Overall I'll give you an honest review... We moved in mid March had several delays because of Windows... Said it was on back order by if you read through the emails/between the lines it was not the window company it was something else... Once moved in we noticed the following which was/is under the Pulte Warranty 1) Master Bath Shower Grout piece came out/off. Contacted our manager of our property/community scheduled for onsite repair. Guy came out didn't pay attention to the color and put the wrong color grout in... Made another call came out 1-2 weeks later removed the wrong grout color ...

Horrible experience- never buy with pulte again- entire neighborhood has issues

I was initially so excited about building a home from the ground up, but not after what I went through with Pulte. I had 3 different builder POCs bc everyone kept quitting. Closing of the home was delayed for over 4months and still wasn’t complete when I did close. There was a laundry list of punch list items that still need to be fixed that haven’t been addressed yet. Now that I’ve loses no one responds to any form of outreach communication. My home has several errors that need to be fixed and that still has not. Careless errors that shows they didn’t care about end quality output. So now ...

We are 75 days into the ownership of our new home and while we love the house, it has been a horrible experience in getting the remaining items finished on our property. We have no schedule, work done incorrectly identified by us and not Pulte because the Field Manager did not monitor or QC, no communication from the Field Manager, and workers showing up unannounced. When we have brought this up to the Field Manager, we have been told that they can't "control the trades" and that they were unaware of them coming out to do work. It's been a very unprofessional, haphazard, and disappointing ...

Great quality homes but communication was few and far between. There were delays due to Covid which is understandable and out of anyone's hands. However, the communication around updates and delays was difficult and unclear which made the process frustrating

It's been two months without any seed in the backyard or sod in the front. We were promised this would happen a few weeks after closing. If we had known, we would not have moved in our dog. It's been a disaster with the dirt and mud.

Punch list items noted on inspection and final walk thru still not resolved after 2 months of being in the home. Awful experience with Pulte. Really bad workmanship. 5 field managers through our build process because Pulte treats their employees so poorly that they all quit. It took 14 months from contract to close on a 4 story townhouse. Promises not kept. I will never buy a Pulte home again and will be deterring others from doing so.

I've been in my new home for six weeks. I've have had a lot of issues with my home, air conditioning does not work, no driveway yet, issues with the sliding screen door, pounding noice when heat is on and a lot of other issues. If I had do do it over again I would not buy a pulte home!!!!

While I believe that I have made a good investment here, I am disappointed that Pulte has not been honorable in addressing workmanship issues including scratched windows, squeaky floors, inferior paint job, dented appliances, etc. It has been my experience that Pulte waits to see if I notice these deficiencies rather than address them upfront. As I have pointed out the issues, I get pushback as if I’m being overly picky.

The building takes pride in their work. We had a congratulations walk-thru which was wonderful. We learned about the until, it systems, etc. and was told that we would have another inspection within one year!

I am 2-1/2 months in and here is the list of what I have had issues with. - Cleanliness. The exterior of the home was very dirty and they had to come back 2 other times to clean mud, residues from windows, concrete, and debris. They still left behind razor blades and nails as well as other debris after 2 attempts. - Fence was not finished. The experience with Pulte Homes was horrible. We’ve had numerous issues and many have taken a long time to fix and some will probably never get fixed. The attention to detail when doing the finishing was not done at all. Painting and caulking are just to name a few. We had electrical issues and a major drainage problem in our backyard that still has not been corrected. We expected somethings would need to be corrected in a new home but ours was over the top.

The house is basically a kit so, the fundamentals are good. But the finishing is poor. Exterior and interior painting is poor. Interior trim is poor. Front door does not fit. Basement window well is littered with construction materials. They cut corners everywhere they can. We have built 3 homes and this is the most expensive and the poorest quality. I have requested things to be fixed and so far nothing.
