Original sales experience was misleading on some items. Mike, our construction manager, is absolutely fantastic. He is extremely detail oriented and ensures work is done exceptionally. Communication is not at all fantastic. There should be someone responsible for communicating better with the community and homeowners. Mike is in the field all day and many questions are outside his scope of work (common areas, etc.).

We love our new home. There are a lot of thoughtful features and we appreciate the focus on energy efficiency. It's very, very close to perfect. The purchase and selection process was pretty smooth and streamlined. They did a pretty good job of keeping us updated on progress. Our field manager seems pretty conscientious and I have pretty good confidence that things I can't see are done properly. That said, there were a few breakdowns in communication, but eventually, everything turned out the way we wanted. Now, I'm a perfectionist and I tend to notice where it's not perfect. There were a few things that were immediate concerns and Pulte resolved them right away. Six weeks later, we're still missing a few items, so I've submitted requests to have them installed - generally they're pretty responsive. I think COVID-19 has delayed things a bit. There are some features that seem scratched or dirty when I would expect them to be new - they'll be scratched or dirty after a few weeks anyway. Overall, I would buy from Pulte again. While watching the building experience was enjoyable the continual issues we continue to have has not been. There has been a lot of pointing the finger when is comes to the repairs that need to be done. Most of which were addressed prior to closing. We have major drainage issues and I’ve reported this numerous times along with pictures and nothing has been resolved. Actually I’m getting ready to email Joy again. Not satisfied!

Pulte Exceeded expectations at all levels of the home building process. We are very happy with the finished home. Very elegant!

The home plan, site and space is awesome. We have had several kinks. While all responded too, I’d say it’s because too many contractors are involved.

Main issues with our home is details mainly but not limited to painting. These issues were brought up prior to closing, closing was July 14, and it is August 31st and the issues are still not resolved. Our side yard is still wet every day and that leak is still there and we can not get help to resolve this issue.

The materials were fine in terms of value for money, but the workmanship was not. There are visible sheetrock joints and bumps in some places on the walls. There is a rather steep gradient in the flooring, which may be by design, but there are minor yet noticeable ups and downs in the flooring as you walk on it. Similar minor workmanship issues throughout the house. The way the contract was drafted, it was punishing for the buyers in terms of timelines and penalties, so read it carefully.

Buying a Pulte home was a great experience on all levels, starting from the sell representative, the model homes and so on, We're not from Florida, some of the transactions had to be done from a distance and everyone on the Pulte team made it easy for us to feel reassured about the whole process! We are very pleased and are looking forward to stepping into our new home, hopefully this will happen soon, depending on the Canadian/US boarder rules.

The Pulte sales staff was excellent. Randy and Linh are wonderful and knowledgeable people and were a pleasure to work with. Randy was always able to answer my questions during the sales process and waiting to go to closing. If Randy didn't know the answer he would very quickly get back to me with the information. He always gave great advice. Now that I am living in The Atrium I'm impressed with the overall quality of my unit, especially the finish carpentry, tile work and painting. The appliances are top of the line. The keyless entry and the smart thermostat in conjunction with their apps make thing so much better. The project manager Jeff who I initially worked with during move-in was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and quickly got things taken care of and was a pleasure to talk with. Unfortunately, getting the few things that need warranty repair or assistance is a slow, frustrating and tedious process. Further, there is a total lack of communication since moving into The Atrium. There are no emails or newsletters to all owners announcing when amenities will be completed and open. Thus we are left to get pieces of information from other owners. I recognize that this is a new development and expected to experience some problems but the lack of communication should have been anticipated before opening the buildings and systems should have already been set up to provide better communication. ... Beautiful thoughtfully desinged homes and the rliability of a trusted builder which I trust will respond to any issues if they were to arise. Would definitely encourage anyone looking for a new home to buy a Pulte home.

Dale and Chris were both responsive to our requests. The mortgage company and Title company were both very good. Drywall contractor in particular was not up to snuff. After move in the warranty call center process left much to be desired. Concrete contractor got concrete splatters on the Allura siding. Getting that corrected has been a lot of hoop jumping. Down spout underground drain pipe are too small and on heavy rains the downspout shoots water like old faithful. Spreading mulch everywhere.... In process of repair.

Flexible selections for your upgrades.

Need to be more flexible in non structural alterations i.e. cabinet lay out and basement flooring options.

We still have issues reaching out to the people that were supposed to complete The work at our home we were promised a prompt response to resolve this issues such As the a/c Not reaching master bedroom, garage door interior not completed, exterior wall stucco has a whole that may allow critters to enter the structure, there was a door delivered right before closing that was not painted completely, etc... it is unfortunate to have to leave such a bad review to a very prestigious company we feel deceived and tricked as one of the project managers assured us that this issues would be resolved promptly and that we could reach out at anytime should any issues emerged we hope to hear from them soon as we have been very patient . ... We have been living in our new house since last 6-7 weeks. The home is well built and looks very nice. Below are few of our observations - 1. Nice floor plans, adequate kitchen and family room sizes. 2. AC vents are appropriate and provide nice cooling in all the rooms - the AC makes a lot of sound though, sometimes I find it irritating. 3. Internet range extender provided at one place inside the house and internet connection at two places - good enough for the house and garage. The only drawback is there is no power supply at the range extender place in the ceiling. What is the use if there is no power supply we cannot put a range extender there. 4. Garage width is very narrow. If someone above average person drives in the car in the garage - very difficult for him to get out. Also I scratched my car on the garage door since the width is too small. 5. The distance between two buildings is not much, its manageable however they did not create a proper walkway between the buildings. If someone comes from back side we do not want to take them to the front side using that walk way - technically there is no walkway built like that. 6. The master bed room have a bathroom attached but its kind of open so we fixed a door there on our own. Irrespective of these issues - we do love our house. Please don’t buy pulte homes, one of the worst company when it comes to quality.

the sales rep. graham and construction manager john are great people to work with. any minor problems where dealt with in a timely manner. we are very happy we chose Pulte Homes as our builder. would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

Noise between units and no driveway are th only negatives.

We love our new home and are very excited to be living here. There were some minor issues and some details of the home that we're not exactly how we envisioned but for the most part we are very satisfied.

Due to the pandemic we were unable to visit our home from out of state during construction. Pulte provided us with weekly updates, pictures and videos of the construction. The sales office and project management team was phenomenal in keeping us up to date and construction on schedule. When we arrived at our home for the first time it was exceptionally clean and we have found very few items (small) that need to be addressed. Pulte has totally exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend them as a a builder.

My house was built on schedule as planned. Pulte vendors deliver quality results , attention to details, can see the Pride in their work.
