I think some of the work was rushed but overall good.

Andrew made our experience amazing. He was efficient and extremely knowledgeable about every inch of our new home!

Upon moving in I'm not thrilled about the quality of materials and finishes of my townhome.

Quality Construction and delivery of the is great. But we noticed couple of things to be improved. After closing home response is not that great. Need to understanding the customer pain. Simply saying after touching some rough-ins they will say warranty will be gone, At the time of closing also co-ordination not that great for colleting the keys.

This is our 2nd home that we purchased from a builder. The first one was from brookfield, and had ZERO issues with them. And they where way more modern with all the minor things in the home, white cabinets weren’t upgrades... they where included, the minor accents and door knobs where way more modern then the ones pulte has to offer. There are sooooo many obvious problems with pulte home, we moved in and right away noticed the craftsmanship and detail to work is wayyyyy off. They cut a lot of corners and nobody from pulte was overseeing the contracted work that they hired to build our home. Broken roof pieces , leak stains on California room, cracks in our cement, very noticeable cabinet mistakes. Screws have been punctured all the way through the roofing and noticeable on the overhang by garage. One of restroom tub has a constant drip. Our sprinkler system was not working properly. And this is only 1 month into living at our home.can’t wait to see what 1 year has to offer. And let’s just say... I’m documenting EVERYTHING, just in case it has to go through the court system. Another thing is the PULTE mortgage was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! They didn’t have there stuff together, they asked for same paperwork 4-5x and the representative would talk down. Even after signing the same paper 4-5x they still sent a request to sign the same paper 3 wks after living at home. Overall they where not organized. BUYER BEWARE!! I have been a victim of fraudulent claims, therefore, I was not a trusting person. I meet and spoke with Elizabeth and she said many things and made many claims. I was some how unconsciously waiting . I had to apologize on a few occasion because everything she said or claimed all came to be right. From that point on if Elizabeth endorsed it .. I said it’s fine and it was Elizabeth was fierce and compassionate dealing with my independent loan company and resolving my issues. I never seen someone display patience and a strong drive to resolve my issues. Plainly my issues was not due to Pulte, When it appears my loan wouldn’t close as a team Elizabeth and Traci fought hard and tough with my loan company and reassured me at all hours of the night the loan would close on time. I had a minor issue with my house and they were right there and I have been completely satisfied up to now.. I can’t say enough about Elizabeth, imagine she was getting married and I called in a panic and during this special time , my needs were meet first. The sales representative Maria was worse than a used car sales rep. It seemed like she was say almost anything to purchase a home from her. We purchased our home long distance, in a pandemic and did everything virtually. Everything was extremely rushed and Maria did not review all of the available options with us. Once we had our walk through with the construction manager he pointed out a lot of upgrades/choices that we were not aware of. We did not receive the HOA documents until months in the process and had we been aware of some of the restrictions earlier on we may not have purchased in this community. Also everything seems pretty cheap. The quality and fine details in the construction are definitely lacking. We have paint and grout all over the floors in multiple areas. Finished home in timely manner and addressed issues found(few) in timely manner. Very organized Closing.

Ali was a great project manager and really kept the home building experience a positive one for us.

As everyone knows with every new home ,you should expect some obstacles, but in this case I had a great team who responded and took care of my issues.

Nice looking house but quality was very disapppointing. We built with Centex in Bridgetown when they were independent and there was no comparison in quality. . Some of the stuff we experienced was really poor quality and should have been caught before we moved in. Doors were unsafe, window frame was damaged and cheaply fixed. Panel doors didn’t close. Etc,etc.

Smooth process , Great place , good time frame

We are in LOVE with our townhome. The process was seamless from start to finish! The best part was seeing all of our design options come to life.

I am very upset that pulse is trying to put in new building with no garage space that will hinder our parking

Below average support by sales staff partly arising from sellers market. They interact with you as if they are doing you a favor. Stress during closing process was horrible

The overall process with Pulte was very frustrating, unprofessional, and of low quality. The quality and workmanship of the home were below our expectations and standards that Pulte portrayed during the buying process. The team was unresponsive and unprofessional until we went to management with our concerns.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with a new home build and only heard stories about negative experiences. I’m pleasantly surprised to report that my experience has been great. Be aware that you will need to pay attention to the details. The framing, foundation, trim, appliances, and design selections. As a buyer, you are purchasing YOUR home. It’s in your beat interest to be highly involved in the build process. If your expectation is a HGTV hands off experience you may find yourself disappointed. Stay engaged with the process. Find all pictures you can representing the features and materials you want included in your home that Pulte provides so that there are no surprises at the final reveal. If you feel comfortable being highly engaged and detail oriented, the new build process with Pulte will be fantastic. If not, I suggest buying an existing home. ... More

Seems they are using lowest bidder on the block for their electrical and Sheetrock. Our ceiling is wavy and will need to be replaced (all of it). This is beyond inconvenient as I’ll have to pack everything up again and clean endlessly. I have electrical issues and Buick’s County Electric is staying my dimming lights whenever I turn something on is “normal”. As I work in the business of construction I know better. The warranty department is doing nothing but take the electricians side because they don’t know any better. I’m going to get it fixed and submit the bill to them before I have further issues. ... More
