Carlos was absolutely awesome, extremely helpful and responsive to concerns. The house was "live in ready" at closing, but there were some finishing details that were supposed to be taken care of the following day and I never heard back from the gentleman, Dean, who was going to have them fixed. When my concern was brought up to Carlos, he gave me all the information needed to take care of my needs. Overall a great experience, and I would purchase another home from Carlos and Pulte...but this is my forever home.

They are eager to sell you a house, construction times vary a lot and when things need to be fixed it turns into the speed of molasses running down hill. The lots usually end up looking a great deal different than the plot map they give the owners!

Both my sister and I bought house with Pulte Homes and it was a wonderful experience for both os us and my Parents .

First the positive: the home is pretty, laid out well, and the neighborhood is great. We love the flow of the home and the overall feel is quite nice. Our project manager has been nothing but superb and has gone out of his way to make things right and we are grateful for him and his work. Having said that, Pulte seems to cut corners and puts up low quality materials wherever they can, and this includes all the upgrades that we were charged for. The painting is the absolute worst. In many areas you can see the dry wall or it is two tone because they put one layer of paint on in places and two layers in other places...on the same wall. They use a flat paint in the entire home which is not recommended for high traffic areas. It has no durability or protection from day to day living and will ding with the slightest touch. Flat paint is cheaper than an eggshell finish but not as durable. In addition, they skimped so much on the paint that the seams of the two by fours and nail heads can easily be seen through the paint. The edges of the walls have not been finished off properly in many places, which results in the edges pushing through the paint. There are numerous paint bubbles and excess paint thickness making for an unfinished looking product. The wire shelving in all closets is of low quality and full of burrs that will snag anything you put on it. The wood quality in several places (door frames, molding, baseboard) is low grade and not properly sanded in places. Towel racks were just randomly put up in places where they make absolutely no sense (i.e. in areas where there is no sink, tub, or shower). This is our third semi custom build and it is the worst quality of workmanship to date. Each of our homes were in the same relative price point. You can certainly get a Pulte home that looks great but beware of quality issues throughout the home. Our project manager, Justin Miller is excellent and the company is fortunate to have him. He appears, however, to be hamstrung by company policies. A few tweaks to these homes would put them at another level, yield better customer satisfaction, and reduce the number of visits to fix things that weren’t done correctly in the first place. The builders group was very helpful and friendly.

I was involved in monitoring the building from the slow permitting process through to final completion. I found the communication by Pulte’s agents to my concerns to be very responsive.

Our sales person was outstanding, she was always available with great follow-up and continuous communication. This is in sharp contrast to our Customer Service Manager/Superintendent; It was a constant struggle to have him address builder defects and schedule remediation with subcontractors. He failed to follow up, did not return calls or emails and unlike our sales person, was not an advocate for us. Pulte builds a good home and there are bound to be issues, what makes a difference is how you address the problems after sale and they failed to perform.

Home was completed earlier than expected with near perfection. Minor mishaps are completely understandable and was fixed up at no additional costs. Customer service is top notch.

Robert Really went above and beyond to remove all doubts we had in addition to any fixes/minor touch ups that were needed during the move in. That speaks volumes about the company's focus on customer expereince.

Meghan and Nico were awesome to work with! Meghan was extremely responsive and very helpful through the entire process. Nico was very personable, helpful, and always went the extra mile. No matter what time of day I showed up to the house he would be at our house or another house in the neighborhood working to solve problems.

I bought my first house from Pulte. I was a little unhappy because of the delay in closing which caused little inconvenience and cost me some money to extend the lease in my previous apartment, but if you ask me now I'm more than happy about my new house. The location, the corner site and THE GORGEOUS INTERIORS; It will be a dream for everyone to own a house like mine. I highly recommend Pulte to everyone especially to immigrants like me who don't know anything about the home buying process and are buying for the first time. In fact I have already referred some of my friends to buy from Pulte.

The process is so smooth with Pulte Sales Team, Pulte Mortgage and the Builders. Love the 60 days warranty of any issues after my move here, I already feel at home from the moment I step into here and get to know the people around Pulte Team. Awesome Job!

Make sure to follow up and remain vigilant with the home building process. Frankly, I bought into the neighborhood however very disappointed with the builder and their process. I’m very disappointed with the entire experience.

Construction manager was outstanding

I would not recommend Pulte to others who are interesting in using this builder. After being in the house for a month, I have noticed numerous items that were completely poorly. The lack of response from the PM is disheartening. I have friend who is ready to sign in a different Pulte community that I will be discouraging from doing so.

My 'holistic' experience was excellent from start to finish. I'd recommend Pulte to anyone looking to build in a new builder community environment. My home is lovely and as close to perfect as one can be in these days of 'fast' build. My critique of the process was the inability to 'personalize' certain elements, e.g., punch a hole in a wall during the construction process (as opposed to having to wait until post finish) and to manage the installation of height-driven items, e.g., shelving placement. For example, the standard height for their clothing shelves are quite high for a short person to reach. Also, the paint selection was quite limited; it should be broadened to accommodate a wider selection of color hues. ... More

The home was one of the best builded home I’ve seen. Pulty builds high quality homes. They do not cut corner.

Our experience is very blessed because we had always tried to buy a property but we had problems, but thanks to God and the company we made some of our dreams come true. The company They are always in communication with the client and any questions or help are available. I recommend this company for its integrity, security, punctuality, honesty and in every step that is in the process, you are always in communication. I know that this company many families who wish to have their home their dreams will come true.

Great sakes staff, very attentive to your needs.

QUALITY CONTROL should be much better. Some sub-contractors do not clean up messes they made to material that was previous installed. Pulte personal do not seem to check after them to see they have done the job right or cleaned up afterwards.
