Very disappointed with the amount of issues that the home had since moving in, and the amount of time it is taking to get these issues addressed and resolved. My closing date was 11/15/19, and as of now (1/08/20)I still have approximately 20 items on my list that I continue emailing to your team on a weekly basis. Quite a few of these issues were pointed out prior to moving in, and did not get addressed at the time. Anderson has been proactive with trying to help to get issues resolved, however most of them should of been resolved prior to closing.

Had some major issues prior to closing. Gave Pulte more then a month of heads up. Was told it will be taken care of. It of course was not done prior to closing. Now months after moving in still dealing with people coming in and out getting things done. Not talking about punch list, paint areas type of items. Major headache for something that could have been addressed prior to me moving in. Pulte is doing what they said they would but I am having to constantly remind and send emails to ensure that things get done. Overall, the home is great! The design studio was amazing and staff super friendly. Kerry was very helpful at answering our questions and making sure our home had the specific upgrades we wanted. However, we closed on the home from across the US and there were still many things wrong when we moved in. There were many issues flagged during the walk through that were supposed to be fixed, but were not. We are trying to put in warranty calls, but no one answers and the automated system doesn't allow for voicemails. Stepping on nails/carpet tacs in each doorway, severely cracked granite ...

Be sure to ask who is going to be your neighbor, if they will give you the info. I have people above me who have handicap needs and the noise level is at times very high. Either more insulation is needed between floors or should be covered in carpeting....

The amount that I paid for my home I would think that it would have been very close to perfect but there are many minor things wrong that add up in time getting them repaired. I haven't reached out to warranty yet to get them fixed, but I am sure hoping that they will make everything right. There were some pretty big hiccups along the way that I had to fight for them to fix and make right.

Should have been a detailed clean up on trim inside, siding outside before painting. Outside siding and trim needs another coat all over. Some parts aren’t even painted. (Bottom of siding, and only 1 coat on trim, so you can still see it needs another

Should have 3 total walk throughs. Because when work isn’t done at 2nd walk through...and you are heading to closing, it puts you in a bind.

Love how well built the house is structurally. The finish work is lacking however. Paint spots, overspray, rough baseboards etc... The final 2-3 weeks seemed rushed - and it shows.

The experience didn’t feel personal. For the amount we are paying for the house I expected better communication and follow up from Pulte’s end. I also expected better results from the vendors you used. It felt as if they didn’t care and our home wasn’t really a priority for them with how careless they were with some of their work. Pulte could do a better job with following up on your vendors worksmanship.

Need a mailbox

I still don’t have a mailbox! I was told it would be about 3 weeks. It is now 2 months. They put up a temporary but the post office will not deliver. I have to go to the post office to get my mail. I called but still no resolve.

Home was not cleaned as expected. Since we had to be out of the area until move in, we were not ready for the movers to bring things into the new home. Wall dust was everywhere and many areas had not received a final wipe down after walkthrough as directed.

When I did the walk through I did realize there was so many issue with the house. I moved in and immediately found several poor workmanship problems that had to be fixed. The good thing thing is Pulte has a good warranty team/program.

Major plumbing issues causing flooding within the first 2 weeks and washer stopped working after 1 month. We know of 2 other homeowners with plumbing issues upon closing. Employees are friendly but company policies and procedures prevent adequate more customer service.

Love the home....'however' in one day and at the same time I had 4 contractors here fixing things that should never have needed fixing. Replace the mirror in master because of defects, 'repairing' master marble sink (what, its supposed to be brand new?), fixing shoddy drywall, repair sliding glass door. Truly believe Pulte purchases '2nds' and uses them in new homes to cut costs. A number of items in my home that needed replaced, repaired should never have been in a new home. The house is beautiful, but some of the workmanship is subpar. Uneven caulking and grouting, grout not wiped from tile, nicks in the cabinets, a crack in my porch from day one. Then I learned my furnace was installed incorrectly, causing parts to be replaced. I was told that every house on the street has the same problem. I’m still waiting for it to be fixed. Not to mention that my downspout drains are not yet in, and I have no grass or landscaping. This is what happens when you hire random crews to work over each other; attention to detail is lost.

Home design is exactly what we wanted, location is great, and the house was completed on time. Sales office and related offices for mortgage and insurance were very responsive. Builder was accommodating for non-standard features we requested. However, quality of workmanship and materials used were less than anticipated. Examples are plumbing lines/shutoff valves, and not using 16-inch centered studs on non-weight bearing walls. Appliances are builder grade, and we needed to have the microwave repaired in the first week.

It is a well built home. The appliances, especially the refrigerator and cooktop are terrible! No ice or water on outside of frig. Cooktop scratched after one use. Fingerprints everywhere! Frig to all bathroom faucets. They don’t tell you the pool does NOT come with a heater! $4,000 wrapped into a 30 year mtg would not be a big deal but huge expense when moving in. Doors are cheap,not solid

I found the overall finishing of the house not up to par. A lot of items that were basic and standard were missed. Seemed liked a rushed job to get the home completed. Although their customer service is good and responsive, seemed like the house was completed in a rushed manner and a lot of finishing and very obvious flaws were evident.

Look of house out side is important as well as inside and sights have to be at list 60 x 130 better landscape in front and back of the home
