Don’t believe the hype ! The houses are nice but way over priced especially what you get and the size of the lot . Our main issue is the fact that when we closed on our house it still was not finished ! It’s taking about a month to finally get things to about 90% . There is much better builders out there that will actually finish a build before you move into it . I would not recommend Pulte to anybody! No integrity or Quality control process .

The lack of follow-through. We had a long list of issues that needed to be addressed after our pre-closing walk-through. Most of those issues were not addressed by closing. It's now been two months and these issues still have not been addressed.

We really like the design of the house. There is a lot of storage space. You do, however, pay extra for every little things. The things that come standard are so basic that everyone - from the sales person to the consultant at the design meeting highly encourages you to upgrade, which then, of course, drives up the cost for the house. Most frustrating has been our closing experience. We had a pre-closing walk-through date set. Lack of communication and responsiveness

I've owned a few homes but this was my first build and unfortunately, this whole process has made me not want to build again. It has been very frustrating and almost 2 months after closing I have a list of corrections that I am still waiting to be addressed. At least with preowned homes, you know what you are walking into and what you have to do. I never expected to have to wait on things to be finished or corrected once closing on a brand new build. Very disappointed.

They were wonderful when they were trying to earn our business, but once we signed the paperwork they just didn't seem to care about our satisfaction. The issues started immediately after we signed the contract when we found out that our home was going to be a different orientation than we were told when we decided to purchase the property. Had to point out many defects which were overlooked probably due to the lack of properly trained workers. Walls, countertops, cabinets, window frames, doors, etc. were installed improperly and needed to be repaired or replaced after my own inspection. This shows that there was a lack of quality control during the build. Since closing on the property , I am still finding defects in the build.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. From the beginning to the very end, the entire process was horrible. The lack of communication was the worst experience I have ever seen. I have been in the home now since the middle of September and I'm still waiting on final touch ups throughout the home. I would never recommend this company to any family or friends. Very unfortunate because the location are great. Ps. If you can get the contractors to follow through with the finishing touch ups that would be great.

Never again should you let your house close before the builder has completed each and everything without anything pending. Even something as little as putting a nail in the wall. Because once your home is closed, forget about getting those items done. The project manager will not respond to any emails or calls. My yard was graded and seeded with lawn but had significant amount of concrete rocks and stones. In fact there were more rocks then mud. Sales and mortgage service were great. Construction process follow up also at a high level. Unfortunately, the workmanship quality isn’t just there. Very poor care for final touches such as painting and cleaning. Their MO is to let you tell them during your final walk through what is not to your satisfaction and then they will fix. Very disappointing, I don’t recommend Pulte at all.

I am not pleased with the way Pulte is handling my concerns. For starters I'm going to start with my sod and sprinkler situation that I paid $6,000 for. My sod and sprinkler system could not be installed because my soil had not been final graded. We are disappointed with the quality of some of the work done on our home. One thing was said before we closed, but when we had issues to address with the quality of work, we were told that’s not covered under your warranty. I would think Pulte wouldn’t want to continue hiring contractors that didn’t do their best work or at least Pulte would correct the problem. I was told I could hire someone to fix it. Toured a home under construction in Dec 2019, had about two months of work left, signed contract. Failed inspections delayed, then rain weather delayed by a month, then pandemic delayed. Repeatedly asked for a detailed schedule of work, never received. All of these on their own is understandable, but getting to explanations behind delays didn't come until I pressed hard on leadership in May. Any time I call for resolution of a problem or issue with Pulte, I can count on a very delayed response. Customer service is a thing of the past, and Pulte is a prime example of that lack of caring.

Clearly Pulte have poor communication within their organisation, which in my case of purchasing two properties, resulted in threats from Pulte about a potential closing delay due to issues created by Pulte and COVID-19. No respect for time zones, no customer focus, no apology from Pulte corporate. Overall a very stressful and dissatisfying process from when business sealed through to closing.

I was lied to throughout the whole process by both Pulte and my Agent. I was told i could build a pool in the backyard and then found out once construction started there was a huge 15 ft drainage easement in my backyard that i cant build anything on. Govany is the worst super you could get. unresponsive, no accountability and constantly blaming others for his short comings. We have to replace the our entire floor, garage floor, repair cabinets, countertops, windows, carpet, and shower glass still 2 moths after closing. all items we brought up well in advance of closing and initial walkthrough. Brand new home looks good outside, after move in we identified lot of issues in first month itself, very bad materials in all places, mainly the tiles are broken the Pulte representative came but he told it will not cover the broken was by your mistake. So many issues but pulte team is not responding properly.

Very expensive starting from lot until utilities. Quality and workmanship is not up to the mark for the price paid for the home. Very limited walk through and that not adequate time provided. Floors on level is not even. Paid for many customization but most of them are below satisfactory level.
