The poor quality of workmanship. I have lived here for 3 weeks and can’t get my mail because they changed my address and is wasn’t registered with the post office. All my packages get sent back undeliverable. We are upset with how much is wrong.

Make sure you look at everything the contractors do because the workmanship is poor. Our house is beautiful but so much needs fixed. Make sure you are getting the things you paid for.

Sales team is worst team you can get . Even build manager was rude. Pulte mortgage team was also worst. Had terrible experience. Best part was after build manager left they assign new build manager (Mark) and he was best and did help great in everything towards closing.

Had a bad experience with being closed before YE, to benefit Pultes books, but not our first home buying experience. The actual closing and mortgage process with Pulte was great! But moving day, the house was filthy, mismatched matte/gloss spots throughout interior, and the list of things that were to be completed hadn’t even been touched. It’s now been almost 2 months and 3/50 things on the list have been completed, but poorly so they need to be redone (e.g., wrong paint and missed spots again, scratched pocket door during install, etc.). Just moved into my new house a month ago. Pulte was VERY motivated to get my house done for their quarterly numbers. They moved heaven and earth to get my house done be Dec 30th. The past few weeks though have been hard to get ahold of my contractor, issues are still outstanding, and I sometimes get a timely callback. It’s like once you sign they don’t really care too much. Walls are crooked that have to be fixed. Doors don’t align. Wind can be heard inside the house by the vent flaps. The outside of my house has stucco issues that aren’t fixed. On site agent and builder were excellent; however Pulte, the Company, focused only on their profits, ignoring the impact their actions had on buyers. Pulte demanded some closings take place much earlier than anticipated which cause considerable inconvenience, stress and costs for these buyers. This rush by Pulte to close homes before the end of 2021resulted in incomplete and shoddy workmanship. Design center also made mistakes w/ buyers' selections. Customer service department and local builder make sincere efforts to resolve these issues which should not have occurred in the first place.

Cutting Corners Left and Right

Quality of the end product is terrible. When you provide feedback you get yelled at and ignored most of the time as if you have no say. Very poor customer service. Field manager acts as if he is doing you a favor when you approach him with an issue. The contractors make many mistakes and skip important steps in all aspects of the building, if you are not versed in construction you will miss serious issues they create. Very sad!

There was work finished after closing and the house was left in a mess. Paint spilled on the floor in pantry was the biggest issue. Then I went to cook and my stove shuts the breaker off every time I preheat it. (It also happens if I plug my toaster oven into that side of the kitchen so it’s not the stove. The electrician finally came after a month of complaints and missing the first appointment. He insists it was the stove and told me to call whirlpool (who told me they’d call back, which hasn’t happened yet). And the electrician replaced the breaker just in case. Pros: Overall layout and style is nice, good selection of upgrades Cons: Pandemic delays (our house took 16 months from initial deposit), low-quality subcontractors (lack of attention to detail, fit and finish), lack of quality control (we had to be the ones to catch quality issues at closing, resulting in many fixes after "close" and additional months-long delays), lack of communication and coordination across Pulte construction, mortgage, etc (we did a lot of work chasing down closing details) Overall: We're happy in our new home, but worry about what corners were cut that we didn't catch

I haven’t reported issues, yet. I am on the first floor with what I was told single hung windows and I am freezing. Blinds and shades didn’t help much. I don’t understand vents in the ceiling when everyone knows heat rises. I wish with all my heart I could write you a great review.

This is our dream home, however there were many issues with house. It took over 2 months for our house to start construction and when it started it went down. First they laid the wrong foundation. We were supposed to get a raised slab and we didn’t. When we questioned it, it took some time to figure it out. So while that was happening our wood for framing sat in the rain and got mold on it. The outside patio/deck slope/gradient does not allow rainwater to flow out, this causes stagnant water on the patio, which could produce mold. The front concrete/cement is breaking. If you have questions about the building of your home this is not the builder for you. There doesn't seem to be any upper management and no escalation process when there is an issue. Everyone goes silent. The finish work is poor.

Ovan was not working from 27 Nov 2021. It was replaced on 28 Dec 21. Paint was wrong whole house. Hot water we are getting milky as of today. Replace hot water but still getting milky water

First day moving into a new home we found out HVAC system was turned off due to bad circuit breaker and this is during peak winter. Also found door bell does not work. This is bad I did not expect this from Pulte builders. I dont know what else I will find out more in the future. I think quality of materials worsened.

This was not our first experience with new construction which is why we do appreciate that our home was well built. But the demeaning manner in which Pulte treats its customers is appalling. They can delay, delay, delay and lie about the reasons but fine you $500 a day if you can't make the closing date they finally are willing to show up to. Post-sale, the responsiveness to repair issues has been inconsistent. Problems that they have addressed were properly resolved. But there is little communication on open items

From start to finish we encountered numerous problems. Most being the lack in quality of workmanship. It’s a shame a home owner has to point out problems multiple times and almost harass the company to get anything done. Then when it is done, it still isn’t done properly and we have to once again make a point to show their imperfections. As I understand we are still living through a pandemic and will continue to be for a while now, the excuses we’re getting old and frustrating.
