Was overall a smooth process

I had my house done before the end of this year which supposed to be finished at the end of November 2020, I know this pandemic had effect the supposed to be completion date. The builder missed a lot of things like screens on the windows and carpets nail on the stairs still out, even my two sons got wounded bec of that. Tiles that are uneven on foyer and kitchen area, paint that was missed. I was kind of upset because I put 20% down payment and I know Pulte works even better than that, I hope they will fixed this issue pretty soon.

The sales process was easy and our field manager was amazing to work with. He truly cared about making this an amazing home for us.

I heard from my friends that some of the sales agents don’t respond quickly before closing. We had issues in closing to get the required documents.

I would like to see a much greater sense of communication between builder& buyer during construction, it would make for a better experience for new owners. Also after moving in I feel there should be a better response to the owners concerns regarding issues needing repair or attention. A timely response to either an owners phone message or an email message to address issues should be a priority.

Really beautiful and best quality of products are used to build.

Overall buying experience was satisfactory

I enjoyed the design meeting and appreciate that the studio was able to fit me in despite the surprise scheduling deficiency with the sales office. (Maybe I should have called to confirm the appointment.) I was also impressed by the construction manager’s turnaround time and attention to detail on items needing attention.

I wish that I know before buying this place that they allow to have a pet. I don’t like pets! I just hope they will keep this place CLEAN outside and inside the building. Thank you and keep the good work.

Sometimes it took a little longer but the answer has always been there. From lending to building quality and trust to live.

The experience was stressful. The quality is average. Walls seem thin and it sounds like a herd of cattle when my children play upstairs and I’m downstairs despite the fact I have pretty laid back kids compared to others. All the doors were dinged up you when we moved in and no wood filler and paint can correct them even though that’s what they’ve done over and over. Whatever you do, do not upgrade your color of paint for the entire house, save that two grand and hire a painter to come paint your entire house with a satin paint after. They will only use flat paint and our house is a constant scratched up mess. The magic eraser is my best friend. It’s going to be far from perfect, so to have that in your mind will help. Not for the detail oriented like myself. At the end of the day I love my house I just would’ve rather known what to expect on some of these things but you living you learn. I hope if I ever have a friend build I can help them navigate the process to know what to spend money on and what to do after the fact. It’s very hard when you’re spending your hard earned money on things and you’re let down. They have a warranty company and so far we’ve called them five times and have never gotten a response. We had to go above the gal that is in charge of it and we got an answer to a couple questions but since then we’ve gone back to calling her and we get no response. It’s absolutely unprofessional and I’m just so over everything that I don’t even have it in me to worry about it the home issues. I have a life to live work to do and three kids to take care of. Very smooth process. Completed on time. Easy to work with.

Point blank, I have had a plumbing problem since I moved in related to the loud, grating noise in the master bathroom each time the toilet flushes upstairs of my unit. This challenge has awakened me in the middle of the night and in the early morning for over a month, and I am not a light sleeper. I called/contacted all of the people needed to help me according to the papers given to me, and it is only today after making many calls and sending numerous (nearly daily), over a month since I moved in, that the contracted plumber finally contacted me and made an appointment. Home floorplan and value are great. Quality and finishing touches seemed rush and lacking in craftmanship. The only consolation is the Pulte warranty program.

Even though the stress of building a home from nothing can wear on you . The Pulte Team made it very easy. From Cathy our sales rep to Grant who gave constant updates and from closing with Jeff who has quickly answered all our questions and handled any little bumps in the road.

The thoroughness in explaining the build process and responsiveness to requests. We feel the construction is solid and the compliments we receive on the build itself are great. We have purchased many home over the last 40+ years and this is our best experience to date. Great Job!!!

My townhome is beautiful! However, there are many issues with the construction and carpentry. I have had an issue with my front walkway flooding, which has not been resolved. After over 6 weeks, there has not been mail delivered. Townhouse is not as sound proof as I was informed.

Pulte is an amazing builder. The floorplans are well designed and highly customizable. The entire process was very smooth because you always had a Pulte team member a text or phone call away to answer your question. The quality of the home is amazing and they are very eager to fix anything that doesn't look right. Maybe the best part of Pulte is the comprehensive warranty that is huge for piece of mind.
