Horrible experience with low quality workmanship - excuses from builder were given for numerous issues we brought up. They don't take pride in the quality of work and play it off as all "acceptable". Will never build with Pulte ever again.

Poorly built. Zero confidence on build quality. Needs follow-ups. No consistency across the houses. Basic things are missing.

Poorly built. There are numerous issues with circuit breakers, concrete work is not done properly. Needs multiple follow-ups for every single issue. No confidence in the builder's inspection. Builder is more interested in getting good ratings than the quality. I have built houses with other builders like MI and Rockford. I would recommend them than Pulte.

Wish we went with a different builder. Loan company are scammers, don't fall for their incentive trick. The home has lots of shortcut issues that we needed to hire outside fixers to redo. Not worth the price

Our experience with buying from Pulte has been terrible. Construction manager Colton reassured us that the problems we had prior to closing would’ve been fixed afterwards when in fact, they did not. Jennifer sales consultant only looks out for sales, that’s it! She adds options and upgrades without explaining description and costs. We were under contract for a specific package - after signing, Pulte changed the paint and carpet package and told us if we don’t like it we can back out of the purchase (Jake). It’s was not the kind of experience we were looking for. House had multiple issues before closing. We closed on the house. The project manager promised us to repair all those issues before closing but didn’t happen. After closing when I asked when he will repair those issue, he told me to call customer care and he doesn’t work at this location anymore. I had to get in contact with regional manger to get the ball rolling.

We found a lack of experience and ownership to the people we had to deal with in buying this house. The law firm messed up our paperwork from the start. It just got worse as we went through the whole process. We ended up having to spend over 2600.00 dollars waiting for our closing date. First day in the house master closet shelf fell off the wall. 10% of non-refundable earnest money required. Had to complain numerous times during the building process on many issues to get it fixed. Kept asking good feedback on the survey both construction and mortgage process. The construction manager stopped responding right after the survey was completed even though there are some items that still need to be fixed. I am not going to recommend Pulte homes to my friends.
