House still have very high humidity because of poor paint, and constructions. Very low quality sprinkler heads. Stones that they installed is not up to the expectations. Granite's are not sealed at all. Light switches in wrong places in the room. cheap plants for this luxury neighborhood homes, poor land grading, never cleaned the yard after roof installs and having lots of nails in the yard, crown molding joints are visible. Low end HVAC units and the A/C failed within a week. Very bad experience with closing. The management don't want to work with us during the Covid19 issue. Warranty team ...

We are finding our new home heartwarming and welcoming. We lost our last home in a fire but desperately wanted to return to our community, our neighborhood, where we had spent the last 25 years raising our 2 beautiful girls. It is with that craving of "coming home" that we have spent the past year building our new future home. We love every aspect of it. The process of buying and building the home was very easy. The building supervisors kept me informed on the progress of my home during construction. All minor repairs were noted and repaired when we did the walk through.

I wanted to say that everything was great that we bought an amazing home, but its been almost 2 months since we closed and we still have issues that have not been fixed. We bought a spec home and started the process in April. After a couple walk throughs we were supposed to have issues fixed. Many of them are still pending going into July. The sales agent didn't know how to communicate, often times never responding to questions. We had the foreman who was getting things done for us on punchlist items, only to get laid off leaving us waiting with someone else who is slow and unresponsive ...

In the beginning they were attentive to ant little problems but since moving in they tend to ignore you and things do not get done. To rate them as excellent would not be telling the truth.

We still haven't had our 30 day walk through where we do have areas of concern. There will always be doubt due to how the buying and follow up processes have been executed. This probably will fall on death ears.

Kitchen cabinet for the waterfall island was misplaced. When i asked why, i was told that's the way the vendor made it..which didn't make sense. A week after moving in, i noticed the island wasn't done properly. I reached out to the field manager. Was told that's the way they did it. This wasn't true as that wasn't the case for another home i saw. Till date the issue has not be fixed. I gave a 3 star overall cos other aspect of the home was average.

There were lack of details in finish. When we did our final inspection on our closing day, we found several issues such as dirty floor, stained kitchen faucet, missing pendant lights, missing cabinet piece in kitchen island, not levelled cabinet door, visible nail marks on molding, construction debris on roof, and etc. Although the majority of these were addressed, we are still waiting for our pendant lights and new kitchen faucet after two months. In addition, our driveway and walkway were poured more than 7 weeks after moving in. Our yards still not graded, so we might not be able to put ...

The Central Point community appears very nice, but the interiors of the homes are not as attractive as they should be due to a lack of high quality workmanship. Additionally, my home buying experience with Pulte Homes was very disappointing. My celebration walkthrough was performed while my home was incomplete and while there were serious paint issues everywhere. I also required multiple independent home inspections before being able to feel comfortable with my purchase, and I did not appreciate being rushed to sign on my home before a passing inspection was obtained. Double and triple check every detail during your walkthrus especially concerning electiical work. You may be told prior to purchase that your townhouse will look exactly like the models. It won't. Models have pavers and wrought iron railings. The entrance walkways to townhouses have concrete walkways and very few have wrought iron railings

The quality of work is extremely poor, the finishingwork such as the trim, paint is very disappointing for being a pulte home. In Charlotte NC, Pulte had a reputation for Excellence but i havnt found it hear in the Johns island Arbor community which i bought in. I spent over $500,00 buying and adding items to my home. Im still waiting on my punch list to be completed and I closed on march 13th 2020, I understand about the corona19 ut had no contact after being g told it would be taken care of.
