Absolutely love our new home. The whole build/buy process was well organized. The entire Pulte team is top notch. It is clear that this is an organization that focuses on the customer experience and customer satisfaction. Looking forward to many years in our new development. Love it here!

Over all I am satisfied with my house. How there are a couple of areas that need to be addressed Communication between the salesman and project manager. Don't promise work to buyer that can't be performed

The only good thing about the home is the view and area of town. I hope no one else has had the level of dissatisfaction I have had.

The communication between the builders and the buyer was very poor! Simple problems could have been resolved with honest communication. I felt I was deceived many times throughout the building process. My issues were resolved, but only through a long and drawn out process. Very frustrating!

This is our first home and we bought with a lot of excitement and hope. But unfortunately all of our joy of buying new home just disappear within a week as we found numerous build quality issues in each and every part of the house, it is just 3rd we are living here. We do not know how many more we yet to come across. It is just killing our confidence and making us lose trust in this Pulte builder. Even pricing Vs Upgrades they provide are very inconsistent. Interior and exterior build quality and materials are of poorest quality and on top of it workmanship is very very shoddy. It seems they did not even follow very basic quality check before handing house to the customer. There are countless chips and cracks in wood work and drywall, patches/mismatch painting. If I continue to write I can go on for whole day but I want to conclude and say we are very very disappointed to say the least. Now we have uphill task(s) in front of us creating multiple service requests, manage various service appointments and ensure they are not going to break anything lese while fixing something. ... They completed our house on time.

Follow up is slow. During our walk through almost 1/2 the windows came off the track. Waited four weeks to have a dedicated GFI for the refrigerator install. Still waiting on pantry door to be replaced and cabinet door to be replaced.

I expected a more quality build. The floor looks like the material was left over from a store. One of the doors didn't latch properly and the bedroom window is leaking quite a bit of air causing the room to be cooler than the rest of the rooms. It is only a one bedroom home so I expect the heat to be very consistent.

Build experience was very good. However, the mortgage experience (separate from the build co.) was not. Unexpected valuation problems could be avoided with better coordination between marketing/pricing/sales and the mortgage underwriters.

Overall, I am pleased with the process.

The sales team and manager in the field were extremely helpful, friendly, and very reliable.

The complete process was excellent. By this I mean the initial meeting with our sales agent Amy. She explained everything thoroughly. Amy continually checked with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. The home design center was very helpful. They explained all options with us and never hurried us as we went through this process. The project manager Aaron was very good. He sent weekly updates. These let us know the work they did the past week and what was in the schedule to do the following week.

From the very start with Jason, he helped me design my dream home! He was very patient when I changed my mind! When I met the builder, Dennis, he was so nice & explained everything to me. At my walk through, Jonathan was so helpful & explained how to use & care for everything in my home. Structurally, this house is amazing! Built very well. I could not be happier! Thank you!

From the moment that our house was assigned a superintendent, we were in good hands. From weekly Friday updates to writing a welcome message on our concrete slab, Scott went above and beyond to make our home perfect for us.

The community is great. The issues are usually taken care promptly. The quality of construction is good although some areas are left desirable ( cabinets, bathrooms fittings)

Things that the builder said they would complete by closing were not finished.

Quality of work. Helpful staff.
