't been fixed yet. Really smooth process, everyone involved was great and helpful and not once did we feel bamboozled. Overall happy with the home, some materials could have used a higher quality spec.

The quality of the build was okay. Since we moved in, we have seen some area where the quality was not great. Issue have been handled promptly for the most part. The buying process was great.

This detailed finishing work isn’t what I was expecting. We were left with many spaces, shadow lines, seams and some major flaws in our sheet rock mud. A little disappointing.

Pulte built a beautiful condominium with high end appliances, fixtures, amenities and color palette. The staff at Atrium at MetroWest is exceptional. Special kudos to Lien N. in the sales office, Jeff B., Customer Care Manager and Andrew N., Manager.

Pulte in Indiana builds some nice homes and we had a good experience with sales and Mortgage folks. Due to the skyrocketing home prices and Pulte trying to sell as much as humanly possible to get money, their workmanship went down quite a bit. Along with high turnover rates in their own employees on the construction side, it’s becoming a bit of a nightmare. If your planning to buy a pulte home, I would still recommend but understand you need a high level of due diligence and its best to get all their work double checked by outside parties.

Made the home buying experience easy!

Overall the buying experience was not great. Right from the time of choosing the lot till the celebration walk there were lot of issues. The buyer is always treated with rude answers. First of all not enough time is given to decide on anything, no clear explanation is given about the land, floor plan and customization, being a first time buyer we struggled a lot by the way we were treated. Almost it felt like pulte has this attitude towards customers " take it or leave it " as there are lot of people waiting to buy. Design center appointment was a disaster, everything has to be decided right at that moment without even having a minute to think about it, no new home buyer will be able to decide things by looking at small pieces of sample available in such a short time. I was always open for suggestions and friendly approach but it was not what I experienced. Any customization you ask for is denied even though you are willing to pay for it. It never felt like the builder is building a house for me according to my convenience rather than customer has to adjust and accept with whatever builder provides. I really had high expectations to build a home with pulte but at the end highly disappointed. ... More

Great job checking over for problems

It would have been great to have a list of recommended vendors to address common things that a new homeowner is likely to need. For example, window treatments, handyman to put up pictures, fans, lights etc.

Frustrated with quality, particularly caulking and sloppiness.

Warranty folks doing a great job

There are the typical new home issues, but they should all get fixed within the first year. After closing, they are very slow responding to issues.

This home building experience was different than my previous two. It seemed that Pulte was more concerned with meeting deadlines than making sure the homeowner was happy. We have submitted several repair request that could have been avoided if the closing date wasn't the number one priority. Overall we are happy to be in our home but extremely dissatisfied with the process.

I am impressed with the team's committment to my happiness and needs as the home buyer. They have been very gracious to answer all of my questions and calls/texts and even came by after the closing to fix a few details that I missed in the final walk through.
