This experience was one of the most stressful events I’ve ever gone through. Not knowing when the house would be competed, not knowing what kind of lease to sign for a temporary rental, and not to mention the enormous loss of money we had to pay for a month to month rental.

The quality of the work is excellent. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, targets on completions became an issue and supply delays constantly disrupted time lines. Communication regarding this issue is key and Pulte lived up to it and set very reasonable expectations.

Midgets issue

Ponds were not planned correctly. The water is stagnant and we are not able to enjoy the view for which we paid additional money . There are midgets everywhere and I am not able to step outside because of this. Stagnant water can cause more issues long term.

Quality is deteriorating than earlier deliveries. I moved from 14 yr old Pulte home to new home built by Pulte and next day onwards started having water leaks, A/C faults, un-wired utilities, site grading issue and the list goes on. Should never get into agreement that has a potential to close at Quarter end - they rush and deliver sub-standard homes.

Everything when it came to the sales process at the beginning was great. And then as we reached closer to closing, we got paired with Pulte’s preferred lender Guild Mortgage. The experience with them was shady and the loan officer David was unresponsive and was trying to wait until last second to provide us information so it would be too late for us to switch. At that point, I had mentioned multiple times to Pulte that the service there was subpar and Pulte didn’t do anything about it. The salesperson was unresponsive towards the end. Worst Sales Office in Illinois

The sales office at Bronk Farm oversells and under delivers. Make sure you check every detail. A large number of the community are dealing with sticker shock, HOA changes for minor upgrades like lighting and fences, and other small issues that compound. I highly recommend you have a lawyer review everything from Pulte, negotiate, and double check. Last of all do not buy anything from Tom or Noah. You will regret it. Ask for any other sales agent and if you are transferred to these individuals refuse them as sales managers.

The Brand New Build Home Buying Experience is not what used to be. Just not feeling the quality of the build, and customer service experience. Just want to rush you to get he keys and you are on your own kind of feeling. Our streets have so much construction going on and construction vehicles parked everywhere, it is dangerous to drive through the streets just to get home. If you really care about our options, I would love to sit down one on one with your top management to share my comments and options.

Great Sales Associate

The moment we walked in Erik was great. Erik treated us like people and not a number. He was not pushy at at all and did not try to sell us anything. Erik merely answered our questions and gave us further information. Erik was there every step up of the despite him. Ring moved to another location. The overall experience was not as great as Erik was. The mortgage process was a nightmare and after the close of the home, Pulte made us feel as though we were in this alone.

Disappointing experience. We were promised a home in Aug but got our home in October. Sales rep we dealt with was bad at communication. We felt rushed and we did not get what was promised.

Very happy with our home. Not happy with our construction supervisor or the selling agent for Pulte.

We purchased a model home. The selling agent was very friendly at first until problems were discovered. There was cracked tile in the bathroom that was hidden from us by placement of furniture in the bathroom. We were aware of drywall issue in dining room ceiling needing to be repaired. We were not told at that time that it had been caused by a leak in the ceiling. Rating: 3 Star The home design and build quality met expectations, but our biggest frustration was with the Pulte Mortgage and Title team (2 stars) for poor communication, delays, and lack of experience. These issues caused unnecessary stress and overshadowed the positives. While the house itself is fine, the process was far from smooth. Based on our experience, we would not purchase another Pulte home or recommend them to others.

Prioritize Next Dollar Over Completing Projects

Finished the house itself just fine but have prioritized finishing the sod for houses that don’t have anyone living in them before ours that has been done for over two months. Feels like they don’t care about you after you signed for the house even though they haven’t fulfilled the commitment.

High hopes initially with continued letdowns

Working with the Pulte agent Susan was great. She was responsive and attentive. Working with Pulte mortgage was an unimitigated disaster. They were terrible. I can't recommend working with them EVER. The experience with Pulte has been problematic from well before we closed on our home. Communication during the completion of the build was poor and we rarely received status updates in a timely fashion. We were shocked at how unprepared the home was at the pre-closing orientation walkthrough with the construction manager. Bad experience with pulte mortgage and final walk through before closing

The guy Jinathan Roman who was giving a final walk thru was extremely annoying. He was constantly talking and not allowing us to really inspect the home during the walk through. He must be doing it knowingly so that issues get overlooked. The loan process thru pulte mortgage was painful, very poor communication.

Although the interior of home build was discussed and reviewed, the exterior of the home was not even an afterthought. We were expecting to have a front porch but our model does not have one. coming from HI we must say the quality of the workmanship of the new build developer that we purchased from is so bad. Workers up here do not take pride in their work. We are paying good money for our home and yet things like crooked racks, cabinets not straight, slashed door seals, pin hole in ceiling is just a few things that was wrong in our home.

Builder was looking for ways things were not his problem from the first day we were introduced. Before we moved in and later in the first day after move in.

Brett had a series of emergencies during our experience with him. It was a tough time to get any help from him during this time of his many personal struggles. We should have been assigned to another person when the builder noticed the escrow continued to be pushed back. Finally assigned someone the last day of closing. Home flooded on day 2 from quick Crete that had to be sawed out of the main drainage line to the washer. Construction manager kept saying it was not his problem till outside plumber told him what happened. Between construction manager and Brett it was a hard time ...

Thought Pulte was a better builder. My opinion…. Texture walls are terrible…. No linen closet in my model…..only the most expensive package comes with a cabinet over the refrigerator….,landscaping is atrocious.

Overall, OK, experience but could have been more better. Felt like we were not engaged well throughout the process. Felt very bad that we didn't even get any photo or gestures on closing. Not sure if everyone had similar experience but few home owners I,noticed had good reception and key handover pictures. Slightly disappointed having missed that.

Should not sign to get keys before they clean the garbage behind my wall .
