I was not satisfied with the build quality as well as poor results of how issues being handled. Not a trustworthy builder personally feel.

We have been moved in since March 23rd and have had issue after issue that has gone unresolved. Pulte hasn’t sent us any help besides a few emails. In my opinion we shouldn’t even be paying the mortgage if none of our warranty or services are not being upheld.

We are still finding nails sticking out of our stairway, one of our bathrooms is missing a piece of shower curtain pole, trash from workers always needing to get picked up, back yard isnt flat. Those are just to name a few.

Pulte is refusing to address poor insulation in the home that is resulting in excessive heat in the loft and extreme noise from the road behind my home even though I was required to pay for upgraded windows and insulation. They also refused to address high radon levels in my home which is a known problem in the entire development.

I was very unsatisfied with my salesman Carl , he backed on every promise he made , very unprofessional

For the price paid our expectations were higher. We are unfortunately frustrated and surprised by the lack of responsiveness to multiple concerns we had and have now. Hoping for some resolution sooner than later.

I need things repaired. My shower door is literally, falling off and is cracked. It’s been two months and no one has even scheduled. There are other issues too but this is an emergency and the builder doesn’t seem to care.

After closing the house .. Pulte Doesnt respond to there customers and lot of negligence

Pulte builds a fine house. However, their warranty folks and mortgage company make owning the house such a pain.

Overall the experience was not as good as it should have been. It was very hard to get responses from the customer service representatives for the neighborhood and they were not ready for us to move in come the closing date. Throughout the build, we would get a weekly or bi-weekly update via phone to discuss progress but were never provided pictures when we weren't even in the same state for much time during the building process. The overall attention to detail was not great when it was time for us to move in. Even though we had asked for things to be fixed during our final inspection a week before closing, which also wasn't even close to being ready for inspection (they were still painting, fixing problems, and cleaning when we showed up), not everything was fixed properly. Instead of pushing out the closing date and needing to reschedule the moving company and all of the plans that were set in stone for months because we thought 6 months was enough time to do everything properly, we decided to get in the house and fix things ourselves. You would think contractors who build multiple homes at the same time non-stop would see there mistakes and do a almost perfect job every time but that is not even close to the truth. It is disappointing to find new problems or details after spending so much money on what is supposed to be a brand new home. Construction and field team were great, low ratings were purely the result of sales team member we dealt with.

We moved in at the end of March...several items need fixed and we can hear in our kitchen everytime someone flushes the toilet upstairs..No insulation.. in walls...Kitchen cabinets doors are uneven...and I have big hole in my back yard and they keep putting dirt down for people who house was built after mine..Feel like since closing I don't matter.

Jodi at the sales center knowledge of layout and options were lacking severely. Blaine the project manager was great and extremely easy to work with. Happy with the house just realizing lack of attention to detail in finished project.

Walk through on March 11, close on March 16, none of the items identified have been fixed as of May 26.

Read the reviews on this site very carefully. The mortgage process was a teeth grinding nightmare; however, the loan consultant was the saving grace. Mortgage processor asked for information piecemeal and how many times do you need to check with an underwriter for someone who is close to a credit score of 800? Title insurance was wonderful. The pre-drywall walk through was well done with considerable knowledge and helpful detail shared. While there is no doubt the structure is well built, some interior finishes are low quality, overpriced and contractor final work is sloppy. If there are quality checks on interior contractor work it’s not done to the highest regard as the house structure itself. There was ceiling paint on hardwood floors and the marble fireplace that I needed to remove. Kitchen cabinet uppers have chips where handles have been screwed in, dents and one has a screw end visible beneath where the molding was attached. The water from the fridge and kitchen faucet tastes terrible and has a plastic odor. After repeated follow up on the issues, one to the customer care manager (no reply) and a colleague (3 follow ups), I’m advised the water is piped the same as every home out here and it’s definitely safe. Hmmm..so why does it smell and taste so bad. The rest of the items need to wait 11 months. These are basic things that the builder should own and rectify without delay. Sadly, very disappointed. ... We had a difficult issue with Pulte, as they reneged on their own contract, causing closing delays. Do not buy from them without using your OWN lender and title company!!!

The sales process was smooth. The quality of the finishing, (trim work, tile installation, painting) was low in my opinion. The superintendent for my build came across as helpful but his follow through has been poor as far as making sure the finishing issues are resolved. Unfortunately some of the repair work has resulted in more damage/poor workmanship than before the repair. The house closing was moved up 3 weeks from its original date and the quality of the final product seems to have be sacrificed to make this happen.

I bought a $1.2m home and had a field construction supervisor INTENTIONALLY damage my home and property, I have photo evidence and no one seemed to care. You think that is hyperbole but it's not.

Within a month of living in the home we have had multiple issues with electric work, plumbing, garage door, seals for faucets and floors, nails sticking out in the carpets. I believe we’ve had 4 different electricians that have had to come fix things and 2 different plumbers for multiple issues. I would highly suggest anyone who is purchasing get their own third party inspector to make sure work is done correctly. Warranty manager has been quick with scheduling people to get issues fixed but there shouldn’t have been so many issues to begin with

So many issues with pretty much everything, flooring, paint, boot bench, electric problems, missing hardware in bathrooms etc.. The Project manager was doing his best and was Extremely helpful. Nonetheless, this house, the way it is build is not worse what we paid for it. It’s a shame

They tell you things have been ordered, but they haven’t. They insist that work was done because they believe the contractors over the homeowners—the ones who see the problems every day and know nothing has been done.

We chose the best in line kitchen to get better look. The sample showed to us was very different than the actual material installed. They seem ugly to us and we are very unhappy. We raised the concern to sales office and they said team will not be able to help us. Sales office should have the true representation of sample that is planned to be installed. Kitchen is most important to us and we really need Pulte's help to resolve issue

Horrific finishes and poor communication. Was told to trust the process and left with the job incomplete.

I am been having a couple of issues and had to contact multiples times and will be already two month and not been fixed.

Pulte needs to slow way down on the build process. While we have found Pulte responsive to fixing things, it seems we are always discovering things that aren't right. It definitely does not make us feel like our investment matters when we see so many cut corners and inconsistencies.
