Our Pulte home here in Berkshire Forest was completed on time by a team of professionals that really listened to our needs. From the day we walked in the sales’ office to construction to closing and to our final move a month ago, every step went smoothly. Questions and minor issues were addressed quickly. Moving from out of state during a pandemic was extremely stressful, but the entire Pulte team eased our worries, had a sense of humor, and treated us like family. We have owned many older homes in our lives but this home is our first new home. All of the people that we have worked with have been very helpful and the few problems ( and I mean very few ) that we have had they have taken care of quickly. We will recommend Pulte to anyone looking to buy a home.

Never again should you let your house close before the builder has completed each and everything without anything pending. Even something as little as putting a nail in the wall. Because once your home is closed, forget about getting those items done. The project manager will not respond to any emails or calls. My yard was graded and seeded with lawn but had significant amount of concrete rocks and stones. In fact there were more rocks then mud. I have had nothing but issues since the day I moved into this house. For the amount of money I paid, I should not be experiencing so many electrical issues. Not impressed at all.

House was built in a timely manner. The quality of workmanship of the trades they hire is Very Sub Par. Work is very poor quality and the Pulte Warranty Group's answer is what do you want me to because these are they workers we have and this is the quality of work they do. Pulte needs to set expectations that their trades do not provide quality work to let the home buyer know what to expect in the end so that the home buyer will know that they need to spend tens of thousands of additional dollars to make there home meet the expectations you would expect when getting a brand new home. Major repair that needed done (I caught it) after closing. Extremely frustrating and stressful to deal with after moving in. Was not fixed correctly the first time and I've been dealing with it ever since. Multiple promises to fix several items right after closing have not been done months later. Warranty submissions go unresponded to for months (in talking with some neighbors, it's taken more than a year for some fixes). Sales and mortgage service were great. Construction process follow up also at a high level. Unfortunately, the workmanship quality isn’t just there. Very poor care for final touches such as painting and cleaning. Their MO is to let you tell them during your final walk through what is not to your satisfaction and then they will fix. Very disappointing, I don’t recommend Pulte at all.

Recommend to ask lots of questions when building new. To participate in the building process as much as possible. We were out of state and were not able to fully participate or visit. Pulte has a great on -site manager at Primus, who is very professional & responsive to our questions after we have moved in, as well as setting up vendor returns for any needed corrections timely.
