Our sales person was outstanding, she was always available with great follow-up and continuous communication. This is in sharp contrast to our Customer Service Manager/Superintendent; It was a constant struggle to have him address builder defects and schedule remediation with subcontractors. He failed to follow up, did not return calls or emails and unlike our sales person, was not an advocate for us. Pulte builds a good home and there are bound to be issues, what makes a difference is how you address the problems after sale and they failed to perform.

Some of the up grades should have been standard like grab bars in bath & shower areas. The cabinet under kitchen sink & bath room vanity’s should have a standard floor in it , leave it up to the buyer how they would like it finished

I would like to see a much greater sense of communication between builder& buyer during construction, it would make for a better experience for new owners. Also after moving in I feel there should be a better response to the owners concerns regarding issues needing repair or attention. A timely response to either an owners phone message or an email message to address issues should be a priority.

The sales, closing and mortgage aspect were great. Getting the items on the punch list from the closing on November 2 and walk thru which happened about a month prior to closing as the date changed are still not completed after several emails and calls. The closet doors are just now getting painted and the wall is not square so I have a gap on the top. several tiles not repaired only a band aid patch placed that will wear off quickly. Hired a home inspector is worth it, although my issues are inside the house. I had a home inspector and he save me by pointing out bad work such as the problem with the roof (sloppy work), he saw the standard water and the bad landscape just to name a few. When the homeowner walks through, look at everything, ensure that your upgrade is quality and what you paid for (mine was not), ensure that the floors are free from having paint drip on them (I am still removing paint drip), ensure caulk is where it should be and no hole, ensure the landscape is done right and when using the sprinkler there ...

Design center ruined our bathroom and kitchen design . The lack of trust is an understatement , the GSM that handled the escalated issues with the design flaws and the designers mistakes did nothing. The blame game is bestowed on the buyer and not your design team as what your GSM tells the buyer . Someone told me I have to accept that these are "cookie cutter" homes slapped together and sold at highest market value. I like the house but the quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail are lacking. Repairs were sub-standard.

The first steps of buy this home were easy but during the build and after closing working with the company, specifically outstand work, has been challenging. We closed over 2 months ago and still have work that needs to be done that was promised to be completed within 2 weeks after closing.

Pulte packs a lot of square footage into the price. The homes in our subdivision have good curb appeal. However the "Pulte Standard" means whatever is the cheapest and fastest. You will also get nickled and dimed to death. There also will be changes made without notice. We were told that we were not getting the entire lot sodded like the other homes, but only the front. . . this after we were under contract. We had an in ground sprinkler system in the contract which was included as an incentive. Then 3 months in Pulte pulled it stating they were not going to put sprinkler systems in. ...

Thought this would be a smooth move in. It was not. House was not complete and promises to fix took too long. Features paid for were not in place and were found at a later time. Some repairs are still needed after a month here.

My wife and I really enjoyed the design and build process, our sales representative and project manager were thorough and transparent. Just wish the final product would have been as perfect as the rest of the process. We have been in our house 2 months and so far we have had minor water intrusion in our basement, our AC went out, we are having minor electrical issues, and there are multiple cracks in our basement walls. To make matters worse, we have come to expect less than caring, some might say passive aggressive responses after emailing customer service with these issues.

My review is of pure disappointment! I have been in my home almost 60 days and I have yet to use my master shower. Hot and cold water lines were crossed and here we are today, August 20th and I still do not have a working master shower. Too upset to say anymore.

They did a decent job overall. They rushed some things, including the fireplace which ended up having a gas leak due to improper install while my family was home. They also weren’t flexible on moving the closing date by a month when I requested due to COVID.

I bought a home with other builder and my experience with them was much better than Pulte. We moved in recently into this new Pulte home and there were several things need to be fixed even after closing. I called and texted several times the supervisor, but their response was very poor. Its been a month since we moved in, still they did not fix the things yet. I am still waiting and frustrated. So make sure that everything was done before closing. 1. Change filed manager in the process of home building without notifying me until I found out. 2. Not detail oriented (sod is not install correctly, it's uneven and a lot of holes) 3. Outside of the house still need to be worked 4. I love the neighborhood but pulte can do better job than this. If there is a way for me to send pictures I will love to show you what happened to the house. Overall it's not a good experience.

During the process of building this home we had a building manager who failed to address multiple issues addressed by my building inspector. Halfway through this process that manager was “fired” and replaced another who did address all of our issues and responded quickly. The closing process was smooth, meetings with everyone went well and our needs were being met... until closing. The quality is par - these are workers not craftsman; wish I could send photos of our upgraded paint work - we purchase upgraded paint (white walls and gray trim.). Our gray trim work should have clean lines - this isn’t the case, we have gray smeared into the floor and walls. We were told that they have replaced those workers for others but how does that help us know, as we now need to hire real painters to fix the paint.
