On the closing day the customer service manager will promise you he will be on top of the maintenance requests and will take care of them soon. But they are not doing it at all, so hard to hear back from them and no issue fixed. Not recommended!

Homes in Florida are being built at a rapid pace. It appears they bring in workers with minimal to no experience. Most cabinets and door jambs are not lined up. Corners do not match up, so some corners of the cabinets are filled. Some corners are so mismatched there is space...a hole. Wild! Countertops...you can see where the two pieces come together. We do like our home, but since we closed March 9, 2026, the response to finish the outside of our home, driveway, grading the yard, landscaping, etc has been very lacking. We watch the speck homes around us and even the recently closed homes have a driveway before us is very upsetting. Pulte seems to think we are not important since they already have our money. There have been water problems due to things not being done, like water and mud coming into our garage, not being able to get to our cars on the curb because our driveway area was blocked by a pile of rocks and the ground was so muddy ...

HVAC problems

The house and neighborhood is nice. I’m currently struggling with the hvac. This is a 3 story home. If you want to cool the 3rd floor the 1st and 2nd are COLD. The temperature difference is over 10 degrees. All solutions online talk about the need for a damper system, which you didn’t install. This is very disappointing

Poor follow up with construction crews and poor quality of work. Basic things not caught prior to presenting my home to me. Multiple items pointed out and we were told would be fixed prior to move in and they were not fixed. These are basic and careless mistakes such as patching a screw hole and replacing missing cabinet hardware. As a home buyer I shouldn’t need to point out the obvious.

The buying experience was fine, and the construction experience was fine. Home was completed on time without surprises. Build quality was on par with houses I've built in the past for much, much less money. Granted, some of the inflated purchase price is due to the large lot size, but I don't feel that we received a product worthy of the purchase price. If the house was maybe 25% less expensive then I might feel differently. Financing through Pulte Mortgage was another lackluster experience. Poor customer service, not responding to the issue. As the forgein buyer, they took an advantage and did not treat our concern seriously. We only requested the issue due to the different material was using in my new house and was not selected when conducting the upgrade at design center. We were not requesting to remove it but give us the certificate for the material, never heard any response back. Won’t recommend people buy their house .

We bought a "quick move in" home. The sales team and mortgage team were amazing to deal with. I think quality of workmanship was just okay and feeling like the new home experience isnt as great as it should have been. We have a list of items that need to be fixed and should have been caught long before the walk through. Some deficiencies were fixed but some are still pending. Now after possession to be told we have to wait to resolve feels disappointing.

Pulte DOES NOT work with you on a closing date. Rush to close. Many items unfinish, If you dont catch a mistake during your walk through things will not get fix. You must do a work order and no one tells you when they will come back. I had outlets not working in Main Bedrooms still no answer to when they will come out and repair. I can't hang mirrors in main bathroom because I need the outlet to work. Window has a deep scratch in it. Didn't notice till I washed the windows. NOW telling me they won't replace. My overall home by an experience with Pulte was marginal at best. I was not wowed I was not wowed by the level of customer service I received or the responsiveness to questions I needed answered. The overall craftsmanship and materials used to complete my home build or better than most builders, but not anywhere near what you would find in luxury homes. Honestly, I am not sure how to answer if I found this builder to be trustworthy.

Very poor communication and response from Pulte. Very difficult to contact anyone. Heating issues 3 weeks in a row within 1 month of purchase. Disconnect between HOA management firm and sales team with Pulte. Luckily the closing attorney office is helping with things since communication is poor from Pulte.

Too many surprises. HOA is non-responsive. Monthly fee is too high for the service provided. Salespeople and building supervisors are very nice and the exception to the rule. Home itself has numerous minor issues. Phone service is spotty which is a real problem. Internet service has issues.

For a half million dollar house, I am greatly disappointed. I had high hopes that Pulte would build us a quality home and what we have encountered thus far is the opposite of quality. There are sections of our drywall that look like a toddler was set loose with mud and they called it a good day.
