Don triste them to take care of the issues after closing!!!!!!

The prop was was good in overall but don’t. Triste them if they say that they’re going to take care of any situation that it’s not good and they take you till the signing day, after that they will leave you with the issue and never answer or take care!!!! We have a big issue with our Ac unit, they promised to take care after the signing day, we was making following to the situation since 3 weeks before to the closing day. Poor workmanship and pathetic service to construction issues

One would not want to buy a new home only to see rain water coming in, uneven floors, cranky garage doors, trash provision missing, appliances not working, etc. Unfortunately, this has been our experience. Raising concerns have not helped either - our point of contact for construction (at the time of closure) verbally assured us these would be taken care of but after about 4 weeks simply came back to say he/she has taken care of all issues without doing anything. I believe one would be better off using their money for other options - my acquaintances who went for other communities close by ...

We have encountered numerous issues with our experience, which has been disappointing. While there has been some response to basic warranty items, other promises remain unfulfilled. Shoddy craftsmanship, zero warranty service afterwards

Entire home appears to have been finished as quickly as possible, with countless interior areas overlooked. Required tons of manual cleanup and touchup afterwards, as Pulte is essentially impossible to get ahold of after closing. Even if you get in touch with them (after several repeated emails), they become unresponsive again and do not address any issues. The other many negative reviews on this site are true. Drywall work was far from perfect, with plenty of visible seams and poorly covered-up mistakes. Windows were scratched and cracked. Cabinets had countless dents and holes. Doors ...

Multiple problems with quality of workmanship

Incorrect wiring, voltage fluctuations, unclean flooring (with paint stains everywhere), bad paint job (revealing drywall), and uneven walls. This is our second home with Pulte, and the quality has significantly deteriorated.

Unfortunately Cannot Give a Positive Review

Our neighborhood has experienced so many issues. The only thing I can say good is location - close to everything. Everything else has truly been a nightmare. I don’t know if I’ve met a neighbor who had a good building experience. It seems they hire workers who don’t care about the work they do and then they have no quality controls in place to make sure work is being done correctly. And these are expensive houses! I would never build with Pulte again after my experience.

Poor experience with Sales agent and CM. Closing team was great though.

No sense of urgency to resolve issues raised. Closing was delayed as a result. Walk through items never followed up on. When walking with the CM to close items, majority of items not compete and evident the CM was not following up to ensure complete. Pulte sales agent did not honor items in contract and threatened to go to litigation over a small issue. Rather than honoring purchase agreement, a credit was provided and I had to perform work after closing.

We've experienced numerous issues with our new home. These should have been found and fixed before we moved in if Pulte would have done quality control. Our front porch is permanently stained in multiple places by some form of an oil based liquid. Pulte refuses to replace our porch, they tried to power wash it out and that has only make it worse. It's going on two months now and they still have not resolved the problem. The quality shown in the model homes was not what we received in our new home . From the hvac to cabinets that we paid extra for , to the electricity . Just overall would not recommend Pulte to anyone .

My himeboying experince in the initial phases with Ed was great! However I was urged by neighbors not to sign closing until all repairs are made. I wish I would have listened. It’s been five weeks since I moved in and a lot of my major issues which were all cosmetic in nature have not been addressed. Pulte was happy to take my money, but has been very slow in making the cosmetic repairs in my home. I would give my overall experience 2 stars

Paint, Microwave, Time Responsive

The paint job in many areas of the house is terrible, leaving the surfaces unfinished and unattractive. The microwave was not installed correctly from the start. The construction team failed to ensure proper installation and oversight of the house build. I have tried multiple times to report the microwave issue, but no single department wants to take responsibility, and they keep redirecting me between departments. The microwave issue has still not been resolved for almost a month.

Greedy and no quality

I did not expect this, last new home bought was in 2017. Then and now the differences, the sales office is rude, the first question is what is ur budget? Do u have an appointment (no hi no hello, no greeting). The dry wall contractor and framing contractor and the landscaping sub contractors have done a very poor job and have taken the joy out of new house. This is our third Pulte home and by far the worst workmanship. Work orders are not addressed in a timely manner. The trades do not protect floors, walls, etc while doing work. I have submitted several items to the portal and it takes weeks to get a response after I follow-up.

We were very excited to move into our Pulte Home. We paid a huge premium for our lot which has a lot of natural shrubbery and is a pretty big size. We were told that the lot would be cleaned up prior to move in. Fast forward 2 months after move in, there is still trash, leftover construction materials, a fallen tree trunk, etc on our lot. The lack of care and clean up is holding us back from being able to install a fence and enjoy the lot that we paid for. We paid alot for the home but didn't get the quality we expected. From plumbing leaks in ceiling to basement walls leaking. Some of these issues are still not fixed. The delay in these issues getting fixed is causing me a hardship in dealing with cleaning up after repeated leaks and therefore leaving this review.

Paint finish quality is horrible. Peeling and chipping paint on walls and doors already. Drywall feels very weak (crumbles when you put basic drywall screws in to mount anything). I was promised at closing that remaining items on punchlist would be taken care of ASAP after I signed. It has been well over a month and we are still waiting on things to be done. I had to go chasing after them for a lot of things. Took multiple calls and messages before any movement on tasks.

I will never recommend Pulte Homes to anyone. The Quality of workmanship and attention to details are definitely missed through out the house. The quality of materials that are used through out the house are very cheap. Not until you move in would you realize the cheap stuff used through out the house. From the plug points to wooden trims, the flat Paint, Stair Rails and the windows, the Carpet edges ripping off. You will notice it. The HVAC is another problem. I hardly get any Cold/ Hot air in the my Upper floor bedrooms and my Lower floor gets too Cold/ Too Hot. It is so unevenly ...

Rushed to sell the house with broken window and missing features

Builders were in a rush to sell the house. There was a broken window which they were aware of however did not fix. In addition contract had a ring door bell included. They refused to push the closing date regardless of these features not being present. It has been 2 months post closing and both things have not been fixed. Have reached out to them many times however it still has not been addressed. Definitely a terrible experience and would not recommend to anyone

Regret building a house with pulte .. STAY AWAY

We purchased the house for providing additional space for special needs kid and pulte team agreed to build the house with accessible bathroom on main floor. 1) It took 3 months for the sales person, an architect and designer to come up with plan and in the end bathroom had no overhead light. We got a very dark bathroom.for our kid who has vision problems 2,) the bathroom floor has been redone multiple times ( multiple grout colors at first) but builder has not initiated the fix until last day.
