My experience was joy what I hope from such a well known company. The sells agent or builders consistently didn’t follow through on promises. There was a lack of communication on closing and receiving final paperwork after closing. I was constantly calling to remind staff of things they said they would do or provide to me.

Not satisfactory experience, congested townhomes

Overall not satisfactory experience due to followings surprises: 1. Congested townhomes. 2. Not enough guest parkings available. 3. Garage driveway is the smallest one can imagine, you cannot even park a single car on it. 4. Roads are not wider enough to do parallel parking. 5. You can hear music sound from neighbor house. 6. Many houses doesn't have the garbage pickup from the front / back side of the house.

Moved to pine vista to downsize from a larger family house. We have been very pleased with the entire buying and building process. Even with the COVID delay, the house was done right on the revised timeline. So far we are very pleased with the quality and workmanship, we had 1 minor issue after move-in but us was corrected very quickly.

Finance process was convoluted and not transparent. Closing postponed multiple times. Construction is still not done.

Very pleased with our new Town Home at Longleaf and overall experience. The mtg. team did a great job of communicating and making it a pleasant process. Our home is well constructed and the finishes are great. Kris has been great in helping get us oriented. He's very responsive and always helpful.

Every single trade of my home had to be redone in the build. If there was a half or corner to cut Pulte did it. ZERO Ability in providing the customer what you buy.

I would not recommend building with Pulte to anyone. The sales process was bait and switch. They tell you one price and up it for things like lights which a normal builder would include a flush mount light in a quarter million dollar price tag. They give the cheapest items possible, the price point and marketing claims your getting superior luxury, it’s a lie. The corporate office will not back their product, they don’t communicate. They allow construction teams to give terrible customer experience, bad builds. Almost every trade on my home had to be ripped out and redone 2-3 times. If it ...

We could not be happier with our overall result. We are thrilled everyday to be here. Our experience with the sales team, management and construction manager was great. Our almost 5 star rating was do to a very bumpy ride with the mortgage team. We did not receive our mortgage approval until the night before our actual closing, which was 8 months after our purchase contract signing.

From start to finish alot of errors where made. Talked to other owners in area and it seem the options offered to some owners wher not offered to others. There is not a paint and lighting options

We built a Pulte home during the height of the pandemic without ever seeing it in person. At the time, travel to the other state was prohibited. The sales team and our protect manager did a great job of keeping us informed by sending frequent photos and videos to update us on the progress. We made a few changes along the way and they were very accommodating. Thank you to Pulte team - we love the house!

I am living in this home for almost 2 months. I love the home and Pulte built the way it was promised. I have only one comment to make. The walls of home are not insulated enough one can hear what's going on in that room. Example: when someone use the bathroom in the 2nd floor, other can clearly hear from the 1st floor. I am not sure how I can fix that now? I would Pulte seriously take this matter and fix it in future homes

Our Pulte was well built from the foundation to the roof. Disappointed in the quality of the lawn that was installed. Too many weeds in the lawn from day one. They have added some top soil due the uneveness of the lawn. I'm working tosolve the crab grass problem but feel Pulte should provide a better quality of grass.
