The materials quality for some parts are really not worth the price, and the plumber doesn't show with his/her appointment on day.

The entire experience was as well planed out as we could have hoped for. they set a time line and and met it every step of the way. They did what they said they would d0. they made us comfortable all through the process.

The mortgage side was a horrible experience as was closing due to the mortgage side. Final Home inspections were a joke because there was a multitude of things that still needed to be done and even on the last and final inspection there were issues that had to be corrected repeatedly.

It was a good experience overall. I would like the quality of the products to be better.

Don’t ask for same documents several time by the mortgage people.

Construction manager Chad was so great to work with. Very responsive, friendly and followed through.

Not the highest quality of workmanship. Numerous places where painting was poorly done and molding not connected. Issue with flooring within two weeks of moving in.

I am very happy with Pulte's processes and the employees i worked with during my home built and delivered. They are very professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and very friendly to work with. Very happy with my decision.

Some of the sub-contractors could have done a better job. Some of the finishes were rushed and should have been better.

Overall experience was good, cosmetic problem was founded in the house.

Alex seriously rocked it as a saleswoman. she is one of the best you guys have! really helpful and professional. My wife and I enjoyed working with her.

It was a good time

Every time we visited the job site it was filthy. No one watched the contractors that were "working" at our home. Beer bottles on site, bathroom plumbing not complete in one of the bathrooms, heater not set up. Even at our walk through the house was not clean and it doesn't seem to bother our "Construction Supervisor". We are sorry we didn't buy from a different builder.

Pay attention to detail during your walk through though and take pictures and good notes!

Where do I begin? Pulte and specifically, its staff is stretched thin on local construction coordinators/managers. That, along with just very little oversight caused lack of quality control during our build process. I was basically their QC person each time I visited my home during the construction process. The homes in this neighborhood range from $600K+, but the quality of workmanship and materials is that of a house less than half that price. Pulte communicates one message prior to closing, but once you've closed, they don't communicate the same way. Furthermore, their Warranty folks appear to be inundated so its rare to get a response or any action on any items you've submitted. All in all, a below average experience for the price paid. This sentiment is shared by multiple people who live in the neighborhood. I don't plan on moving anytime soon, but when I do, I will 110% avoid buying a Pulte home or recommending a Pulte home to anyone else. ... More

If we had a wish list it would include: 1. safety grab bars in the shower 2. towel bars in the baths. This is an over 55 community. Seniors should be considered when designing the units.

This home was built on spec. There were several issues but the proj mgr and the customer service representative were VERY responsive.

Working with Robb was great and he was very helpful throughout the whole building process. He took his time to explain everything to us along the way and was very responsive to questions and concerns. We love our new home. Our experience during the sales process was not good. Jessica was great and so was the salesperson we talked to from the Avon Lake community, but Tom was incredibly rude to us. We almost did not buy a Pulte home because of Tom, but decided to look past his horrible attitude because we wanted the quality of a Pulte home in Avon. While we were deciding if we wanted to buy we had a lot of questions as this was a huge financial decision for us, and he told us we were irritating him. Great experience, always got our requests solved very soon.

Be very careful. The home overall is spacious and planned well but the lack of care to the details makes this a new home filled with fixes. Slow down and really go through the house prior to the final walk though! For example, our master shower leaks water onto the floor, the standard size fridge space was measured/built incorrectly so that it did not fit a fridge, the fuse box was labeled wrong. Those are just the highlights.

Pulte builds fairly decent homes for the price. I would recommend this builder if you are looking for a home that’s doesn’t give you wasted space in there models. Our home was in the mid to upper $300s but with almost every possible to make it look nice. At the end of the day I did not experience anything over the top when compared to other builders and we build 4 homes thus far.

The team was great.

No one is held accountable. One of the workers was smoke pot. Grant makes excuses and just tells me to cover up the faulty work. Things were not built to standard. You will be hearing from the VA construction building office within a week
