The building process was so stressful that I felt overlooked. I received no replies to my emails and had to follow up on every detail. Even after moving in, I'm still waiting for a response to the issues I've raised. The quality of the build is poor, and I've encountered nothing but lies. Pulte only seemed interested until the contract was signed. They're not a responsible builder. I cannot and will not recommend Pulte to anyone.

My experience has not been pleasant at all due to faulty plumbing in the wall of my master bathroom which created mold growth after leaking for an estimated 30 days before noticing. Excessive mold growth in linen closet resulted in drywall removal, tile removal, shower floor and tiles removed and mold remediation with plastic barriers to bathroom and master bedroom/closet and loud equipment in place for many days before a second mold test came back clean. This bad experience started with a bidding war on lots. Then the high prices for features, then not disclosing that home wouldn’t be ready at our forced, rushed closing date. They stated that our landscaping and driveway wasn’t done due to their bust schedule even though other homes not even sold had theirs completed before winter hit. Then their mortgage people’s refusal to us for withholding funds since the home wasn’t completed at closing and Bradyn, the manager, had no estimate when it would be completed since they had 30 more homes to work on. Poor quality with pulte

My experience is not satisfactory with pulte, regretting now that i should gone with other builder. Very poor quality house ,didn’t do house quality check properly before closing, made me to hurry in closing rather than concentrating on fixing issues in home . Pulte should concentrate on their quality of building to give trust and confidence to customers rather than concentrating in making goals in number of homes closed in an year.

Immense Disappointment

Workmanship is poor, at best. Windows were different measurements resulting in blinds not fitting, Finish work from flooring to sanding and painting is substandard for new home expectations. Loan consultant would not return my calls AND emails. It had been a terrible experience and wish there was a lemon law for new home purchases. The home will be on the market as soon as the rest of the developers is closer to completion. Buyer beware.

Zero stars. 1) My wife's foot was injured due to Pulte's poor workmanship and intentional neglect of a known safety hazard. They still deny it now. 2) They laid down straw and seed despite knowing that temperatures would drop below 32F, completely ignoring common sense. 3) There is water leakage and a strange cracking sound behind the wall, which Pulte insists is normal. 4) I have tons of other issues I could go on and on about.

We bought a million dollar home and the quality of material used is very sub standard and thats not what is expected. There are issues which were reported during walk through and have not been resolved even after one month of moving in. Lastly, the experience we had was very bad in comparison to other builder we have bought before.

We had the worst experience buying this house and this is our 3rd new construction home. 11 months to build a home.. We were not given regular updates on the construction process and the exact reason for the 3 month delay due to not having water and power to the community. Nobody could tell me the reason for the delay- just that they were waiting on Edison.. They gave us a closing date, we signed loan docs and they old us to change the utilities into our name then 4 days before closing said they were still waiting for Edison. I would highly recommend not to buy with Pulte homes They use cheap quality materials and worst behavioral construction team. Once you close the home then you will be screwed up. Don’t trust sales and construction team words at any stage until you satisfy DON’T close the home.

Pulte has 10 yr old same designs. You will not have contact from any management outside of sales person and property manager. Bad documentation Bad design studio that not accessible as per customer needs. Explanation of packages is horrible. Pulte expects Customers need to come prepared from a horrible design doc and select options in 2 hrs. One good thing is their team on ground is helpful. Their contractors don't follow a standards Pulte mortgage and Pulte insurance is another horrible company that doesn't care about customer experience and value business.

Going into the purchase of my new home I was excited and enthusiastic. Pulte had such a good reputation, however, that soon changed! They did NOT live up to their reputation in any area! No one paid any attention to the workmanship the sub contractors were doing resulting in sloppy, shoddy workmanship. While I like the home overall, the quality that Pulte keeps telling you about does not exist. Over 30 days post close and our punch list still has not been addressed. The end product is not satisfactory and we still have multiple issues with the home. The bandaids are already falling off. The cabinets are cheap. The only upgrades I would recommend are foundational with extended rooms otherwise I would recommend minimal upgrades and do it yourself post close. 1) The quality of the work is really worst The garage floor is full of cracks while handing over The back yard is having only uneven stones which renders the backyard to unusable until we spend more money on it. The counter top was provided without polishing The quality of the carpet work was worst and there are of places where the carpet is not even covered over the concrete floor There are cracks on the floor in front of the garage and the construction manager is simply ignoring them when raised to fix it.

Very Poor Quality. They don't take ownership, and there is no quality check. They just want to close the house ASAP. Once you close the house, they will just make some lame excuse in the name of "We are not a custom builder; we are a Production builder." We had high hopes. Workmanship is subpar Paid extra insulation in walls and roof which was not completed. Construction manager stated he thought we would not find out. Irrigation flooding front yard. Back wall falling down. It feels like we are living in a remodel in a brand new home. Pulte mortagage unresponsive and fees are astronomical. Pulte design center is the worst. They don’t know what included or what extra options. The price for options is ridiculous. We are heartbroken with experience, we had high hopes.

I raised a ticket with customer service for uneven surface in by backyard and the drain holes are too deep inside.
