The lead-time was adhered to from the very start. The construction went smoothly. it was a great experience.

We were told during closing - Cosmetic things does not count towards overall house completion and warranty. Which is not not so great as this is what we see. Whatever is inside dry walls, we will hardly know of. Every warranty item has a tolerance level with respect to concrete cracks and floor levelling (so far noticed only these two). And certain things are designed in a way, so can't be fixed. Outside lawn is not covered and HOA need to fix any workmanship defects. The list goes on, I guess you get what they build and get at closing, expecting anything else is just too much.

House completed on time with only minor fixes at closing.

On time home delivery and craftsmanship is excellent. On site construction engineer Kevin and Garret are excellent folks, who took care of every thing. Alex from warranty department is making sure all issues are resolved on time with great detail. Thank you all for your support and making us to feel so much comfortable.

Quality of Workmanship, Excellent Service of Sales Person and Construction Manager, and Warranty

My experience was good. Even though we purchased just before the pandemic and had to navigate through that complexity, the Pulte experience was positive and we felt like we were treated well. We're satisfied with our home and the process.

I would highly recommend Pulte.

After paying so much, this is not what we expect to get, quality of everything lkke dry wall, boards, shelves, bathroom not up to the mark. After a month only I am seeing all the ptch work coming out, drywall getting scuffed just with the touch of anything. Nails are coming out from the doors and shelves.Got defective gas init, at the time of closing, field manager said he gonna replace it but after that we are just doing follow ups. Not happy at all

They are honest and clear and does not gives surprises at the time of closing. Highly recommend

There were a lot of cosmetic issues that we’re not sure how they got past everyone’s eyes, but they’ve been responsive about helping out with those.

The finishes in the home are beautiful. However, sometimes it feels like shortcuts were taken in other areas of the home in order to produce quantity over quality.

If your looking to have a home built right the first time and exactly the way you want it, Pulte is the way to go. Their warranty is amazing and the contractors they use are the best around. You get what you pay for with Pulte, peace of mind and quality!

Good quality builder with a great community

Overall great experience for my first time purchasing a home. I was able to be involved during the entire process and any questions I had were answered in a timely fashion. I absolutely love my brand new beautiful home!!

sales great, mortgage and insurance great. Working to complete the unfinished work a problem and some areas poor attention to detail.

I was an out of state buyer, from loan application processing to payments to electronic signatures of contract - all were done through online/remote experience. Excellent Technology and Systems to enable contactless buying experience during Covid-19 period.

Every part of my buying experience to living in my home has been an easy dream with Pulte. From sales to build to loan to service. I do everything on-line until my home was done and they did not fail me!

Let me start by saying the Pulte mortgage was a nightmare experience. No professionalism no communication whatsoever then you assumed it would get better once you get into the house Pulte cut corners and lot of different area lack of power outlets lack of communication with the pool I was getting nobody went and explain to me what type of pool I was getting. I thought I was getting a bigger pool lack of knowledge in maintaining the pool nobody had has still to this day explain to me anything. Just as certain areas of the house you can see Corners were cut but it is what is this you live and learn. it was not a total nightmare there are other builders that are a lot worse but all I'm saying you can see Corners were cut to save money. if you want to build a better company and take pride in your name start by having the process from beginning to end be a smooth and pleasurable experience for all communication is key when it comes to a person spending half a million dollars on a house communication is key that they get everything they think they getting. I don't care Pulte mortgage operates separately they still hold the Pulte name and they are tarnishing it,and whoever Works under the Pulte name and doesn't communicate properly to their customers. buying a home it's a long difficult expensive process. I totally dissatisfied with the pool that I received within the first week certain things in the house we're falling apart that should not happen in the first week I spoke to certain Neighbors and they said that's Pulte which is sad. Again there are other companies that are a lot worse this is not my first time buying a home but this is the reasoning why you guys get a 3-star you guys can do a lot better and offer a little bit more for the money we are paying not a lot more just a little bit more little better quality and better communication. ... Oscar was the best part of the experience

All little issues were taken care of right away. No big issues were found. Very good quality and impressive customer service with all aspects of the Pulte home buying experience.

We had some issues with communication toward the end but our field manager worked hard to make sure all of the issues were resolved before we moved in!

Base price was affordable for us.

Overall it is an awesome experience.

I’ve worked for builders most of my career and HD expectations that there would be a lot of issues in our building process. But, our superintendent Ron, was absolutely amazing. He’s good at building a quality home and being responsive to us as the owners. I truly feel like we had a positive experience because he was the lead.
