We had a nice experience through the purchase program. Sales man was amazing and very helpful through the whole process. Construction wasn't what we were expecting. A lot of paint stains all over the house. Lots of dents and scratches on doors and trims. Issues with the pave that hasn't been resolved yet. It's been almost two months since we got into the house and most of the issues we pointed on the closing have not been solved.

I’m extremely disappointed with the entire experience. The closing was a nightmare and now I’ve been in the house for seven weeks and still have many issues with the house that have not been resolved.

I did all my upgrades with Pulte design center and everything that I upgraded was put in incorrect or damaged still waiting months to get items fixed..

Let’s just say that there were/are multiple issues

The craftsmanship and work on the home truly is poor.. We closed when the house was not 100% finished and they did nothing about it. Day after we closed and tried to move in, had 5 people in our home who just let themselves in. Been in the house over a month and work still isn't finished, lights falling from the ceilings, cracks in walls everywhere, bathrooms are an absolute mess, just terrible.

I was a new home buyer and i was very much curious to know each and everything. I used to visit the site every other day. It was a good experience. The sales office helped a lots to understand each and everything. The design center experience was not good at all. I wanted to modify some of the upgrades and the person will not let me do.

It’s been 1 month since closing but still having issues. Raised multiple Service request but response is very slow.Have to follow up multiple times with the warranty guy Russell to send someone to care of the request. Even many other house owners are having warrranty issues. Some request is pending for 2 months. It’s new construction, so ideally we should not be having many issues in first place. Paid more than asking price, but now I feel it’s not worth.

Lot of issues inside and outside

Pulte was able to build the home in time but the workmanship and the finishings are below par including the overall models and layouts needs a lot of work to be done.

We were initially very excited to work with Pulte to build our home, but quickly saw that what matters most is not customer satisfaction, but the bottom line for Pulte. I understand that Pulte a business and profits are a part of that, but as the build progressed I was shocked by consistently shoddy workmanship. For example, we had multiple crooked walls that weren’t fixed on their own even though they were visibly crooked. We had to insist they be fixed. Some contractors used were dishonest about mistakes they made that had to be fixed later, and the contractors were trusted over us by Pulte despite us having photo evidence of the issues. Issues in our flooring that were bright up early on (gaps in the wood that weren’t filled, which we can feel through the padding and carpet now) and gaps in the wall that we were assured would be fixed properly were not and have affected the aesthetics and comfort of our home. They tried to rush our closing even though the house was not ready. The finishes that needed to be fixed before we would agree to close were thrown together and poorly done. No house is perfect, but I was genuinely surprised by the poor quality of work overall. When friends ask for my advice on building a home, I will not recommend Pulte based on our experience, especially given the expense. ... More

I bought a model. I realize my home was not under warranty or that they werent going to do anything major to fix issues. However, even something basic- for example, as you go up the stairs, there is a big chunk out of the wall. How hard would it have been to fix it? Our fireplace doesn't work. A simple visit from the super would probably take care of it but no one would respond. Very disappointing. The toilet flushes can be heard downstairs like someone is hitting a sledgehammer. The sales office reps were great. That's why they get a better rating.

Very poor service and everything is delayed. Even after closing the house for 30 days there are still things that need to be installed in home.

Buying experience was ok at the start but closer to the end trying to figure out closing was a bit messy. Responsiveness to issue at final walk thru and days after closing is lacking. Still waiting on stuff/answers weeks later. I get that they are busy and have other home owners but if you say you will do something do it.

Make sure you get what you paid for.

The quality checks for this home were inconsistent and often not there. The servicing once closed leaves to be desired as well.

It is not a quality builder

Now that we are in our home we see a major lack of attention to detail. Paint on flooring, trim and carpet. Adhesive in various places on flooring. Vinyl floor has an obvious slit that just had glue applied over that area. Caulk drips that won’t come off. Water damaged door. There is a lack of care for the new finishes in our home. A response to theses issues has been non existent so far.

We expected much better quality form this builder for the cost of the home. Home was not cleaned at time of closing to move in ready.

Our first Pulte home purchased in 2014, was an impeccable experience with John S. and Gina M. I wish I could say the same for this purchase. Working with Kristie G. we needed to correct her clerical errors. Alex A., field manager, seemingly turned a blind eye to a myriad of issues: hot and cold water in master bath switched causing almost a scalding experience, over a dozen electrical outlets which were installed faultily, one particularly over the guest bathroom sink which came out of the wall, sloppy stucco work which needed correction, broken pavers and scraps used to "finish" the driveway, uneven flooring causing our refrigerator to lean forward, a sloppy floor installation looking nothing like the model photos we saw regarding pattern, cracked grouting in kitchen and guest bath, sloppily finished vertical wall grout in guest bath, unlevel flooring in our entranceway, sloppy exterior paint around rear windows, incorrectly measured gourmet kitchen cabinets, sloppily finished sidewalk, a two inch hole in the center of the garage floor near entrance allowing anything to crawl under it, gutters in one spot that were not attached nor finished off, no heat with the HVAC system, second quality kitchen faucet (three different colors of brushed nickel), and a loose water faucet in guest shower. It is my feeling that a significant amount of the tradespeople fell under an umbrella license instead of being licensed, skilled and experienced themselves. This was pointed out by one of the tradespeople who later came to begin corrections. The upsetting aspect, being elderly with health issues, is that we have had to allow so many workers into our home during a pandemic to correct what needed to be done correctly before closing. We tentatively face having to have our kitchen floor cement grinded down with the resulting dust, harmful to inhale, and the potential damage it can cause to our possessions and furniture. In addition, our time has been severely encroached upon as a result. We are disappointed almost to the point of heartbroken. We are hoping that Pulte keeps their word in correcting these unnecessary situations which could have been easily avoided with some care on the part of the field manager. On a more positive note, our pool, constructed by Aragon, is perfection. Also, our immediate contact person, Chris T., in rectifying the construction and finish issues, has been attentive and helpful. We thank him for his expertise. Pulte should allow 3rd party pre drywall inspection as part of their process to be confident on the build quality. Final Inspection quality should be improved. Warranty issue response time should be improved. Overall home finish is good.

I would not have closed on this house until ALL items were fixed. We have been in this house now for over a month and there are still many issues left unresolved.

Irrespective of the issues, there was delay by a month, then after purchase, the builder did not keep it up. One month touch and finish, we expected that builder come and finish but instead just they dropped off the paints. I complained that the garage remote openers were not working and none of the guys have come and changed it.

We have been in the house for two months now and no one has come to fix the 15 issues we have sent to home warranty
