They have gone wrong with what was promised in having the property ready in 24 hours after having made the closing, in such a hurry to close and it is still not ready, 29 days have passed and nothing has been done on the property, who is the person responsible? Although according to them they are cosmetic repairs, it is a new house and enough time has passed for it to be ready. I imagined that they will give me some reimbursement for what happened. I need response and action now.

Our expectations of moving into a new house was high. We expected great workmanship and flawless installations. That is not what we received. Electrical issues, landscaping issues, windows not sealed and won’t close properly, drainage issues, shoddy masonry work. Not happy new home owners.

The home buying experience was great. The quality is ok. Not the best but not bad either. In fact I am ok with all of the build. But when it comes to the responsiveness to the issue, yeah they don't respond very well. Specifically they try to push the issue to others. The whirlpool range that came with the home is tripping 5 to 8 times every day and they told the problem is with the appliance. When the repair guy checks the appliance he says the appliance is not installed correctly. Pulte still tries to push the issue to whirlpool. So pulte is not able to find me a fix till today. Throughout the purchase process, there were problems at every stage. Some highlights… *Sales* - did not review all the features available for structure (must select at contract) and we missed out on features we wanted and were told we could select at design. Also were sold features that were not possible with our HOA, resulting from incorrect marketing descriptions. Was fortunate to receive a credit for the inconvenience. During the final walk thru we found problem with, cabinets, flooring, tile and roofing. Numerous work orders were put in but either trade people did not show up or they did not attempt to fix the problems. When you pay 1/2 million for a home we would expect quality workmanship. I believe builders are pressured to get homes built. Our Project Manager tried the best of his ability, but if the Contractors don’t Care then there is not a whole lot he can do on his own.

Since the beginning the relationship was based on the fact that they were going a favor selling this home to me. got the house delay 4month (interest rate went up from 3% to 4.8%) and the closing was a nightmare. If it wasn't because I had no home to stay I would not accept the house and not close.

So we love the floor plan and location of our new build. Unfortunately once you close, responsiveness to issues and follow-up drops off. I understand the supply chain problems and global events out of the builders control, but that does not excuse lack of a response to issues(even just to schedule something) once you sign the closing papers. A number of issues were raised that have yet to be addressed by Pulte or it's representatives. Been waiting over a month just to get a response for a service order. I have moved in to my new house on April 13 2022. Over all experience with team is satisfactory. Few callouts/areas for improvement are 1. Landscaping team did not do acceptable work at my house (Grass & plants are not maintained well). I have raised tickets to Pulte team regarding my issue. I am sure Pulte is paying well to the supplier but should not accept such quality work. 2. Our sales person was poorly trained. For instance, we asked the upgrade cost of a sprinkler system and he said it was not an option. It was, but we didn't find out until after we closed. We chose a floorplan with an extended kitchen. He said it was included in the base price, but when we got to the design appointment, it was a $5800 upgrade. Have been disappointed in the number of issues that have cropped up with appliances and AC. Have been VERY DISAPPOINTED with the responsiveness of Pulte. One issue raised with a dishwasher in one of our units - raised on Sunday. No response from emergency team. Called and mailed multiple times. Then on Wednesday a ticket was raised. Still no resolution. Many other examples This is not helping Pute’s reputation

Overall, it is an ok experience. However, there are situations that are frustrating. they kept pushing the closing date further, which isn't great for the buyer. The worst part of the entire house is the paint job, you touch the wall, the paint goes away. List of items were identified to fix, but no one showed up for a month. Other than that, the community and town is great.

Buying process was very good and the sales office responsinve and fantastic to work with. Construction manager is a very diffferent story, with a clear lack of communication throughout the process. Closing on the house without everything completewas a big mistake. Everything pending takes at least 4 calls/emails to get a response, with construction passing the problem to warranty. Some problems persist and hoping the warranty will address these.

He was the best part of our home building experience - very professional, a great communicator, and did everything possible to make sure we were satisfied. 5 stars for Yvo. Unfortunately, our construction manager was the complete opposite. Pulte homes are known for their built and quality. Although I can say I am happy with my new home, the same cannot be said for the buying and building experience. The communication from the site manager, the loan office as well as the sales agent was lackluster. Every little update required communication from the customers part and never was anything communicated by the initiative of these company employees. Overall I’m happy with my home, however if you must buy a pulte home keep into consideration it might not be a wholesome experience.

The house looks great from the outside. As for the inside of the house, we labeled several areas that needed to be retouched during the final walkthrough and inspection phase, and they were improved mostly. However, we somehow managed to find more problems immediately after we moved in, which include sloppy paint jobs (marks, dent, dried out dripping lumps) on baseboard throughout the house, an open hole between one of the banisters and the bottom of the stairwell, missing parts of the stove leading to a wobbly stovetop, missing rubber bumps in almost all the kitchen cabinet, and cracks below ...

It was a struggle but we are in. It took over a year from the time we signed. Our closing was changed at least 5 times and most of it we wouldn't find out until the day prior so we missed quite a bit of work for these closings that didn't happen. We still have issues on things being finished so hopefully we get those fixed sooner rather than later. We moved in a month ago and we've had a couple issued addressed but be prepared to find things you didn't know about until after you've lived in the house for a bit.

Not only did the delays total four months to move in (7 month window to 11 months), but we’re still waiting on an oven, utility sink, cabinets, etc. Pulte clearly over building while rates are down and not concerned about you once you’ve paid your down payment.
