Mostly satisfied under the current prevailing conditions of Lock down. Coordinating nearby inter state move has been challenging. Couldn't move for 2 months after closing. A shout out to Lori [Sales Person] and Nick [Housing Manager] for their helpful guidance during entire process.

We picked up a really nice home from Pulte. I’m picky, so there are things that could be better. That said, I’m massively impressed. Our last home was built by KB Homes. Hands down, Pulte built a better product and treated us better than KB ever did.

If you are not an advocate Pulte will try and pull things over on you to meet their deadlines etc. great neighborhood but house quality and transparency by pulte is poor

4th home construction

Construction of my 4th new home just happened to be slightly ahead of the pandemic. The mandated downtime made me look closer at workmanship and materials. I noticed several issues that I’ve requested action on, to no avail. Employees come and go, each promise timely service and then disappear. I resolve some issues myself without the hassle of trying to arouse the interest of the come-and-go Pulte workers.

Since closing and occupying my home I have been getting the run around concerning service requests from the Project managers, all the way up the latter to the VP of Construction. Seems like there is little recourse.

Great value for the price. I heard a lot of horror stories about spec home builders, even in my own subdivision, but Pulte has been great to me. Any issues I've had were addressed to my satisfaction so far. The team seems to be genuinely concerned about the customers satisfaction and has been completely transparent.

From start to finish, my home buying/building experience with Pulte was excellent! Stephanie helped me to pick the best lot, Matt made sure the foundation and frame were solid as a rock, and Josh was a fantastic communicator answering ALL of my questions and promptly addressing any concerns. Expectations were not only met, but exceeded. Nice job, team!

Pulte will pressure you to buy a home with ALL of their products - their home insurance, their mortgage company, etc. They will not stop pursuing you until after your closing. Remember, you need to put your own interests first, and Pulte will put their own interests first. Carefully review your options and don't let them bully you into buying their products. Consult with people you trust to make the best choice. Their home product is great, but they need to work on not being so aggressive. Their mortgage lender was so ruthless that he lied to me via e-mail to get a reaction out of me. This ...

They should have better team . They planted a dead tree that never got replace , I have send an email regarding the water line for the kitchen refrigerator it has been fixed. A lot details around the house. I thought for a nice Community things would run different here from other communities. Overall neighbors are Kind and friendly.

Clearly Pulte have poor communication within their organisation, which in my case of purchasing two properties, resulted in threats from Pulte about a potential closing delay due to issues created by Pulte and COVID-19. No respect for time zones, no customer focus, no apology from Pulte corporate. Overall a very stressful and dissatisfying process from when business sealed through to closing.
