I have had couple of issues before closing which were promised to be fixed within first week after closing but they still have not been fixed yet. Not happy with after purchase response from Pulte.

The Sales Representative and the Building Supervisor were excellent. Both worked to build our house in the manner we wanted. But, they were constrained by what they were allowed to do. These are not semi-custom houses, but are builder houses that have some options. Even when not doing something that was on the plan would have saved time and money. It still could not be done. If we picked an option to add something there was always a charge, but when we opted to leave out something there was never any credit. The Field Manager Rodney Dimapiles did a fantastic job on the house, overall we like it a lot. However, the house still has some small issues and still waiting for someone to come over to repair. The tesla solar system didn't install well. After a long waiting period for the city inspection, they find out the system has issues and have to fix the issue and run over again the same process. Not sure how long this will take but it's a little bit disappointing because we already wait for over 3month but still can't tell when we will able to use the solar system. Multiple issues already in first 6 weeks, including plumbing, electrical, garage door, exterior. Poor quality with painting, molding and carpet. Carpet is terrible. Our kids get scratched from tack strips sticking out.

Working with Pulte was generally very easy. We LOVE our new home. There were just a couple of issues during the build. They were weirdly unwilling to tell us where things like light switches and electrical outlets were going to be located. These are standard floorplans (but don't call them cookie-cutter, that really offends them...) so there has to be a standard electrical diagram, but they refused to let us see it, much less have a copy. Shop around before deciding to buy with Pulte. This will give you a better understanding of Value for your money. Take advantage of periodic meetings with the Field Manager such as the pre-drywall walk through so you have an idea of what goes into your home

Would probably not buy with Pulte again. House was rushed to meet their deadline. Warranty having to repair things that were already repaired prior to close. Very unhappy about this.

I’ll be glad to speak with the Pulte’s Vice President. My house has tons of cosmetic issues and warranty is not doing what they supposed to do. I have all the pictures that prove that our house doesn’t meet the requirements of quality that Pulte sells or offers to their clients. If Pulte considers itself a trust builder, I’ll be more than happy to talk directly to the Vice President. I don’t want to deal with the Salesperson or warranty guys anymore. Pulte is refusing to address poor insulation in the home that is resulting in excessive heat in the loft and extreme noise from the road behind my home even though I was required to pay for upgraded windows and insulation. They also refused to address high radon levels in my home which is a known problem in the entire development.
