We love our home & the actual building process was great. We had a great sales rep & field manager that were professional, informed, and super helpful throughout. Now that we've been in our home a little over a month, we've reported minor things that need fixed on several occasions and haven't been able to get much of a response. We notified our field manager, customer care coordinator, filed claims online and have still not gotten anything resolved & barely a response back. I know the market is crazy right now & tons of homes are being built so they're very busy, but I'm honestly shocked and a bit hurt by the blatant disregard. At this point, I'd say that overall Pulte is great up until closing. Once they have your money & everything's signed, it seems like they no longer care about how they treat you. Sales team was very kind and helpful.

Through every step of the process, from the initial sales process through financial, building and closing we had the best customer experience we have ever had with a builder. The level of care and customer service was absolutely excellent. Even after the closing, we have experience the absolute best in customer care.

So far, quality of home is better than previous home from lower cost builder. However construction process was a nightmare.

Reliable, truthfulness, informative. no pains on material purchasing, delivered expected product. Outstanding from beginning to closure process.

Good Pulte Mortgage services from the builder!

Some issues. Several times we were given financial numbers that were not accurate. Estimated monthly Mortgage numbers were misrepresented (low balled) and our $160 HOA fees became $190 in less than a monthl (with no notification). It has been almost a month and several of our issues with the house’s construction still remain outstanding. Proffered repair timelines have not been met and we are still uncertain as to operating policies that govern the community. Almost get the sense that Pulte is rushing to sell their few remaining houses and become move on. Out house is beautiful and the community offers a nice environment however we are experiencing some regrets with respect to our home buying experience. Sales people were nice but not totally transparent, Building supervisor (Ryan) and warranty rep (Bruce) are nice bur a little overwhelmed. Thanks for the opportunity to provide my thoughts, ... More

Scott was great, updating me on a weekly basis. After the closing, he took care off some issues that I found after moving.

haven't moved in yet. everything looks fine by far.

Two months living in our new home and it still feels like we just moved in type of excitement. We love the location, it’s 10min to Antioch Bart where I commute to work. Fast food, gas station, and grocery stores one block away. We chose this builder since it’s walking distance to my kids school. Many parks for my kids to choose from and nice neighbors so far. Any minor issues at home the warranty manager and his team easily fixes it.

How well they took care of all our issues

The entire building process was easy and clear, the customer service and responsiveness, in time delivery stood at the top level compared to other builders in the community. If there are any negatives they solved pretty fast. More over they built the home in the given time frame with out any delays.

They build a very nice home.

I don’t have any experience with the builder. I have been trying unsuccessfully to get on the webpage in case a problem arises.

Brownie, Eddie and Mark were awesome! They were always and quickly responded to email and voicemails. They also followed up on any request to ensure my satisfaction. Thank you all. Please give them a bonus for me.

We received excellent communication throughout the process. Everything lived up to our expectations and exceeded them.

The customer service experience was great during the home buying process. Once you've closed and moved in, it's a different story. Prior to moving in, I hired a home inspector to perform an inspection. There were a handful of findings that were claimed to be fixed. The field manager was going to send an email with the pictures showing (roof, attic,) the findings on the home inspection have been fixed. We occupied the property in May. I sent a follow-up email to the field manager and I am yet to receive a response. I understand they are busy but it's almost two months, and yet no response. Since we moved in the AC has stopped working for a couple of days, starting to see cracks on different walls (inside and outside) throughout the house. ... More

I have nothing good to say about Pulte - they are currently building homes as fast as they can and cutting corners left and right. We closed on a house that was filthy with many issues that they promised to address as soon as we closed - joke was on us for not refusing to close and believing that they were telling us the truth. As soon as you close, they disappear. My advice? Run.

It was terrible and we are still going through it. We were forced to close before the house was completed. We’ve been living here for over 1 month and things are still not done. It is a nightmare that we can’t wake up from. We still cannot access the Pulte Home site. There’s no technology support. It’s ridiculous for a publicly traded company. It’s shameful.

It has been a month and my temporary microwave is not yet replaced by the proper one. The temporary microwave was installed to get the certificate of occupancy so that they can keep the closing date and not postpone the closing date. I was told it will be done in 10 days, but even after 1 month, the proper microwave is not installed.
