Good value and craftsmanship!

Overall the experience was not as good as it should have been. It was very hard to get responses from the customer service representatives for the neighborhood and they were not ready for us to move in come the closing date. Throughout the build, we would get a weekly or bi-weekly update via phone to discuss progress but were never provided pictures when we weren't even in the same state for much time during the building process. The overall attention to detail was not great when it was time for us to move in. Even though we had asked for things to be fixed during our final inspection a week before closing, which also wasn't even close to being ready for inspection (they were still painting, fixing problems, and cleaning when we showed up), not everything was fixed properly. Instead of pushing out the closing date and needing to reschedule the moving company and all of the plans that were set in stone for months because we thought 6 months was enough time to do everything properly, we decided to get in the house and fix things ourselves. You would think contractors who build multiple homes at the same time non-stop would see there mistakes and do a almost perfect job every time but that is not even close to the truth. It is disappointing to find new problems or details after spending so much money on what is supposed to be a brand new home. Everything was on time with good quality and a very responsive building supervisor and sales consultant

We were in constant contact with the building manager and he let us know what was going on at all times and let us visit the building site whenever we needed to. There are a few things that is a little faulty, some electrical ad cosmetics but overall workmanship is very good.

The process went very smooth. We enjoyed seeing progress every day. We have been in the home for two months and absolutely love our new home. Our only concern is the tile floors we selected. They have a film that we cannot get off and also a lot of the tiles are chipped. It looks like they were purchased at a discount. We have not had our 30 day walk through to let Pulte know but we do know Pulte will take care of it for us. We did look at another builder in the area. The house was nice. Then we found the Pulte home, we knew this is exactly what we wanted. We could tell the quality was spot on. During the build, one thing that really impressed us was Pulte is self-insured. To us, this meant they were not going to cut corners because it would cost them more in the end. From the very beginning, the staff at Pulte have been ah-mazing! They have all taken the time to answer any questions or concerns. They have been quick to respond to voicemails or e-mails. Our building site manager sent us updates on any new progress on the home. Since we were 1000 miles away, this was greatly appreciated. Loan staff, design center, EVERYONE has been amazing. We love our new home.

I had a punch list ready for the walkthrough. Turns out I didn't need it, they fixed everything prior to the walkthrough, Very nice place, I'm very happy with it.

I was told this was the best built home in my area. I was disappointed with workmanship not up to the level I expected.

Covid 19 impacted our walk thru and moving in process. There's been no work or follow up in the 2+ months we've been in the house. No 7 day check in, no 30 day follow up and there are 3-4 issues that need addressing. We were told 2 months ago that things will be addressed when Pulte resumes that program. Still waiting-no communication/updates. Frustrating.

The sales manager/assistant and the Pulte's home inspector were great in everything.

Was extremely excited about purchasing this new home from Pulte. the Sales representative (Tom) demonstrated to be very fair, honest and upfront about this purchase and assisted me in making great selections / upgrades. The onsite finance representative in my opinion was not attentive with my paperwork and failed to return phone calls. When it was time for me to choose the options AFTER I signed a contract the Design team member demonstrated poor customer service, I felt rushed during the limited time frame allotted, several options that I preferred just two days before our scheduled meeting was then advised specific options / selections were NOW discontinued. The limited color selections desired were not available, such as a grey color carpet selection was not available only through an upgrade. This practice compels buyer to spend more money. I choose not to select items such as gutters, garage door openers, kitchen backsplash to be included for various reasons. Was disappointed when the design team member failed to inform me that on the day of our appointment a third party vendor was present to offer for sale additional options for the home. I utilized the Pulte Mortgage option (Colorado) extremely happy with Ari during the entire process. From our initial recorded conversation he always demonstrated to be professional, always available and was prompt in retuning calls or explaining the task at hand. My initial case manager was useless (Kim) and after a month with no response I was informed she no longer worked for Pulte. So for over one month my loan application was not being addressed. Was then assigned April to assist and was very disappointed with her in fact after she provided me with mis information I had to escalate my concerns to someone else and only then was my concerns being addressed. Subsequent to shopping for the best rate I decided to use Pulte Mortgage due to the incentive that was being offered. I was assigned John as the field construction manager and felt he was responsive to my concerns, provided relevant information and exhibited his experience and willingness to ensure the buyer was satisfied within his control. I MUST take the opportunity to express my dissatisfactory especially towards the "drywall" contractors, and "painters" hired by Pulte to perform in my view sub standard and poor craftsmanship work. The amount of money buyers spend on these houses, in my view, should never be subjected to using inexperienced, incompetent trade workers. I can only point blame on PULTE as they hire these vendors and continue to use them hoping the buyer ignores the poor craftsmanship work performed. I am NOT the only buyer with this sentiment. I also don't think its fair on the project managers who desperately try their best to provide a great finished product and prior to closing and beyond their compelled to repeatedly summon the contractors to redo their work. Since I was available I watched this entire process from start to finish some things in my opinion could have been avoided if the Builder (Pulte) would utilize more proficient and experienced contractors and subcontractors. Construction and field team were great, low ratings were purely the result of sales team member we dealt with.

Absolutely love living here! It’s been a dream and the perfect community for kids!

Our building supervisor was awesome. Very attractive to any questions or concerns. The sales team was great. Wish we would have upgraded cabinets to wood as the laminate is not the greatest. Overall has been a really good experience.

Some sloppy finishing work that needs fixed. Paint in interior is terrible. But overall everything else in the home was finished quickly and nicely.

Everyone on the team from sales to construction to customer care to closing did a wonderful job. Great experience!

Our buying process was very smooth. Great responsiveness from Pulte.

We are happy with our home. Quality and workmanship as good as any home I have built in past. Value is comparable to the area. Time will tell but so far so good.

I have had nothing but issues, then with the virus nothing getting repaired, once I HAD to give a good review nothing got fixed.

This is my second Pulte home and I Love my house inside and out. The build was a great and exciting experience and the value & quality of my home is top notch!

Each step was thoroughly explained

The home itself and the sales person are fine, The title company was rude and unresponsive. The follow up on punch list items is hampered by covid so not fair to rate.I did find Pulte very inflexible with regard to final walk through which cost us a lot of money and time.
