Selection process was great, manager was ver responsive to issues

Pulte was phenomenal end to end. From our sales person, to the job site manager, to the community manager we were very impressed. Very easy and high touch customer service. The metro association HOA isn't so great though, it was harder scheduling our move in than buying the house. I will recommend Pulte, but will tell people to be wary of which HOA is used. Guest parking is also ran by the HOA and is super strict as well, it's hard to have friends visit. One star was removed due to HOA.

I would Recommend to family and friends

Our home is beautiful and just the way we expected to look. Like anything else, when the dust settled we found things we didn’t like. That being said, they were pretty responsive with regards to repairs.

Had a great experience with purchasing my home

Everything about this experience was great, everyone was extremely helpful throughout the process. Pulte Homes really does a great job of making a family feel at home.

On time delivery. good communication. good reponse to concerns raised. But i feel like the quality can be improved . I am noticing lots of tiny tiny issues that needs to be fixed. They are very responsive.

They were nice and super helpful

Frustrating trying to get outstanding problems taken care of. Interesting that we were told by Pulte that to keep tradesmen safe they were stopping warranty problems until January 1. Today a tradesman showed up to take care of a problem that was identified before our move in October 15. He had not been notified not to keep the appt for his safety and ours.

Too many surveys. But teal happy with my new home and folks associated with my purchase and building.

Pulte home is good but there’s difference between one community to other. Some of the non standard options are giving easily in other pulte community in Indianapolis but not in HuntersRun. It’s big fight with sales team. For example customer don’t have the choice to choose bulbs type, they’ll give only soft white, will not agree to change.

The Builder was as professional as ypu can be every step of the way.

The house is, for the most part, fairly well constructed. Not all the materials are top quality but none of the construction deficiencies (e.g. really crappy drywall) are, in my view, due to the foreman. Rather, some of the trades were less than, uhh, terribly skilled or concerned about quality work. The post closing follow-up has been excellent. The pre-sale mortgage process, however, was the absolute worse. Overall, I'd give the foreman, salesman, and post-sales customer service five stars; the trades three stars (on average); and the mortgage department -7 stars (unless I can give lower).

The employees are very nice.

My first home building experience was great! I really enjoyed having options, but not too many to where I felt overwhelmed. There were some changes with construction managers early on in my build process, however the one that came in, did a fantastic job. I like that everyone was real and honest. The quality of my home is very good. Some usual things to be expected when building a new home, nothing can be completely perfect. I am extremely satisfied with me new home and would recommend to my friends and family!

We are so happy with the entire process of Pulte Home Mortgage. From the application stage all the through to the move-in, we were extremely satisfied. Everybody was super nice and helpful.

This is the first home that I have purchased; I love the model and had a blast at the design center. The fact that we somehow managed to stay on a 6-month building timeline during COVID -- especially when supply chains were halted for weeks -- was pretty incredible. I have to assume that this was largely in part because of our project manager staying on top of things throughout the process. We are very happy!

While certain aspects of the build where great, the attention to detail severely lacks. Poor finishing paint job, base board finishes, paint spots all over wood floors etc. they also provided a very subpar cleaning for move in. In addition promises are made to entice you to close (ie when you close we will finish x,y,z) - note this did not happen at all, instead never receive callbacks from builder and have to go about the warranty process.

Exceptional Project Manager (Nathan)who paid attention to details and any issues reported and ensured quality home is built.

Lloyd was very responsive in managing the build process. Very helpful and enjoyable to work with. He built trust through his knowledge and responsiveness

We have visited site almost every day and were very happy with workmanship, team coodination, construction and material quality. It's being one month plus we are staying in the new house, found some very minor issues, but warrenty dept is quickly addressing issues best way possible. Pultes are team of high quality professionals, I would highly recommend it.

build is not the greatest quality but acceptable for the price range

Sales representative and field manager were very knowledgeable, responsive and trustworthy!!! Answered ever call and question, throughout the process. Great customer service, professional, and responded promptly. I learned a lot about the process of building my home and the energy efficient qualities that Pulte homes offer. #1 in quality and service! Great job Pulte!
