People are friendly and polite. Yes the quality and workmanship are less than great. Several examples. Show curtain rod came off without being used and without having the shower curtain put on. Small cracks in ceiling started to appear in one month after closing. Cuts in the wood floor. I noticed those defect not having been moved in.

They charge top dollar show beautiful models and deliver horrible quality houses. Sadly very disappointed

Our home turned out beautiful. We love everything about it, we had a few issues they took care of it right away. very satisfied. Thank you Pulte.

They have beautiful home plans. However, I was so disappointed with the materials and appliances that they use. They use the cheapest, crappy materials which disappointed me a lot considering the amount of money you spend on the home and what’s expected of a brand new built home. The other disappointment was, when I moved into my house, it was missing a lot of things that they didn’t finish in time. I almost didn’t close on the scheduled day as promised! However not only was it missing stuff, I was under the impression they would get all that fixed right away but evidently not. It’s taking them centuries which is very inconveniencing. Per the contracts you sign, your house is supposed to be fully completed except for the outside grass and plants but with them, it wasn’t the case with me and it’s taking them along time to fix it. Communicating with them during the process is great but communicating with them now is a headache which makes you wonder why it gets so complicated once closing is done. They tell you something will get fixed only to turn around and chase them just to have them complete what was promised. Communication with them sucks which is interesting because they tell you that they over communicate which with me, I was always the one reaching out to see how far things were and if the house would be completed in time as promised. I almost was gonna be homeless with my kids during that period which made me very anxious and stressed. However, even though my construction experience wasn’t as great, I liked working with their financing department. They were on top of it and communicated with you in a timely manner. I also liked working with my sales person Anna. She was very helpful in so many ways from structural advice to everything in between. Now if only they could use materials that are worth the money that clients pay for these homes, my experience with them would have been super great but I would rate them a 2/5 just for the financing department and the sales. ... Communication was great. They kept us informed on progress through the entire process and completed on targeted date. Couldn't be happier with our purchase

Ponds were not planned correctly. The water is stagnant and we are not able to enjoy the view for which we paid additional money . There are midgets everywhere and I am not able to step outside because of this. Stagnant water can cause more issues long term.

Workers very dedicated and coordinated actions

I have reported several major problems since I moved-in in early march2021. Up to now, the shower room still not usable due to very low water pressure, the water leaking problem on all sinks still has no one to fix. No updated at all about the estimate fixing time. Most of the windows are still very dirty outside which is I don't know how to clean, or if it is my responsibility to clean them all by myself.

They did a great job especially water tank less and garage key key less it make life easier and also solar systems

There was an incredible amount of trash left in our yard that was simply buried. We love our home, but I would not classify it as “high quality” craftsmanship.

We absolutely love our construction supervisor, Carlos. He was so personable and always very understanding. Although, the crews that Pulte decides to hire for drywall, texture, painting and especially Landscaping are crap! Having no construction experience, I feel like I could’ve done a better job! The landscape company that was hired for our neighborhood does the BARE MINIMUM!! They DO NOT roll out the ground before lying down the sod. We did not have any dirt in some areas and even had areas full of mulch under patches of sod. Since the ground wasn’t rolled out, we’re having drainage issues that higher ups and grading companies don’t think are bad enough to do anything about. These areas will cause foundation issues eventually and I refuse to settle for mediocre work and excuses. As far as the drywall and texturing, there are numerous VISIBLE nail holes from securing the dry wall. Instead of fixing it, they just textured and painted it. I will be having these areas fixed before my 1 year mark. There are numerous areas that the painters missed; not just barely missed but huge areas! ... More

Would recommend Pulte to all family and friends

Site manager didn’t provide any photos of the house during the build process. Was “extra” helpful when we signed for the house because of a survey. Gave him a bad survey, so he quit taking our calls, emails, and text messages. If it wasn’t for the site manager, I would rate Pulte much, much higher!

Great site construction manager 5 stars...the rest of the process was not satisfactory which brings down the overall experience to basically 2.5 stars

Everyone was very helpful starting from Graham that helped with picking everything the way i want and the efficiency of Rayan with the building process and the mortgage team derek and the whole team

We recently purchased a home at the Bald Mountain community in Michigan. This is our second home that we were building so we had past experiences to compare. (1) The quality of workmanship has been horrible - architecturally and aesthetically. (2) The clarity on timelines was poorly managed - something that I had expected to be a well oiled machine given the quantity of homes that Pulte builds. (3) The quality of the home does not show for the amount that we paid.

The super was great, the quality was good for single family housing, the upgrades and pricing was predatory to say the least.

The Pulte group has been readily available since the beginning to help start the process and purchase a home smoothly. I was pleased to know I can reach the agent so easily for any questions on the process.

Had a wonderful experience! Will always recommend Pulte!!
